Abstract
"CHAPA DE AçO REVESTIDA DE ZINCO TRATADO COM FOSFATO POSSUINDO EXCELENTE USINABILIDADE E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DA MESMA". O propósito da presente invenção é prover uma chapa de aço revestida de zinco tratado com fosfato com excelente usinabilidade. Uma chapa de aço revestida com uma liga à base de zinco possui um revestimento tratado com fosfato sobre a superfície da mesma. O revestimento tratado com fosfato compreende, principalmente, cristais granulados, especificamente, cristais nos quais a proporção média entre o eixo maior e o eixo menor é não menos que 1,00 e não mais que 2,9. Além disso, o método para produzir o revestimento tratado com fosfato utiliza uma solução de tratamento com fosfato na qual a quantidade de íons de Mg é <242> 6 g/l e a quantidade de íons de Zn é <242> 0,5 g/l; ou uma solução de tratamento com fosfato na qual a quantidade de íons de Mg é <242> 10 g/l, a quantidade de íons de Zn é <243> e < 0,5 g/l, e a quantidade de íons de ácido nítrico é <242> 40 g/l. Além disso, a chapa de aço revestida de zinco tratado com fosfato também possui excelente resistência a corrosão, uma vez que a quantidade de Mg rio revestimento tratado com fosfato é não menos que 10 mg/m^ 2^, e possui excelente capacidade de soldagem, uma vez que a quantidade de revestimento é controlada em 0,5 a 3,0 g/m^ 2^.
