Abstract

"EQUIPAMENTO PARA CALCINAçãO". que pré-calcifica os materiais em pó, antes de sua combustão no equipamento de sinterização. O equipamento é inserido entre o penúltimo ciclone (72) do transferidor de ciclone ligado (7) e o canal de mistura (2), combinado sobre a câmara de entrada (31) do forno giratório ligado (3) e ligado à entrada do último ciclone (71) do transferidor de ciclone (7) e é composto da câmara de calcinação (1) que possui três partes - uma parte de funcionamento (10) em que são ligados, pelo menos, um tubo de ar (6) e, pelo menos uma entrada de combustivel (5) e onde sua parte de funcionamento (10) e/ou o tubo de ar (6) são também apresentados com a entrada (4) do material em pó, e a parte superior (11) que é apresentada com, pelo menos, um tubo de interconexão (110) que serve para se interligar com o canal de mistura (2) e a parte inferior (12) que é apresentada com um tubo de remoção (120) para a interligação com o canal de mistura (2) . De acordo com a invenção, há também - como uma versão - a entrada (4) do material em p6 no tubo de ar (6) próximo a sua boca (600) na câmara de calcinação (1) , posteriormente, há no tubo de ar (6) uma entrada auxiliar (41) do material em pó e uma entrada auxiliar de combustível (51) também adicionadas. Além disso, o canal de mistura (2) é preparado, favoravelmente, com a entrada adicional (42) do material em pó e com a mesma ligada à entrada adicional de combustivel (52) e com o tubo adicional de ar (62).
