Abstract

"UNIDADE PARA ATUAR A HASTE DE UM ELEMENTO DE FECHAMENTO EM UM MOLDE PARA MOLDAGEM DE MATERIAIS PLáSTICOS POR INJEçãO". Referente a uma unidade de atuação compreendendo um elemento tipo pistão (21) deslizável em um elemento tipo cilindro (20) e conectável a uma haste de fechamento (16) deslizável em um duto de injeção (14) entre uma posição estendida, na qual bloqueia um furo (15) de injeção, e uma posição de injeção, na qual é retraído dentro do duto de injeção; o elemento tipo pistão (21) tem um assento de engaste (46, 47) o qual pode alojar uma porção de extremidade tipo cabeça (16a) da haste (16); o assento de engaste é formado de modo a permitir que o elemento tipo pistão (21) seja transladado transversalmente em relação à direção axial do movimento da haste (16) para liberar o elemento tipo pistão (21) da haste.
