Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE PRODUTOS COMPóSITOS VAZADOS, E, PRODUTO COMPóSITO VAZADO". A presente invenção se refere a um produto compósito vazado que compreende mais de 20 % de vidro sob a forma de fibras longas, a espessura das paredes do produto sendo por outro lado compreendida entre cerca de 1 a 10 mm, e se refere a um processo de fabricação desse produto, no qual introduz-se em um molde (10) um conjunto (9) pré-aquecido que compreende no núcleo pelo menos uma bolsa inflável revestida com pelo menos uma estrutura compósita, a estrutura compósita compreendendo pelo menos um material de reforço sob a forma de fibras longas e o conjunto pré-aquecido compreendendo um material próprio para fluir, e no qual infla-se a bolsa inflável sob uma pressão superior a 40 bars.
