Abstract

"CONJUNTO CONECTOR DE TOPO PARA PRENDER UM TUBO DE SUBIDA DE AçO EM CATENáRIA A UMA FUNDAçãO". Um conjunta junta mecânica (600, 610, 700, 800, 900) para um tubo de subida de aço em catenária (400) (SCR). A seção inferior do conjunta junta mecânica (600, 610, 700, 800, 900) é constituída de aço ou componentes alternativos de alta resistência ao invés de elastómeros, para absorver as cargas elevadas e aumentar a vida da unidade. O conjunta junta mecânica inferior proporciona redução de momentos de flexão e tensões de fadiga resultantes no topo do SCR removendo resistência a movimento em todas as direções angulares, fornecendo tolerâncias de construção aumentadas para o corredor de aproximação da tubulação. O aumento do ângulo de aproximação da tubulação é acomodado fornecendo munhões ortogonais duplos (635, 681) em adição a um junta rotativa axial. O conjunta junta mecânica superior atuando sem cargas de tração no tubo de subida permite a utilização ou de tubulação flexível de alta pressão ou arranjas juntas rotativas (700) para acomodar flexão angular antes da tubulação rígida do convés (500). O conjunta junta mecânica proporciona colocação de válvulas a montante 900 e a jusante 800 para segurança e manutenção, sem diminuir a vida à fadiga dos SCRs.
