Abstract

"NOVAS FORMULAçõES POLIMéRICAS CONTENDO COMPOSTOS PERFLUORADOS PARA A ENGENHARIA DE CéLULAS E TECIDOS PARA TRANSPLANTES QUE MELHORAM O METABOLISMO E A SOBREVIVêNCIA CELULAR, E MéTODOS PARA A SUA PRODUçãO". São revelados e reivindicados: uma composição incluindo pelo menos um glicosaminoglican, por ex., CIS, pelo menos uma substância perfluorada e pelo menos um alginato, por ex., alginato de sódio, onde: o pelo menos um glicosaminoglican e/ou a substância perfluorada e/ou o alginato são reticulados ou polimerizados, por ex., o alginato é reticulado ou polimerizado, por exemplo, pela adição de um sal inorgânico, tal como um sal de cálcio; ou o pelo menos um glicosaminoglican, a substância perfluorada e o alginato estão covalentemente ligados, por ex., por meio de uma reação de acoplamento envolvendo uma molécula ligante tal como DVS; ou o pelo menos um glicosaminoglican e/ou a substância perfluorada e/ou o alginato são reticulados ou polimerizados, por ex., o alginato é reticulado ou polimerizado, por ex., por meio da adição de um sal inorgânico, tal como um sal de cálcio, e o pelo menos um glicosaminoglican e o alginato são covalentemente ligados, por ex., por meio de uma reação de acoplamento envolvendo uma molécula ligante tal como DVS, e a ligação covalente pode ser realizada antes da reticulação ou polimerização ou vice-versa; e, géis contendo a composição; misturas de tais géis ou de pelo menos um tal gel e pelo menos uma tal composição; e, métodos para a produção e utilização de tais composições e géis, incluindo produtos deles derivados tais como "pinturas", borrifadores, matrizes, pérolas, microcápsulas.
