Abstract

"BASE DE MOTOR PARA USO EM APARELHOS VIBRATóRIOS, E, APARELHO VIBRATóRIO" Uma base de motor para uso em aparelhos vibratórios. O aparelho vibratório inclui pelo menos uma transmissão excêntrica tendo um eixo de transmissão girantemente montado sobre um excitador móvel. Um motor é previsto tendo um eixo motor que é espaçado da transmissão excêntrica e acoplado com a transmissão excêntrica por uma correia de transmissão. A rotação do motor é transferida pela correia de transmissão para a transmissão excêntrica, que gera uma força vibratória. A força vibratória movimenta o excitador em várias direção durante a operação do aparelho vibratório. A base de motor compreende um suporte rígido, tal como um braço, tendo uma extremidade livre adaptada para sustentar o motor. O braço é suportado para se movimentar em torno de um eixo geométrico do eixo de transmissão, de forma que o braço mantém uma distância central entre o eixo motor e o eixo de transmissão. Um suporte resiliente, tal como uma mola de compressão, é fixado à extremidade livre do braço, abaixo do motor, para absorver quaisquer forças resultantes atuantes sobre o braço pelo movimento de excitador.
