Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE POLìMEROS DIêNICOS FUNCIONALIZADOS AMINA E COM ALTO TEOR EM ENCADEAMENTOS 1,4-TRANS, SISTEMA CATALìTICO, POLìMERO DIêNICO FUNCIONALIZADOS AMINA COM ALTO TEOR EM ENCADEAMENTOS 1,4-TRANS, COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA VULCANIZáVEL COM ENXOFRE, E, INVóLUCRO DE PNEUMáTICO" A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de preparação de polímeros diênicos funcionalizados amina, em teor em encadeamentos 1,4-trans que é igual ou superior a 70% . A invenção refere-se igualmente a tais polímeros, uma composição de borracha e um invólucro de pneumático compreendendo estes polímeros. O processo de preparação de acordo com a invenção consiste em polimerizar pelo menos um monómero diênico com a ajuda de um sistema catalítico litiado, o qual é constituído de pelo menos um solvente hidrocarboneto, um composto A de um metal do grupo IIIA, um composto B de um metal alcalino-terroso e um iniciador C amino-litiado. Os polímeros diênicos funcionalizados amina com alto teor em encadeamentos 1,4-trans, de acordo com a invenção, são tais que a função amina, situada na extremidade da cadeia polimérica, é uma função amina terciária, a taxa de funcionalização dos referidos polímeros sendo igual ou superior a 50% e o teor em encadeamentos 1,4-trans sendo igual ou superior a 70%. Uma composição de borracha vulcanizável em enxofre, de acordo com a invenção, é tal que ela compreende pelo menos o referido polímero. Um invólucro de pneumático, de acordo com a invenção, é tal que ela comporta a referida composição.
