Abstract

Преса за получаване на сок от плодове и зеленчуци, състояща се от въртеливо лагеруван, легнал пресов резервоар, в който е разпъната разделителна гъвкава стена, задействувана от наполен флуид, разделяща резервоара на пресуваща и напорна камера, като напорната камера има вход за напорния флуид, а пресуващата камера отвор за зареждане и опразване, както и преминаващи по дължина на стените дренажни канали, които са обхванати от перфорирани покривки, характеризираща се с това, че дренажните канали са образувани от закрепени към вътрешната стена на резервоара елементи за протичане на сока с формата на снабдени с перфорация продълговати ламаринени ивици, огъти кутиеобразно, респ. Покривообразно, около надлъжните им оси, като между всеки два съседни елемента е оформена разширяваща се в напречното сечение навътре към резервоара трапецовидна междина. Патентните претенции са формулирани в 9 точки.
