Abstract

The steering device is basically used in slow-running transport vehicles, in particular in transport vehicles designed for mechanical handling operations. Its design is simplified, having low production costs and with variations in its application. The steering is applied as a standardized structural unit to a standard, available steering without any changes. Its fitting between two adjacent dosage pumps allows direct and short cut flow of the oil flow between the dosage pumps, which improves the efficiency of the steering device. This simplification, and the small number of separate parts also make the internal operational logistic more clear and is economically beneficial. The distributors (19) are mounted together in a separate switch element (17) interposed between two adjacent dosage pumps (7, 7n), wherein the distributors (19) are executed as 3/2-distribution valves with one pressure-levelled distribution gate valve (32). 5 claims, 11 figures
