Abstract

С реакционното устройство се облъчва обект, койтотрябва да се обработи, например отпадъчен газ, като по този начин се променят физичните му свойства. Устройството съдържа гъвкав уплътняващ елемент (23) между периферията на края на сканиращата тръба(12) и периферната част (18а) на прозореца за приемане на електронния сноп в страничната стена на реакционното устройство с електронен сноп (18), така че да се свържат краят на тръбата (12) и страничната стена и външно да се уплътни реакционното устройство. В резултат на това не се получава пренапрежение в свързващата част, не е необходимо вторично метално прозоречно фолио и обектът, който ще се обработва, не изтича навън.
