Description

       

  L'invention concerne une serrure à fixation rapide et plus particulièrement la fixation rapide par ressort dans une ouverture aménagée dans une tôle ou autre support d'épaisseur réduite.

  
De tels genres de fixations sont fort appréciés par les constructeurs de mobilier métallique ou autres articles de dimensions réduites tels que porte-skis, boîtes aux lettres, petits coffrets,etc. En effet leur mise en place ne nécessite plus aucun outillage ni autres pièces accessoires.

  
Dans les genres d'application ci tés ci-dessus il est important de réduire au maximum la longueur de la serrure à l'intérieur de l'article.

  
Or, les serrures existantes munies d'un dispositif de fixation rapide par ressort monté par un collier sur le corps de la serrure, ont l'inconvénient d'avoir une longueur beaucoup trop grande

Le but de la présente invention est d'obtenir un dispositif de fixation rapide permettant

  
de réduire considérablement la longueur de la serrure débordant vers l'intérieur de l'article sur lequel

  
la serrure doit être montée.

  
Un autre but est de simplifier le montage et par conséquent de diminuer le nombre d'opérations intervenant lors du montage des différents composants de la serrure.

  
Ce but est atteint grâce à ce que la serrure objet de l'invention comprend un ressort de fixation formé à partir d'une bague munie d'au moins deux pattes repliées obliquement vers l'avant, ledit ressort étant monté à l'extrémité arrière du corps

  
de la serrure.

  
Selon un mode de réalisation, le ressort est maintenu par sa bague entre l'extrémité arrière du corps de la serrure et le pêne monté vers l'extrémité arrière du cylindre.

  
De cette manière le ressort de fixation et le pêne peuvent être maintenus en place par un seul moyen de fixation.

  
Afin de bien faire comprendre l'invention on en décrira ci-après un exemple de réalisation non limitatif en se référant aux dessins dans lesquels :
la figure 1 est une vue en coupe partielle d'une serrure suivant l'invention ;

  
les figures 2A et 2B sont respectivement une vue en élévation et une vue en plan d'un ressort de fixation de serrure suivant l'invention ; la figure 3 est une vue de détail.

  
Comme montré sur la figure 1, la serrure

  
se compose d'un corps 10 dans lequel est monté un cylindre 11 pouvant être mis en rotation à l'intérieur du corps 10. Sur le côté frontal 12 de ce cylindre

  
11 est prévue une ouverture d'introduction d'une clef
13 tandis que vers son extrémité arrière, qui s'étend au-delà du corps 10, le cylindre 11 porte un pêne 14.

  
Conformément à l'invention, un ressort

  
de fixation 15 est monté entre l'extrémité arrière

  
du corps 10 et le pêne 14.

  
Le ressort 15 et le pêne 14 sont maintenus en place par une bague à ressort ou circlip 16 introduite dans une rainure 17 prévue à l'extrémité arrière du cylindre 11.

  
Le ressort de fixation 15 est avantageusement formé à partir d'une bague 18 munie de deux pattes 19 repliées obliquement vers l'avant et légèrement tordues le long de leurs axes longitudinaux.

  
Les extrémités 22 des pattes 19 sont coupées en biais. 

  
Lorsque la serrure ainsi décrite est introduite dans une ouverture prévue à cet effet dans une tôle 20 (figure 3), on introduit d'abord obliquement le pêne 14 puis on redresse la serrure et on la pousse à fond.

  
Lors de cette action, chaque patte 19 est rabatcue dans une découpe longitudinale 21 prévue sur la partie cylindrique du corps 10. La distance entre les extrémités 22 des pattes 19 et le collet d'appui 23 du corps 10 est telle que lorsque le collet 23 entre en contact avec la tale
20 les pattes 19 sont partiellement libérées tout en bloquant la serrure en place dans l'ouverture de la t6le 20 par le contact entre la tôle et les extrémités 22 des pattes 19 coupées en biais (voir figure 3).

  
Grâce à la forme particulière du ressort de fixation 15, il est possible de diminuer considérablement la longueur de l'ensemble.

  
Un autre avantage de l'invention est que le ressort de fixation 15 et le pêne 14 sont maintenus en place par une seule opération de montage, en l'occurrence la mise en place du circlip 16.

  
Bien entendu diverses modifications peuvent être apportées par l'homme, de l'art au dispositif qui vient d'être décrit uniquement à titre d'exemple non limitatif sans sortir du cadre de l'invention. 

REVENDICATIONS

  
1. Dispositif de fixation rapide pour une serrure composée d'un corps ou stator, d'un cylindre ou barillet, d'un pêne ou came et d'un ressort de fixation de la serrure caractérisé en ce que le ressort
