La lunette de toilette traditionnelle est une pièce, en bois ou en matière plastique, qui se trouve fixée sur la cuvette d'un WC. Une fois fixée, cette lunette reste à demeure. Au cours de leurs déplacements, nombre de personnes n'utilisent les installations sanitaires à usage public qu'avec réticence voire appréhension ou crainte devant les risques de transmission de maladies ou parasites par contact.
L'invention vise une lunette de toilette transportable permettant à chacun d'avoir toujours
à sa disposition, en quelque lieu qu'il se trouve,
un instrument personnel , garantie d'une hygiène rassurante.
L'invention a pour objet une lunette de toilette transportable agencée dans une valisette pour former
un appareil peu encombrant, léger et de pose facile.
L'appareil suivant l'invention comprend une valisette munie d'un couvercle, la lunette étant logée
à l'intérieur de la valisette et y fixée à pivotement sur un dispositif de fixation solidaire de la valisette.
La lunette peut être constituée de deux éléments fixés chacun à pivotement sur uh dispositif de fixation, les dispositifs de fixation comportant un moyen de réglage pour ajuster l'écartement entre les deux éléments de la lunette. La lunette ou chacun des deux éléments qui la constituent est avantageusement formée de deux parties articulées l'une sur l'autre de manière à se replier l'une contre l'autre lorsque la lunette est
logée dans la valisette.

La valisette 1 , avantageusement munie d'une
poignée 2, comporte un couvercle 3 coulissant dans
des glissières. La valisette 1 peut être réalisée
en une matière légère quelconque. La lunette 4 est
logée à l'intérieur de la valisette 1 et s'y trouve
fixée à pivotement sur un axe 5 comme montré en pointillé
à la figure 1. Pour mettre l'appareil en place,il suffit de* faire glisser le couvercle 3 en le soulevant et de rabattre la lunette 4. Sur la figure 1 est montrée en trait plein une position intermédiaire de la lunette 4 au cours de son rabattement.
Dans l'exemple illustré, la lunette 4 est constituée de deux éléments 4A, 4B (visibles en particulier sur la figure 3) fixés individuellement à pivotement sur une <EMI ID=1.1>
entre les éléments 4A, 4B de manière à adapter la lunette à l'ouverture de la cuvette sur laquelle elle doit être placée. Les éléments sont avantageusement réunis à leur extrémité antérieure par une plaquette 6 munie de boutonnières 7 dans lesquelles peuvent glisser des boutons 8 fixés sous les extrémités des éléments
4A et 4B. Une autre forme d'exécution consisterait
à terminer les éléments 4A et 4B par des rebords à recouvrement. Il va de soi que l'on pourrait aussi laisser les éléments 4A et 4B non réunis à leur extrémité antérieure.
Pour réduire l'encombrement de la valisette, chacun des éléments 4A, 4B est avantageusement formé
de deux parties 41A, 42A et 41B, 42B articulées l'une sur l'autre-par un,pivot 9A, 9B permettant de replier les deux parties l'une contre l'autre (voir figure 1) pour loger la lunette dans la valisette 1 par pivotement des parties 42A, 42B autour des axes 5A, 5B. Il est bien entendu que la lunette 4 peut consister en un seul élément formé de deux parties 41, 42 articulées l'une sur l'autre par les pivots 9A, 9B et repliables l'une contre l'autre comme dans le cas des deux éléments
4A et 4B.
Dans un mode d'exécution avantageux, l'intérieur de la valisette comporte un compartiment ou une poche pour le rangement de menus articles.

The apparatus according to the invention comprises a suitcase provided with a cover, the bezel being housed
inside the case and fixed therein to pivot on a fastening device integral with the case.
The bezel may consist of two elements each pivotally attached to a fixing device, the fixing devices comprising an adjustment means for adjusting the distance between the two elements of the bezel. The bezel or each of the two elements which constitute it is advantageously formed of two parts articulated one on the other so as to fold up against each other when the bezel is
housed in the suitcase.

Suitcase 1, advantageously provided with a
handle 2, has a cover 3 sliding in
slides. Suitcase 1 can be made
in any light material. Telescope 4 is
housed inside suitcase 1 and is there
fixed to pivot on an axis 5 as shown in dotted lines
