La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de raccord rapide pour la jonction de canalisations et analogues, du genre comportant un élément mâle et un élément femelle fixés aux extré- mités en vis à vis des canalisations à relier, l'élément mâle étant propre à s'emmancher de manière étanche à l'intérieur de

l'élément femelle et à s'y verrouiller, en provoquant éventuelle- ment l'ouverture simultanée d'un clapet obturateur prévu dans ledit élément femelle.
On a décrit au brevet belge N 648.350 déposé le 22 Mai 1964 au nom de la Demanderesse pour: *Dispositif de raooord rapide pour canalisations', un dispositif du genre préoité dans lequel le ver- rouillage était assuré par une barrette ou épingle montée à coulis- , sèment à l'intérieur d'une rainure ménagée transversalement dans le corps de l'élément femelle, ladite barrotte ou épingle étant sollicitée par un ressort de compression de façon à s'encliqueter élastiquement dans une dépression prévue dans le corps de l'élément mâle.
Le déverrouillage était opéré au moyen d'un manohon tubulaire mobile axialement par rapport au corps de l'élément femelle et qui comportait une partie en forme de rampe propre à repousser trans- versalement l'épingle ou barrette de manière à dégager la dépres- sion de l'élément mâle qui était ainsi libéré. Ce manchon était solidaire d'un chapeau de manoeuvre qui entourait l'extrémité anté- rieur de l'élément femelle, l'ensemble constitué par ce chapeau et le manchon étant retenu angulairement sur le corps dudit élément tout en étant susceptible d'être déplacé axialement par rapport à celui-ci. Lorsqu'on désirait dissocier les deux éléments du raccord, il suffisait donc de déplacer longitudinalement le chapeau de ma- noeuvre à l'encontre d'un ressort de rappel approprié.
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de raccord rapide du genre décrit au brevet N 648.350@, mais dans lequel le deverrouillage est assuré par rotation du chapeau de manoeuvre.
Le dispositif suivant l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le déplacement de l'épingle ou barrette d'enoliquetage qui opère le verrouillage des deux éléments du dispositif est assuré au moyen d'un relief prévu sur la paroi intérieure du chapeau de

manoeuvre, lequel est susceptible de se déplacer angulairement par rapport au corps de l'élément femelle.
Conformément à un mode de mise en oeuvre préféré de la dispo- sition qui précède, le relief de déverrouillage est constitué par une goupille convenablement rapportée sur la paroi interne du chapeau de manoeuvre et engagée dans la rainure transversale for- mant logement pour l'épingle ou barrette d'encliquetage, de façon à assurer simultanément la retenue axiale dudit chapeau. On oom- prend que lorsqu'on manoeuvre ce chapeau en rotation, la goupille préoitée soulève l'une des extrémités de l'épingle ou barrette, laquelle bascule autour de son extrémité opposée en libérant l'élé- ment mâle. Le rappel de l'ensemble à la position de verrouillage est opéré sous l'effet du ressort associé à l'épingle ou barrette d'encliquetage.
Il va de soi que le dispositif de raccord rapide suivant l'invention est préférablement pourvu d'un mécanisme de clapet automatique de tout type approprié.
Le dessin annexé, donné à titre d'exemple, permettra de mieux oomprendre l'invention, les caractéristiques qu'elle présente et les avantages qu'elle est susceptible de procurer. lige 1 est une coupe axiale d'un dispositif de raccord rapide suivant l'invention, les deux éléments étant représentés à la position d'assemblage.
Fig. 2 est une coupe transversale suivant II-II (fig.1) Pige 3 reproduit tige 2 lors du déverrouillage des deux éléments.
Le dispositif représenté comprend un élément femelle consti- tué par l'assemblage de deux pièces 1 et 2. A la façon en soi con- nue, entre ces deux pièces 1 et 2 est maintenue une douille 3 dont la paroi intérieure est creusée de manière à déterminer un

logement annulaire pour un joint torique 4. Contre la face d'ex- trémité libre de la douille 3 est appliqué un joint plat 5 formant siège pour une bille 6; cette bille est sollicitée contre le joint 5 précité par un ressort 7 qui prend appui oontre un épaulement intérieur la de 1& pièce.
Comme décrit au brevet sus-mentionné, en avant de la douille 3 la pièce 2 comporte une rainure transversale 2a dont le fond est disposé au-dessus de l'axe longitudinal du corps 1-2 (fig. 2) Dans le logement ainsi déterminé est engagée une épingle ou bar- rette 8 A laquelle est associé* un ressort de rappel 9 dont l'ex- trémité libre prend appui contre le fond d'un alésage cylindrique borgne 2b ménagé dans la paroi de ladite piées 2, pour moitié de part et d'autre de l'ouverture 2a, On comprend que ce ressort 9 tend à repousser élastiquement l'épingle ou barrette 8 en direc- tion du fond de la rainure 2a sus-mentionnée.
Conformément A la présenta invention, dans cette rainura transversale 2a est en outre engagée une goupille 10 dont l'ex- trémité qui dépasse en dehors du corps 1-2 est introduite et fixée à l'intérieur d'une'perforation pratiquée radialement dans un chapeau de manoeuvre 11, lequel entoure l'extrémité antérieure de l'élément femelle. On conçoit que cette goupille 10 assure la re- tenue du chapeau 11 dans le sens axial, tout en le laissant angu- lairement libre. On notera à ce sujet que la goupille est intro- duite aous l'une des extrémités de l'épingle ou barrette 8, de telle sorte que cette dernière, sous l'action du ressort 9, tend à l'appliquer oontre le fond de la rainure 2a, comme montré en fig. 2.
A la façon décrite au brevet sus-indiqué, le corps tubulaire 12 de l'élément mâle correspondant oomporte un prolongement 12a à plus petit diamètre propre à être introduit à l'intérieur du joint

torique 4, de la douille 3 et de l'ouverture centrale du joint plat
5, de manière à repousser la bille 6 à rencontre du ressort 6. Le fluide qui paroourt les deux canalisations associées au dispositif peut alors traverser les ouvertures radiales 12b pratiquées dans l'extrémité libre du prolongement 12a et l'alésage axial 12c de l'élément@@ mâle, le joint 4 s'opposant à toute fuite intempestive.
Le corps 12 présente en outre un épaulement tronoonique 12d destinée lors de son introduction dans l'élémont mâle, à repousser transver- salement l'épingle ou barrette 8 à l'encontre de son ressort de rappel 9 ; ilcomporte enfin, en arrière de l'épaulement 12d précité, une rainure ou dépression annulaire 12e à l'intérieur de laquelle cette épingle ou barrette 8 vient élastiquement s'encliqueter en vue de verrouiller les deux éléments à la position assemblée.
On comprend que lorsqu'on désire déverrouiller les deux élé- ments du dispositif suivant l'invention, il suffit de faire tourner le chapeau 11 suivant la flèche P de fig. 3. Comme montré la gou- pille 10 fait basculer l'épingle ou barrette 8 autour de oell e de ses extrémités qui est appliquée oontre le fond de la rainure 2a, de telle sorte qu'en fin de mouvement angulaire, ladite épingle ou barrette 8 se trouve disposée au-dessus du profil circulaire du corps de l'élément mâle qui peut ainsi être dégagé de l'élément femelle 1-2. Après retrait de l'élément mâle, le ressort 9 ramène les pièces 8, 10 et 11 à la position de verrouillage.
On oonçoit que le dispositif de raocord rapide suivant l'in- vention est de construction simple et économique. Par suite du --déverrouillage par déplacement angulaire du chapeau 11, un tel dispositif est à l'abri de toute dissociation Intempestive de sea deux éléments.
Il doit d'ailleurs être entendu que la description qui précè- de n'a été donnée qu'à titre d'exemple et qu'elle ne limite
