DISPOSITIF DE FERMETURE A CHARNIERE HOUR BOUTEILLES ET ANALOGUES. (Inventeur : G. Livas)
La présente invention est relative à un dispositif servant à fermer hermétiquement les bouteilles et analogues, et permettant d'ouvrir lesdires bouteilles, tout en restant en place sur le goulot de la bouteille.
Le dit dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une seule pièce formée par :

1 une partie élastique /em..p1astique 00. aIb:'e matière f{!m1Íl pl ];'.e. comprenant ttl <n.eretIX cylindrique ayant un rebord qui s'adapte de manière serrée dans le goulot ou qui est solidaire de celui-ci dans le cas de bouteilles ou récipients en plastique.
2 Une partie cylindrique d'une matière analogue ayant un ford s'adaptant à frottement à la manière d'un bouchon dans la première partie susdite afin d'assurer une fermeture hermétique, et connectée au rebord sur une faibe partie de sa périphérie par une languette servant de charnière, et présentànt du c8té opposé à ladite languette des éléments saisisseurs tels que un appendice au moyen duquel,lorsqu'on exerce une traction vers l'extérieur du goulot, ladite deuxième partie peut être séparée de la première.
Fig.s 1 et 2 du dessin ci-joint montrent à titre d'exemple, respectivement en coupe d'élévation et en plan, un mode de réalisation du dispositif suivant l'invention dans la position qui assure la fermeture hermétique du goulot de la bouteille.
Figs. 3 et 4 montrent le même mode de réalisation en position ouverte.
Figs. 5 et 6 représentent en élévation et en plan respectivement, une modification de réalisation dudit dispositif pour l'adapter à un goulot fileté destiné à être recouvert par un couvercle, dans la position ouverte.

Figs. 7 et 8 sont analogues aux Figs. 5 et 6 et représentent le même mode de réalisation en position fermée.
Figs. 9 et 10 montrent en coupe axiale et en plan respectivement, une modification de construction de la partie du dispositif qui est associée d'une manière stable au goulot de la bouteille.
Eh se reportant aux figs, 1, 2, 3 et 4 des dessins, 1 représente le goulot du récipient et 2 représente le couvercle constitué suivant l'invention :
1 d'une partie cylindrique creuse 3, de préférence chanfreinée en 4 pour faciliter son insertion dans le goulot du récipient.
Le diamètre externe de la partie cylindrique 3 convient pour assurer une fermeture étanche entre la périphérie de ladite partie et l'intérieur du goulot, ladite partie cylindrique représentant un rebord 5 qui s'appuie sur l'extrémité du goulot,
2 D'une partie 6 formant bouchon et consistant en un cylindre creux 7 et un fond 8, connectée à la première partie par une languette 9 se prolongeant depuis le rebord 5 et présehtant un appendice 10;
Le diamètre du cylindre 7 est tel que le bouchon exerce à l'intérieur de la partie cylindrique 3 une certaine pression assurant la fermeture hermétique quand la deuxième partie est fixée sur la première, la languette9 agissant de charnière, cette pression étant cependant plus faible que la pression exercée par le cylindre 3 contre le goulot de sorte que le cylindre 3 continue à adhérer au goulot lorsqu'on exerce une traction vers le haut sur la languette 9 pour ouvrir le récipient.
Figs, 5 et 6 avec les figs. 7 et 8 représentent une modification du dispositif suivant l'invention pour fermer hermétiquement une bouteille destinée à recevoir un couvercle métallique ou en matière plastique qui peut ne présenter aucun joint, le dispositif suivant la présente invention étant en soi suffisant pour assurer une fermeture hermétique.
Dans les figs. 5 et 6 le dispositif est représenté en position ouverte. Dans la fig. 7 il est fermé et recouvert d'un couvercle, qui n'a pas été représenté dans la fig. 8. Ce dispositif ne diffère du précédent que par le fait que la languette 9 et l'appendice 10 sont assez courts pour être contenus dans le couvercle.
Suivant la modification représentée dans les figs. 9 et 10, le corps cylindrique 3 présente également un fond 3' en partie ouvert rejoignant le cylindre 3 par une partie arrondie 3" jouant le rôle de la partie chanfreinée 4 des autres modes de réalisation; ainsi, l'insertion de la partie 3 du dispositif dans le goulot de la bouteille est facilitée davantage et son verrouillage dans le goulot est rendu plus sur. Le fond 3' est dans ce cas représenté comme ayant deux ouvertures 11 et 12 respectivement, pour la sortie du liquide et pour le passage de l'air dans la bouteille et hors de,celle-ci
Les modes de réalisation ci-dessus n'ont été qu'à titre d'exem- ples non-limitatifs, et il est bien entendu que tout dispositif possédant les caractéristiques mentionnées tombe sous la portée de l'invention.

The present invention relates to a device serving to hermetically close bottles and the like, and to open the said bottles, while remaining in place on the neck of the bottle.
Said device is characterized in that it is constituted by a single part formed by:

2 A cylindrical part of a like material having a ford fitting frictionally in the manner of a stopper in the aforesaid first part in order to ensure a hermetic seal, and connected to the rim on a small part of its periphery by a tongue serving as a hinge, and present on the side opposite to said tongue gripping elements such as an appendage by means of which, when a traction is exerted outwardly of the neck, said second part can be separated from the first.
Fig.s 1 and 2 of the attached drawing show by way of example, respectively in elevation section and in plan, an embodiment of the device according to the invention in the position which ensures the hermetic closure of the neck of the bottle.
Figs. 3 and 4 show the same embodiment in the open position.
Figs. 5 and 6 show in elevation and in plan respectively, a modification of the embodiment of said device to adapt it to a threaded neck intended to be covered by a cover, in the open position.

Figs. 9 and 10 show in axial section and in plan respectively, a construction modification of the part of the device which is stably associated with the neck of the bottle.
Eh referring to figs, 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the drawings, 1 represents the neck of the container and 2 represents the cover constituted according to the invention:
1 of a hollow cylindrical part 3, preferably chamfered at 4 to facilitate its insertion into the neck of the container.
The external diameter of the cylindrical part 3 is suitable for ensuring a tight seal between the periphery of said part and the inside of the neck, said cylindrical part representing a rim 5 which rests on the end of the neck,
2 Of a part 6 forming a stopper and consisting of a hollow cylinder 7 and a bottom 8, connected to the first part by a tongue 9 extending from the rim 5 and presenting an appendix 10;
The diameter of the cylinder 7 is such that the stopper exerts inside the cylindrical part 3 a certain pressure ensuring the hermetic closure when the second part is fixed on the first, the tongue 9 acting as a hinge, this pressure being however lower than the pressure exerted by the cylinder 3 against the neck so that the cylinder 3 continues to adhere to the neck when an upward pull is exerted on the tongue 9 to open the container.
Figs, 5 and 6 with figs. 7 and 8 show a modification of the device according to the invention for hermetically closing a bottle intended to receive a metal or plastic cover which may not have any seal, the device according to the present invention being in itself sufficient to ensure a hermetic closure.
In figs. 5 and 6 the device is shown in the open position. In fig. 7 it is closed and covered with a cover, which has not been shown in FIG. 8. This device differs from the previous one only in that the tab 9 and the appendix 10 are short enough to be contained in the cover.
Following the modification shown in figs. 9 and 10, the cylindrical body 3 also has a partly open bottom 3 'joining the cylinder 3 by a rounded part 3 "playing the role of the chamfered part 4 of the other embodiments; thus, the insertion of the part 3 of the device in the neck of the bottle is further facilitated and its locking in the neck is made more secure. The bottom 3 'is in this case shown as having two openings 11 and 12 respectively, for the outlet of the liquid and for the passage of air in and out of the bottle
