DISPOSITIF ;DE DEGHARGE SPEGIAllEiiENT:DESTENE A ETRE ÜTIEISE A .DE HAUTES PRESSIONS.

EMI1.1
SPECIAL DEGHARGE DEVICE: INTENDED TO BE UNDER HIGH PRESSURE.
Liquid discharge devices are well known. They essentially comprise a float (generally a hollow sphere) which controls, with the aid of the hydraulic thrust and by means of a set of levers, a slide functioning as a closing member and limiting the flow of liquid. in the distribution bowl,
However, such a construction cannot be applied in the case of liquids at high pressures, with which, \! as a minimum result, because of this same high pressure, the float sinks in with the consequence that the system does not work.
The discharge device according to the invention is intended for the use for which it was created ;, and it essentially comprises a float formed by a series of hollow rings mounted successively one on top of the other until so that the desired hydrostatic power is reached, and with the possibility of a certain play relative to each other so as to allow the normal stroke of said float under the hydrostatic thrust; a steel box capable of withstanding the high pressure emitted; a suitable counterweight mounted at the free end of the set of levers controlled by the hydrostatic pressure exerted by the float and a suitable connection of the control lever with the closing slide,
The object of the invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 shows, schematically, in axial section, \! the discharge assembly.
Figure 2 shows a detail of the closing drawer with link

to the control lever.
As seen in Figure 1, 1 is the box which includes the kinematic device and which has a vertical portion 1 'in which can move the float formed, as has been said, by a series of 'hollow rings 2, 2', 2 "superimposed (three in the drawing) and connected to each other by a non-rigid system (for example, using small pipes inserted one into the other and which allow a certain The float is hingedly attached to the end of the double-hinged lever 3 pivoting at 4 on a pivot 5 suitably positioned.
The lever 3 has an appendage 6 on which is mounted the small connecting rod finished in the form of a fork 9 which is connected by means of the small connecting rod 7 to the spool 8, forcing the latter to follow it in the movement.
The lever 3, beyond the pivotally mounted part, carries a counterweight 10 which can move in a suitable expansion 1 "of the box 1 and which serves to increase the hydrostatic thrust of the floating assembly and, also, as balance device.
The operation is clear and it is easily understandable given what has just been described.
The constructive details may, of course, vary in practice without departing from the scope of the invention.
