L'objet de l'invention est un cadre profilé qui sert pour la, fabrication des cadres de matelas, des châssis de lits, des civières, des brancards, etc.
La. nouveauté caractéristique de l'invention réside dans le fait que le tube profilé est pourvu d'une bride ou nervure latérale dirigée Sans le sens longitudinal du tube. Le tube profile peut être constitué par un tube soudé ou un tube fendu à section de forme quelconque et la, bride peut se trouver au-dessus, en dessous ou en un autre endroit intermédialre du tube.
Cette bride constitue un renforcement favorable du cadre formé par le tube profilé et en crème temps, on réalise'par un dispositif simple un moyen de fixation des éléments du matelas en accrochant les crochets des ressorts du matelas dans des trous de la bride.

La fig.l montre une partie de tube profilé de section triangulaire en vue de face qui, conformément à l'invention., est pourvu d'une bride la.térale sur la face inférieure du profil triangulaire.
La fig.2 est une coupe verticale pratiquée dans le profil suivant la ligne 2-2, de la fig.l.
La fig.3 montre un profil triangulaire de tube fendu sur lequel la bride fait saillie au centre.
Les fig.4 et 5 montrent des formes de réalisation de tubes profilé-s de sections ronde et ovale.
La fig.6 montreen vue en plan de dessus et à une é- chelle réduite, une partie de cadre constitué par du tube profilé conforme à l'invention et destiné à porter des matelas.
Le tube profilé conforme à l'invention peut être soudé ou être fendu. La première réalisation est représentée par les fig.l et 2. On a choisi en l'cocurence un profil triangulaire, le triangle reposant sur la base a, tandis que les côtés b et c sont légèrement bombés vers l'extérieur. Sur l'un des cotés, le tube est écrasé, c'est-à-dire étiré pour former une bride f qui se trouve sur la face de base du profil triangulaire. Des trous d permettent de laisser passer les crochets h du matelas.
Le tube profilé représenté pax la fig.2 a donné des résultats particulièrement favorables, car il assure un renforcement avantageux du cadre r (voir la fig.6) formé par le tube profilé. On assre en même temps l'accrochage commode des crochets h précités.
La forme de la section du tube peut, au surplus, être quelconque et de même la disposition de la nervure f peut différer. C'est ainsi que la fig.3 montre le profil d'un tube fendu de section triangulaire dans lequel la nervure se trouve au milieu. Les côtés c,c du profil triangulaire sont, à oette fin, étirés latéralement pour former des brides f,f et sont

soudés à l'extrémité au point g. Les. fige 4 et 5 montrent une oonfomation analogue pour un profil rond et un profil ovale.

The object of the invention is a profiled frame which serves for the manufacture of mattress frames, bed frames, stretchers, stretchers, etc.
The characteristic novelty of the invention lies in the fact that the profiled tube is provided with a lateral flange or rib directed without the longitudinal direction of the tube. The profiled tube according to the invention can be welded or split. The first embodiment is represented by fig.l and 2. A triangular profile has been chosen, the triangle resting on the base a, while the sides b and c are slightly curved outwards. On one of the sides, the tube is crushed, that is to say stretched to form a flange f which is located on the base face of the triangular profile. Holes d allow the hooks h of the mattress to pass through.
The profiled tube shown pax in fig.2 has given particularly favorable results, because it provides an advantageous reinforcement of the frame r (see fig.6) formed by the profiled tube. At the same time, the convenient hooking of the above-mentioned hooks is assre.
The shape of the section of the tube may, moreover, be arbitrary and likewise the arrangement of the rib f may differ. Thus fig.3 shows the profile of a split tube of triangular section in which the rib is in the middle.
