Le présent brevet a pour objet un sac de manutention hermétique en papier appropria ou autre matière pour l'emmagasinage et le transport de matières pulvérulentes, ou en grains, ou morceaux

principalement des charbons domestiques.
A cet effet,le sac envisagé est nourvu dans la ou les parties repliées de son bord supérieur,, d'oeillets ou de leurs équivalents, à l'effet de maintenir le sac fermé et de servir de moyens pour le passage d'une cordelette ou ficelle formant poignée et facilitant ainsi la manutention et le transport du sac.
De nombreuses variantes d'exécution peuvent être envisagées notamment dans les équivalents de l'oeillet dans les buts proposés.
Les dessins schématiques annexés représentent à titre d' exemple divers modes de réalisation du présent brevet.

A cet effet la fig. I représente la vue d'un sac en papier fermé par oeillets avec sa cordelette faisant office de poignée et la fig.2 une coupe plusgrande échelle suivant A-B montrant comment le bord supérieur du sac peut être replié.
La fig.3 représente une variante d'exécution dont là - fig.4 est une coupe suivant C-D
La fig.5 représente une autre variante comportant les rondelles de carton perforées oollées sur une des faces du sac et la fig.6 une coupe suivant E-F montrant lp disposition d'une rondelle.
La fig.7 représente encore une autre variante dans laquelle les rondelles de la fig. 4 sont remplacées par une bande de carton formant pièce de renforoement, collée au préalable et dans laquelle'une fois le sac fermé et collé, on pratique l'emporte pièce des perforations pour le passage de la corde ou ficelle et la fig.8 une coupe suivant G-H.
En se reportant aux fig.I et 2, 1 représente le sac en papier dont le bord supérleur 2 est pourvu des pliures 3 et 4 .
Des oeillets 5 sont sertis comme représenté et deux de ceux-ci servent par exemple pour le passege d'une cordelette 6.
Dans les fig.3 et 4 , il n'y a qu'une seule pliure 3¯ du bord supérieur 2 du sac 1 et quatre oeillets 5 ferment le tout.
Une cordelette .6 peut être passée entre les oeillets 5 pour le transport.
Dans les fig.5 et 6 il n'y a aussi qu'ene seule pliure 3 et on a collé sur la face 2 de sac 1 sous l'endroit de la pliure des rondelles en carton 7 munie de perforations 9 .Lorsque la patte 2 est cellée on pratique l'aide l'un outil approprié les perforations 10 et 12 pour le passage de la cordelette,ou bien on pratique les trous 10-9-12 après collage à l'emporte pièce*
Dans les fig.7 et 8 on a substitué aux rondelles 7 une bande de carton 8 préalablement percée de trous 11 . La bande 8-

est collée puis sur celle-ci la partie 2 pliée en 3 est rabattue et collée.
Les trous 10, 11 ,12 peuvent être exécutés à l'emporte pièce ou comme précédemment les trous 11 seuls sont pratiqués dans le carton et à l'aide d'un outil on forme les trous 10- et 12 du sac.
A la place de carton pour le cas des fig.5 et 7 on pourrait employer du bois. '
On voit d'après ce qui précède que l'objet de l'invention peut se prêter à de nombreuses variantes d'exécution tant dans le choix de la matière employée que dans les moyens propres à sa réalisation.
En résumé il faut oonsidérer comme rentrant dans le cadre du présent brevet un sac de manutention fermé caractérisé par ce qui suit:

For this purpose, the envisaged bag is fed in the folded part or parts of its upper edge, with eyelets or their equivalents, in order to keep the bag closed and to serve as means for the passage of a cord. or string forming a handle and thus facilitating the handling and transport of the bag.
Many variant embodiments can be envisaged, in particular in the equivalents of the eyelet for the purposes proposed.
The accompanying schematic drawings show by way of example various embodiments of the present patent.

For this purpose, FIG. I represents the view of a paper bag closed by eyelets with its cord acting as a handle and fig.2 a larger scale section along A-B showing how the upper edge of the bag can be folded up.
Fig. 3 represents an alternative embodiment of which there - fig. 4 is a section along C-D
Fig.5 shows another variant comprising the perforated cardboard washers oollées on one side of the bag and fig.6 a section along E-F showing the arrangement of a washer.
FIG. 7 represents yet another variant in which the washers of FIG. 4 are replaced by a strip of cardboard forming a reinforcing piece, glued beforehand and in which, once the bag is closed and glued, the perforations are punched out for the passage of the rope or string and fig. 8 a cut according to GH.
Referring to Figs. I and 2, 1 shows the paper bag whose upper edge 2 is provided with folds 3 and 4.
Eyelets 5 are crimped as shown and two of these are used, for example, for passing a cord 6.
In figs. 3 and 4, there is only one fold 3¯ of the upper edge 2 of bag 1 and four eyelets 5 close the whole.
A cord .6 can be passed between the eyelets 5 for transport.
In fig. 5 and 6 there is also only one fold 3 and one glued on the face 2 of bag 1 under the place of the fold cardboard washers 7 provided with perforations 9. When the tab 2 is performed using the appropriate tool the perforations 10 and 12 for the passage of the cord, or we practice the holes 10-9-12 after gluing with a cookie cutter *
In fig. 7 and 8, the washers 7 have been replaced by a strip of cardboard 8 previously drilled with holes 11. Band 8-

It can be seen from the foregoing that the object of the invention can lend itself to numerous variant embodiments both in the choice of the material used and in the means specific to its realization.
