"Poubelle"
La présente invention est relative aux poubelles, en particulier à celles destinées à être utilisées dans les lieux publics, notamment urbains.
On connaît de nombreux types de poubelles à installer en rue, sur les plages ou dans les parcs. Ces poubelles consistent en un réceptacle présentant une ouverture supérieure, munie éventuellement d'un couvercle rabattable permettant de fermer l'ouverture. Beaucoup de ces poubelles sont munies de moyens d'accrochage de sacs en matière plastique, dans lesquels les déchets sont jetés. Ces sacs sont ensuite extraits du réceptacle par l'ouverture supérieure.
Dans d'autres types de poubelle connus, une ouverture d'introduction des déchets est prévue dans une paroi frontale ou latérale du récipient ou encore à son sommet, et le réceptacle peut être vidé par le bas, en déverrouillant la plaque de fond du réceptacle qui est reliée à celui-ci de manière articulée (voir par exemple le modèle d'utilité espagnol n 9400467).
Suivant une variante de réalisation de ce modèle d'utilité espagnol, l'ouverture d'introduction des déchets est prévue dans une paroi frontale et la partie supérieure du réceptacle est basculable comme un couvercle verrouillable, tandis qu'un sac peut être introduit par le haut dans la cavité de la poubelle.
Les formes de réalisation connues, sans sac intérieur, présentent l'inconvénient que les déchets salissent l'intérieur de la poubelle et encrassent les charnières ou éléments de verrouillage là où

ils sont prévus. Le nettoyage de ce type de poubelle est compliqué et le vidage complet n'est pas assuré en cas de déchets adhérents. Enfin, les éléments de verrouillage, tels que les serrures fermant les plaques rabattables qui permettent une évacuation des déchets lorsqu'elles sont ouvertes, sont aisément accessibles de l'intérieur par l'ouverture d'introduction des déchets, ce qui permet des actes de vandalisme, consistant par exemple à ouvrir la poubelle pour que les déchets se répandent par terre.
Enfin, le corps de la poubelle reçoit directement les sollicitations mécaniques dues par exemple à un enfoncement excessif des ordures, avec pour conséquence une ouverture inopinée, non voulue, de l'ouverture d'évacuation des déchets.
Les formes de réalisation connues, avec sac intérieur, ne portent remède que très partiellement aux inconvénients précités. Elles sont avantageuses principalement par le fait qu'elles maintiennent la propreté de la cavité intérieure de la poubelle, pour autant que le sac ne soit pas crevé en cours d'usage, ce qui arrive malgré tout fréquemment.
Par ailleurs, l'évacuation du sac est généralement malaisée. Fréquemment trop rempli, le sac est gonflé et effectue une pression sur les parois du réceptacle en offrant une résistance à l'extraction. Celle-ci doit de plus s'effectuer généralement vers le haut, par l'ouverture supérieure du réceptacle, ce qui est aussi incommode. Pendant cette opération le sac peut se déchirer et les ordures se répandre un peu partout.
La présente invention a pour but d'éviter les inconvénients mentionnés en rubrique en réalisant une poubelle, destinée à être utilisée dans des lieux publics, qui soit propre, de remplissage et de vidage aisés et d'un coût tout à fait favorable. Avantageusement cette poubelle pourra aussi servir éventuellement de support publicitaire.
On résout ce problème par une poubelle comprenant - un corps comportant

une cavité intérieure destinée à recevoir des déchets, une première ouverture, éventuellement obturable, pour l'introduction des déchets à l'intérieur du corps, une deuxième ouverture pour l'évacuation des déchets, et un panneau qui est monté sur le corps de manière amovible entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture de ladite deuxième ouverture, ainsi que - des moyens de verrouillage sur le corps du panneau en position de fermeture de ladite deuxième ouverture, cette poubelle comprenant en outre - un réceptacle présentant une ouverture vers le haut, qui peut être placé dans la cavité du corps par la deuxième ouverture en une position inférieure à la première ouverture, pour recevoir les déchets introduits dans la cavité,
et qui peut être retiré de la cavité par la deuxième ouverture, pour évacuer les déchets de la cavité et vider le réceptacle.
La poubelle suivant l'invention permet de recueillir les déchets dans une structure rigide et résistante sans salir la cavité du corps de la poubelle. Cette structure peut par ailleurs être aisément introduite et retirée de cette cavité Le réceptacle peut être facilement vidé par basculement la tête en bas et on peut même envisager un nettoyage de son volume intérieur sans problème, puisque celui-ci est aisément accessible. Le réceptacle garde le même volume, qu'il soit vide ou rempli d'ordures.
Suivant une forme de réalisation de l'invention, le corps présente une paroi supérieure, une paroi inférieure, deux parois frontales et deux parois latérales, ledit panneau amovible est formé d'au moins une partie d'une desdites parois du corps et le réceptacle est un tiroir capable de coulisser à l'intérieur de la cavité du corps en position d'ouverture du panneau amovible. Avantageusement les deux parois

latérales ou respectivement frontales et la paroi inférieure du corps servent d'éléments de guidage du tiroir pour son coulissement dans la cavité du corps. Le corps de poubelle lui-même sert d'encadrement pour guider le coulissement du tiroir.
Suivant une forme préférée de réalisation de l'invention, le tiroir présente une paroi inférieure, deux parois frontales et deux parois latérales en plus de l'ouverture vers le haut susdite et, après introduction du tiroir dans la cavité et fermeture du panneau amovible, chacune des parois du tiroir est adjacente à une desdites parois du corps de la poubelle. De cette manière, le tiroir assure une augmentation de la rigidité du corps de poubelle lui-même, et permet donc la fabrication de celle-ci en matériau plus léger. Aucune ordure ne peut glisser entre les parois du tiroir et les parois du corps de la poubelle, ce qui assure une propreté parfaite de celle-ci pendant son usage.
D'autres formes de réalisation de l'invention sont indiquées dans les revendications annexées.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description donnée ci-après à titre non limitatif et avec référence aux dessins annexés.

La poubelle illustrée sur les figures 1 et 2 comprend un corps 1 comportant une cavité intérieure 2. Ce corps comprend, dans l'exemple illustré, une partie supérieure 3 et une partie inférieure 4 montées l'une sur l'autre de manière fixe, par exemple par boulonnage

ou soudage. La partie inférieure 4 est de forme parallélépipèdique et la partie supérieure 3 présente une forme de dôme offrant une bonne résistance mécanique au corps de la poubelle. Le corps 1 de la poubelle présente donc ici une paroi supérieure 5 en forme de dôme, une paroi inférieure 6, deux parois frontales avant et arrière 7 et 8, et deux parois latérales 9 et 10.
Dans l'exemple illustré, une partie d'une des parois latérales 10 est formée d'un panneau amovible 22. Ici, ce panneau est monté sur le corps 1, à sa partie inférieure 4, à l'aide de charnières 23, de manière à pouvoir pivoter entre une position d'ouverture (voir fig. 2) et en position de fermeture (voir fig. 1) du corps.
La poubelle présente une première ouverture 11 destinée à l'introduction des déchets à l'intérieur de la cavité du corps. Dans l'exemple illustré, cette ouverture 11 est prévue dans la paroi frontale avant 7, à la partie supérieure 3 du corps. Cette ouverture est, dans l'exemple illustré, obturable par un clapet articulé 12 qui est monté sur le corps 1, au bord supérieur de l'ouverture 11, à l'aide de charnières non représentées. Le clapet est repoussé vers l'intérieur du corps lorsque des déchets sont introduits. Il se rabat par une force de rappel, ici la gravité, contre des parois de butée 13 et 14 après introduction des déchets. L'ouverture 11 est ainsi automatiquement fermée, et elle évite que de mauvaises odeurs se répandent autour de la poubelle.
Elle empêche la pénétration d'insectes et, dans le cas extrême où un début d'incendie apparaît dans la poubelle, elle empêche la pénétration d'air comburant ce qui a pour effet d'étouffer l'incendie. La paroi de butée inclinée 14 peut en outre servir à l'écrasement et l'extinction des cigarettes.
Le corps 1 de la poubelle suivant l'invention présente une deuxième ouverture 24 par laquelle les déchets sont évacués. Elle est ouverte et fermée par le panneau 22 décrit ci-dessus. Ce panneau peut

être verrouillé sur le corps 1, en position de fermeture, à l'aide de moyens de verrouillage, tels qu'une serrure 25. 25'.
La poubelle suivant l'invention comprend en outre un réceptacle de réception des déchets illustré ici sous la forme d'un tiroir
15. Dans le cas illustré, le tiroir présente une paroi inférieure 16, deux parois frontales avant et arrière 17 et 18 et deux parois latérales 19 et 20, ainsi qu'une ouverture vers le haut 21. Dans l'exemple illustré les dimensions du tiroir 15 sont prévues de façon qu'il puisse coulisser à l'intérieur de la cavité. De préférence, pendant l'introduction du tiroir 15 dans la cavité 2, alors que le panneau 22 est ouvert, les parois 6,7 et 8 du corps 1 servent d'éléments de guidage du coulissement. Après fermeture du panneau 22, chacune des parois du tiroir est adjacente à une des parois du corps de la poubelle.
Aucune ordure introduite par la première ouverture 11 ne peut ainsi se glisser entre les parois du tiroir et les parois de la poubelle. Par ailleurs, la paroi latérale 20 du tiroir, adjacente à la paroi latérale 22 du corps 1 de la poubelle, escamote la serrure 25, qui devient inaccessible de l'intérieur. Cette mesure permet de réduire les risques d'ouverture non autorisée de la poubelle.
L'ouverture vers le haut 21 du tiroir se situe, après introduction de celui-ci dans le corps de la poubelle, en dessous de la première ouverture 11, sous son bord inférieur, le plus près possible de celui-ci.
Le tiroir 15 présente enfin des moyens facilitant son extraction, lorsqu'il faut le retirer du corps de la poubelle. Ces moyens d'extraction consistent, dans l'exemple illustré, en deux poignées 26 éventuellement encastrées dans le corps du tiroir 15.
Le tiroir 15 est avantageusement réalisé en une matière mécaniquement résistante, de préférence de la tôle métallique, avantageusement revêtue d'un film antladhérent, empêchant une souillure excessive du tiroir par les déchets.

La poubelle illustrée est supportée sur un montant vertical 27 portant à son sommet une plaque d'appui 28 sur laquelle est fixée de manière rigide la paroi de fond 6 du corps 1 de la poubelle, par exemple par soudage ou par boulonnage.
Il doit être entendu que la présente invention n'est en aucune façon limitée à la forme de réalisation décrite ci-dessus et que bien des modifications peuvent y être apportées sans sortir du cadre des revendications annexées.
On peut notamment prévoir qu'une partie au moins du corps de la poubelle soit agencée pour servir de support pour de la publicité, par exemple sur la paroi frontale avant 7, ou le panneau 22.
On pourrait par exemple imaginer une poubelle en deux parties, dont la partie supérieure 3 serait montée de manière amovible sur la partie inférieure 4, par exemple par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière, en pouvant être verrouillée sur elle en position rabattue.
La forme de la poubelle pourrait être modifiée largement.
Elle pourrait être conçue suspendue à un mur ou même partiellement ou totalement encastrée. Dans ce cas, le montant du support 27 devient superflu.
L'ouverture 11 et l'ouverture 24 pourraient être imaginées sur la même paroi du corps de la poubelle. Elles pourraient aussi être conçues sur d'autres parois. Par exemple, on peut imaginer la première ouverture 11 sur la paroi supérieure 5. On peut aussi envisager la deuxième ouverture 24 sur cette paroi supérieure 5, ou sur la paroi inférieure 6, et dans ce cas l'extraction du tiroir se fait verticalement, ou sur la paroi avant 7 ou arrière 8 Dans le cas où l'extraction du tiroir doit se faire par le haut, c'est la paroi supérieure 5 entière qui est amovible ou même toute la partie supérieure 3 du corps de la poubelle.

"Trash can"
The present invention relates to garbage cans, in particular to those intended for use in public places, especially urban.
Many types of garbage cans are known to be installed on the street, on beaches or in parks. These bins consist of a receptacle having an upper opening, possibly provided with a hinged cover making it possible to close the opening. Many of these bins are provided with means for hanging plastic bags, into which the waste is thrown. These bags are then extracted from the receptacle through the upper opening.
In other known types of trash, a waste introduction opening is provided in a front or side wall of the container or at its top, and the receptacle can be emptied from below, by unlocking the bottom plate of the receptacle which is connected to it in an articulated manner (see for example the Spanish utility model no 9400467).
According to an alternative embodiment of this Spanish utility model, the waste introduction opening is provided in a front wall and the upper part of the receptacle is tiltable like a lockable cover, while a bag can be introduced by the high in the bin cavity.
The known embodiments, without an inner bag, have the disadvantage that the waste dirty the interior of the bin and clog the hinges or locking elements where

Finally, the locking elements, such as the locks closing the folding plates which allow waste disposal when they are open, are easily accessible from the inside through the waste introduction opening, which allows acts of vandalism, such as opening the bin for waste to spread on the ground.
Finally, the body of the bin directly receives the mechanical stresses due for example to excessive sinking of the garbage, with the consequence of an unexpected, unwanted opening of the waste discharge opening.
The known embodiments, with an inner bag, only partially remedy the aforementioned drawbacks. They are advantageous mainly by the fact that they maintain the cleanliness of the interior cavity of the bin, provided that the bag is not punctured during use, which happens despite everything frequently.
Furthermore, the evacuation of the bag is generally difficult. Frequently overfilled, the bag is inflated and puts pressure on the walls of the receptacle, offering resistance to extraction. This must also generally take place upwards, through the upper opening of the receptacle, which is also inconvenient. During this operation the bag can tear and the garbage spreads everywhere.
The object of the present invention is to avoid the drawbacks mentioned in the heading by producing a trash can, intended for use in public places, which is clean, easy to fill and empty and at a very favorable cost. Advantageously, this trash can also possibly serve as an advertising medium.
This problem is solved by a bin comprising - a body comprising

an internal cavity intended to receive waste, a first opening, possibly closable, for the introduction of waste inside the body, a second opening for the evacuation of waste, and a panel which is mounted on the body so removable between an open position and a closed position of said second opening, as well as - locking means on the body of the panel in the closed position of said second opening, this bin further comprising - a receptacle having an opening towards the top, which can be placed in the body cavity by the second opening in a position lower than the first opening, to receive the waste introduced into the cavity,
and which can be withdrawn from the cavity through the second opening, to evacuate the waste from the cavity and empty the receptacle.
The bin according to the invention makes it possible to collect the waste in a rigid and resistant structure without dirtying the cavity of the body of the bin. This structure can also be easily inserted and removed from this cavity. The receptacle can be easily emptied by tilting upside down and it is even possible to envisage cleaning its internal volume without problem, since the latter is easily accessible. The receptacle keeps the same volume, whether empty or filled with garbage.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the body has an upper wall, a lower wall, two front walls and two side walls, said removable panel is formed from at least part of one of said walls of the body and the receptacle is a drawer capable of sliding inside the body cavity in the open position of the removable panel. lateral or respectively frontal and the lower wall of the body serve as guide elements for the drawer for its sliding in the body cavity. The bin body itself serves as a frame to guide the sliding of the drawer.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the drawer has a lower wall, two front walls and two side walls in addition to the aforementioned upward opening and, after introduction of the drawer into the cavity and closing of the removable panel, each of the walls of the drawer is adjacent to one of said walls of the body of the bin. In this way, the drawer provides an increase in the rigidity of the bin body itself, and therefore allows the manufacture thereof in lighter material. No garbage can slip between the walls of the drawer and the walls of the body of the bin, which ensures perfect cleanliness of the latter during its use.

The bin illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 comprises a body 1 comprising an interior cavity 2. This body comprises, in the example illustrated, an upper part 3 and a lower part 4 fixedly mounted on each other, for example by bolting

or welding. The lower part 4 is of parallelepiped shape and the upper part 3 has a dome shape offering good mechanical resistance to the body of the bin. The body 1 of the bin therefore has here a dome-shaped upper wall 5, a lower wall 6, two front and rear front walls 7 and 8, and two side walls 9 and 10.
In the example illustrated, part of one of the side walls 10 is formed by a removable panel 22. Here, this panel is mounted on the body 1, at its lower part 4, using hinges 23, of so as to be able to pivot between an open position (see fig. 2) and in the closed position (see fig. 1) of the body.
The bin has a first opening 11 for the introduction of waste inside the body cavity. In the example illustrated, this opening 11 is provided in the front front wall 7, at the upper part 3 of the body. This opening is, in the example illustrated, closable by an articulated valve 12 which is mounted on the body 1, at the upper edge of the opening 11, using hinges not shown. The valve is pushed back inside the body when waste is introduced. It folds down by a restoring force, here gravity, against abutment walls 13 and 14 after introduction of the waste. The opening 11 is thus automatically closed, and it prevents bad odors from spreading around the bin.
It prevents the penetration of insects and, in the extreme case where a start of fire appears in the trash, it prevents the penetration of combustion air which has the effect of smothering the fire. The inclined abutment wall 14 can also be used for crushing and extinguishing cigarettes.
The body 1 of the bin according to the invention has a second opening 24 through which the waste is discharged. It is opened and closed by the panel 22 described above. This panel can

be locked to the body 1, in the closed position, using locking means, such as a lock 25. 25 '.
The trash can according to the invention further comprises a receptacle for receiving the waste illustrated here in the form of a drawer
15. In the illustrated case, the drawer has a bottom wall 16, two front and rear front walls 17 and 18 and two side walls 19 and 20, as well as an opening upwards 21. In the example illustrated the dimensions of the drawer 15 are provided so that it can slide inside the cavity. Preferably, during the introduction of the drawer 15 into the cavity 2, while the panel 22 is open, the walls 6, 7 and 8 of the body 1 serve as sliding guide elements. After closing the panel 22, each of the walls of the drawer is adjacent to one of the walls of the body of the bin.
No garbage introduced by the first opening 11 can thus slip between the walls of the drawer and the walls of the bin. Furthermore, the side wall 20 of the drawer, adjacent to the side wall 22 of the body 1 of the bin, retracts the lock 25, which becomes inaccessible from the inside. This measure reduces the risk of unauthorized opening of the bin.
The upward opening 21 of the drawer is located, after its introduction into the body of the bin, below the first opening 11, under its lower edge, as close as possible to the latter.
The drawer 15 finally has means facilitating its extraction, when it must be removed from the body of the bin. These extraction means consist, in the example illustrated, of two handles 26 possibly embedded in the body of the drawer 15.
The drawer 15 is advantageously made of a mechanically resistant material, preferably metal sheet, advantageously coated with an anti-adherent film, preventing excessive contamination of the drawer by the waste.

The illustrated trash is supported on a vertical upright 27 carrying at its top a support plate 28 on which is rigidly fixed the bottom wall 6 of the body 1 of the trash, for example by welding or bolting.
It should be understood that the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described above and that many modifications can be made thereto without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
One can in particular provide that at least part of the body of the bin is arranged to serve as a support for advertising, for example on the front wall 7, or the panel 22.
One could for example imagine a bin in two parts, the upper part 3 of which would be removably mounted on the lower part 4, for example by means of a hinge, being able to be locked on it in the folded position.
The shape of the bin could be changed widely.
It could be designed suspended from a wall or even partially or completely embedded. In this case, the amount of the support 27 becomes superfluous.
The opening 11 and the opening 24 could be imagined on the same wall of the body of the bin. They could also be designed on other walls. For example, one can imagine the first opening 11 on the upper wall 5. One can also envisage the second opening 24 on this upper wall 5, or on the lower wall 6, and in this case the extraction of the drawer is done vertically, or on the front wall 7 or rear 8 In the case where the drawer must be extracted from the top, it is the entire top wall 5 which is removable or even the entire upper part 3 of the body of the bin.
