In particular, it relates to fusible textiles intended for interlining purposes in garments or cloths.
Today, interlining products are generally used in the textile industry, mainly as reinforcement fabrics.
Their application on the linings or cloths by bonding makes it possible to modify the characteristics of the fabrics, particularly their feel, their softness and their springiness.
Various types of interlining textiles have been proposed.
For example, document EP-A-O 387 117 describes an interlining textile comprising a nonwoven textile layer, weft yarns, a knitted yarn ensuring the link between the weft and the nonwoven textile layer, and a fusible adhesive layer.
Document EP-A-0 501 842 describes an interlining textile comprising a first nonwoven textile layer made up of microfibers and at least a second nonwoven textile layer, the first and second layers being linked together.
Document US-A-4 737 396 describes an interlining textile comprising a highly compressed nonwoven textile layer, weft yarns positioned on one side of the nonwoven textile layer, a warp fabric ensuring the link and the cohesion between the nonwoven textile layer and the weft 10 yarns, and an adhesive positioned on the side of the *"nonwoven textile layer opposite to that against which the weft yarns are placed.
The known interlining textiles are achieved using texturized or nontexturized yarns also referred to as flat yarns.
The use of texturized yarns, particularly multifilament yarns, has a tendency to develop nevertheless due to the specific advantages provided by texturization.
For example, it makes it possible to confer to the fabric a certain extensibility in the weft direction, in the warp direction or in both the warp and weft directions, depending on the use of texturized yarns in these various directions.
It also makes it possible to confer to the interlining product a greater coverage due to the increased volume of the yarn and the fineness of the filaments used. In particular, the use of microfilaments makes it possible to avoid the penetration or flow through the interlining textile of the thermofusible substances used.
The use of texturized yarns also makes it possible to give the interlining textile, and therefore the fabric or cloth on which it is applied, a satisfactory softness.
The multifilament texturized yarns conventionally used consist of single plies or filaments with a yarn numbering of 4 to 5 Dtex, corresponding to standard yarns. They may also consist of microfilaments with a smaller yarn numbering.
However, this conventional yarn numbering has certain disadvantages.
For example, the elasticity or extensibility of the texturized yarns used results in the fact that the cloths 10 do not remain flat on the interlining textile.
Indeed, the crimp of the texturized yarns tends to lengthen with time, particularly due to the heat treatments and vaporizations undergone by the textile.
This results in a lengthening of the interlining textile, whereas the cloth itself tends to shrink as a "'"results of these same treatments.
This then produces a "curling" or "rolling" phenomenon of the cloth on the interlining textile.
This phenomenon is more pronounced when the interlining textile is applied on a full garment, such as a double-breasted jacket.
And even more so if the cloth used is supple.
The main goal of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, by proposing an interlining textile limiting the curling phenomenon of the garments or cloths on which it is applied.
A first object of the invention concerns an interlining textile of improved stability.
Another object of the invention relates to the use of an interlining textile of improved stability for the reinforcement of garments or articles of clothing.
Another object of the invention relates to a collar, particularly a shirt collar, comprising the interlining textile of improved stability.
A first object of the invention relates to an interlining textile of improved stability.
For this purpose, the interlining textile of the invention intended to be bonded onto a fabric or a cloth comprises yarns in the weft direction and/or yarns in the warp direction formed using multifilament texturized 10 yarns, said yarns having a yarn numbering per single ply superior to approximately 12 Dtex.
~In this manner, the crimp of the texturized yarns of high yarn numbering used has a greater elastic force and the extensibility of the interlining textile obtained is limited.
The multifilament texturized yarns of high yarn numbering thus maintain the cloth in a substantially flat position, due to their resistance and to elasticity, and this position is maintained with time.
The texturized multifilament yarns of high yarn numbering which may be used include synthetic yarns.
The synthetic yarns which may be used include polyamide yarns, particularly of polyamide 6 or 6.6 type, and polyester yarns.
The multifilament texturized yarns generally comprise between 6 and 40 single filaments, with this number possibly varying depending on the final destination of the textile.
The texturization treatment, intended to confer twist and/or crimp characteristics to the yarn, is known in itself and need not be described in greater detail within the scope of the present patent application.
We shall merely refer to the texturization methods using the false twist technique.
According to a first option, the interlining textile of the invention comprises a weft knit fabric in which the weft is achieved using single-ply multifilament texturized yarns of high yarn numbering.
According to a first embodiment, the single-ply texturized yarns of high yarn numbering forming the reinforcement yarns in the weft direction are short-weft yarns.
The short-weft yarns are actually reeled in the 10 direction of a warp yarn, in such a manner that each ee short-weft yarn passes above a plurality of stitches in each course.

This reeling may take place plumb with one out of every two, three of four wales, but it may also take place above each wale.
"According to a second embodiment, the single-ply texturized yarns of high yarn numbering forming the reinforcement yarns in the weft direction are long-weft :yarns.
The long-weft yarns are arranged transversely with respect to the direction of manufacture of the textile, i.e. transversely with respect to the wales.
There may be one long-weft yarn per course.
Needless to say, the number of long-weft yarns may vary, particularly depending on the raw materials used or the result sought. Other designs, for example one long-weft yarn every two or three courses, are possible.
Optionally, the interlining textile of the invention may comprise both long-weft yarns and shortweft yarns.
Preferably, the knitted fabric is of warp knit type.
6 The yarns which may be used for the knitted fabric include natural or synthetic multifilament yarns, of flat yarn or texturized yarn type.
The total yarn numbering of the yarn used for the knitted fabric is comprised between approximately 22 and 150 Dtex, with yarn numberings per single ply comprised between approximately 0.5 and 6 Dtex.
The yarns which may be used for the knitted fabric include polyamide yarns, particularly of polyamide 6 or 10 6.6 type, polyester yarns, and cellulosic yarns.
According to another option, the interlining textile of the invention comprises a weft knit fabric .e such as described above and, in addition, multifilament capstan yarns having a yarn numbering per single ply superior to approximately 12 Dtex.
*The capstan yarns are preferably arranged in the warp direction.
The capstan yarns are arranged between wales and distributed in a substantially regular manner, without participating in the formation of the stitch.
A capstan yarn is preferably arranged between each :wale but, needless to say, the number of capstan yarns between the wales may vary.
The capstan yarns of high yarn numbering may consist of single capstan yarns, kept in position by the knitted fabric, passing through the same side of all the stitch laps.
The capstan yarns may also consist of capstan yarns with floats, kept in position by the knitted fabric, passing through the same side of several stitch laps.
Preferably, the capstan yarns with floats are reeled in the warp direction and between the wales, displaying a float corresponding to at least two courses stitch laps.
The capstan yarns which may be used include multifilament synthetic texturized yarns with a singleply yarn numbering superior to approximately 12 Dtex, and a total yarn numbering comprised between 80 and 300 Dtex.
The capstan yarns preferably comprise 6 to 24 filaments.
The yarns which may be used for the capstan yarns are polyester yarns, for example.
The capstan yarns are arranged on either side of 10 the knitted fabric.
According to another option, the interlining textile of the invention further comprises a nonwoven textile layer.
The main purpose of this layer is to give the textile a significant volume with respect to its weight.
*"It is achieved using a lap of natural, synthetic or artificial fibers and possibly undergoes a minimum bonding to give the fibers a certain cohesion. This bonding may be achieved by hot calandering.
In that case, the fibers of the nonwoven textile layer are preferably formed using polyamide fibers made up of two constituents, with one of them capable of melting and ensuring the bonding by calandering.
The nonwoven textile layer may also be achieved using synthetic fibers, for example made of polyester or polyamide, particularly polyamide of 6 or 6.6 type, or even natural or artificial fibers, for example made of viscose.
The nonwoven textile layer may possibly be needled or preneedled, for example with a needle penetration density of 20 per cm 2 The nonwoven textile layer may be slightly or highly compressed.
The position of the weft yarns of the knitted fabric and/or of the capstan yarns with respect to the nonwoven textile layer may vary.
For example, the short and/or long-weft yarns may be positioned on the side of the nonwoven textile layer opposite to the side of the nonwoven textile layer on which the knitted fabric is arranged.
Optionally, they may be positioned on the same side of the nonwoven textile layer as the side comprising the knitted fabric, or between the nonwoven textile layer and the knitted fabric.
oooo In the option according to which the textile of the invention comprises a nonwoven textile layer, the capstan yarns are preferably arranged on the side of the nonwoven textile layer opposite to the side of the nonwoven "textile layer comprising the knitted fabric.
According to another option, the interlining textile of the invention comprises a woven textile layer including, either in the weft direction or in the warp direction, or in both directions, multifilament texturized yarns with a yarn numbering per single ply superior to approximately 12 Dtex such as described above.
The woven layer is made of natural, synthetic and/or artificial fibers. In addition to the multifilament texturized yarns with a yarn numbering per single ply superior to approximately 12 Dtex, the woven layer may comprise warp yarns made of cotton or viscose, for example. It may comprise continuous fibers or filaments, flat or texturized, with a typical yarn density, for example between 14 and 40 yarns per cm.
Antistatic yarns are possibly incorporated in the interlining textile of the invention.
Such antistatic yarns already exist.
9 They may consist of metallic conducting yarns, metallic composite yarns, or cationic polymeric yarns, particularly carbon yarns.
The antistatic yarns are arranged alternately with the reinforcement yarns in the warp direction and/or in the weft direction, particularly the weft yarns, the capstan yarns.
A proportion of approximately 5 to approximately of antistatic yarns with respect to the number of 10 reinforcement yarns is preferred.
*The interlining textile of the invention is 0*S* subjected to the conventional finishing operations so as to obtain the required stabilization, elasticity and shades.
The interlining textile of the invention further comprises a fusible adhesive layer.
This fusible adhesive layer may be deposited on one of the faces of the textile of the invention, for example using a coating method, in the form of lines or points, for example a print coating method of screen printing type.
The fusible adhesive layer may be deposited using any other conventional coating method.
The fusible material making up the adhesive layer consists, for example, of any of the materials used to ensure the bonding of reinforcement fabrics onto the textiles intended to receive them.
It may have a polyamide, polyester, polyethylene, polyurethane, polyolefine polymer or copolymer base.
When the coating is achieved in the form of points, the density is preferably in the order of 30 to 150 points per cm 2 Another object of the invention is the use of an interlining textile according to the invention for the reinforcement of garments.
The interlining textile of the invention may be used for all types of garments or articles of clothing to be reinforced, such as jackets, belts, shirt fronts, collars or shirt sleeves or equivalent pieces.
A preferred application of the interlining textile according to the invention is the reinforcement of 10 collars.
-For this purpose, the invention proposes a collar Sfor a shirt or an equivalent garment, comprising one or ."more pieces of fabric and an interlining textile according to the invention associated with it.
The interlining textile of the invention may act as collar stiffening cloth on its own, or it may act as the reinforcement of a collar stiffening cloth which is itself associated with the piece(s) of the collar.
:According to one option, the collar comprises two pieces of fabric, top and bottom, respectively, assembled together and between which the interlining textile of the invention is inserted and assembled.
Additional advantages and characteristics of the invention will be understood upon reading the description which follows of examples of embodiments, provided on an illustrative and non limiting basis.
Example 1 An interlining textile of weft knit type is prepared as follows on a knitting machine of "RACHEL" type, also referred to as a weft insertion "warp knitting machine".
Knitting yarns forming a stitch, consisting of flat polyester yarns, with a yarn numbering of 33 Dtex and made up of 24 filaments, are used to obtain a knitted fabric of warp knit type.
.I 10 The knitting machine is also supplied with long- *weft yarns consisting of texturized multifilament yarns made of polyester, with a total yarn numbering of 84 Dtex S"and made up of six filaments, with a weft density of 14 rows of yarns per centimetre.
Example 2 ."An interlining textile of weft knit type is prepared in the same manner as in example 1 above.
The same warp yarns as those of example 1 above are =used on a "RACHEL" knitting machine, and the long-weft 20 yarns used consist of texturized multifilament yarns made of polyester with a total yarn numbering of 167 Dtex and made up of 12 filaments.
Example 3 An interlining textile of weft knit type reinforced by a capstan yarn is prepared as follows.
The textile is prepared in the same manner as in example 1 above, using a warp knit fabric obtained using flat yarns made of polyester with a total yarn numbering of 22 Dtex and made up of 18 filaments.
The long-weft yarns consist of texturized yarns made of polyester with a total yarn numbering of 167 Dtex and made up of 12 filaments with a single yarn numbering of 14 Dtex, with a weft density of 12 rows of yarns per centimetre.
A single capstan yarn consisting of a texturized polyester yarn with a total yarn numbering of 84 Dtex and made up of 6 filaments is incorporated in the warp direction between each wale.
Example 4 An interlining textile of nonwoven type reinforced by a weft knit fabric is prepared as follows.
A nonwoven textile composed of synthetic yarns made of polyamide, weighing 50 g per m2, previously heat 10 bonded by hot calandering, is fed onto a knitting machine of "RACHEL" type with nonwoven insertion.
The warp yarns used are flat 6.6 polyamide yarns, made up of 16 filaments and with a total yarn numbering of 44 Dtex. The long-weft yarns are six-filament texturized polyamide yarns having a total yarn numbering of 84 Dtex, with a weft density of 10 rows of yarns per 0, centimetre.
Example An interlining textile of nonwoven type, reinforced by a weft knit fabric is prepared as follows.
A nonwoven textile made up of polyester filaments of melt-blown type, bonded by needling, weighing 30 g per m 2 is used with warp yarns consisting of flat yarns made of polyamide having a total yarn numbering of 22 Dtex, with a yarn numbering per single ply of 0.5 Dtex. A single capstan yarn made of texturized polyester, with a total yarn numbering of 84 Dtex and made up of 6 filaments, is incorporated between the wales, in the warp direction.
The weft is composed of texturized polyester yarns having a total yarn numbering of 167 Dtex and made up of 12 filaments, with a yarn numbering per single ply of 14 Dtex, and with a weft density of 12 rows of yarns per centimetre.

Claims (29)

1. An interlining textile intended to be bonded onto a fabric or a cloth, comprising yarns in the weft direction and/or yarns in the warp direction formed using multifilament texturized yarns, said yarns having a yarn numbering per single ply superior to approximately 12 Dtex.
2. An interlining textile according to claim 1, 10 characterised in that the texturized multifilament yarns include synthetic yarns.
3. An interlining textile according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the synthetic yarns include polyamide yarns, particularly of polyamide 6 or 6.6 type, and polyester yarns.
4. An interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the multifilament texturized yarns comprise between 6 and 40 single filaments.
5. An interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that it comprises a weft knit fabric.
6. An interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the multifilament texturized yarns in the weft direction are long-weft yarns.
7. An interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the multifilament texturized yarns in the weft direction are short-weft yarns and long-weft yarns.
8. An interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the multifilament texturized yarns in the weft direction are short-weft yarns and long-weft yarns.
9. An interlining textile according to any of claims 5 to 8, characterised in that the knitted fabric is achieved using natural or synthetic multifilament yarns, of flat yarn or texturized yarn type.
10. An interlining textile according to any of claims 5 to 9, characterised in that the yarns forming the knitted fabric have a total yarn numbering comprised between approximately 22 and approximately 150 Dtex, with yarn numberings per single ply comprised between 10 approximately 0.5 and approximately 6 Dtex.
11. An interlining textile according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that the yarns forming the knitted fabric include polyamide yarns, particularly of polyamide 6 or 6.6 type, polyester yarns, and cellulosic yarns.
12. An interlining textile according to any of claims 5 to 11, characterised in that the knitted fabric is of warp knit type.
13. An interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that it comprises multifilament capstan yarns with a yarn numbering per single ply superior to approximately 12 Dtex, preferably :arranged in the warp direction.
14. An interlining textile according to claim 13, characterised in that the capstan yarns consist of single capstan yarns. An interlining textile according to claim 13, characterised in that the capstan yarns consist of capstan yarns with floats.
16. An interlining textile according to any of claims 13 to 15, characterised in that the capstan yarns include synthetic multifilament texturized yarns.
17. An interlining textile according to any of claims 13 to 16, characterised in that the capstan yarns are achieved using polyester yarns.
18. An interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 17, characterised in that it comprises a nonwoven textile layer.
19. An interlining textile according to claim 18, characterised in that the nonwoven textile layer is achieved using natural, synthetic or artificial fibers. An interlining textile according to claim 19, characterised in that the fibers of the nonwoven textile layer are preferably formed using fibers made of two- constituent polyamide, polyester, polyamide or viscose.

An interlining textile according to any of 0000 .e "claims 1 to 4, characterised in that it comprises a woven S0'0" textile layer including, in the warp direction, in the weft direction, or in both directions, multifilament texturized yarns with a yarn numbering per single ply superior to approximately 12 Dtex.
22. An interlining textile according to claim 21, characterised in that the woven layer comprises natural, :synthetic or artificial fibers, for example yarns made of 0*99 cotton or viscose.
23. An interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 22, characterised in that it comprises OO O 0 antistatic yarns.
24. An interlining textile according to claim 23, characterised in that the antistatic yarns include metallic conducting yarns, metallic composite yarns, cationic polymeric yarns, particularly carbon yarns. An interlining textile according to claim 23 or 24, characterised in that it comprises approximately to 20% of antistatic yarns with respect to the number of reinforcement yarns.
26. An interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 25, characterised in that it comprises a fusible adhesive layer.
27. An interlining textile according to claim 26, characterised in that the fusible material making up the adhesive layer consists, for example, of any of the materials used to ensure the bonding of reinforcement fabrics onto the textiles intended to receive them.
28. An interlining textile according to claim 26 or 27, characterised in that the adhesive material has a polyamide, polyester, polyethylene, polyurethane, polyolefine polymer or copolymer base.
29. The use of an interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 28, for the reinforcement of garments or articles of clothing. The use according to claim 29, for the 0600 reinforcement of jackets, belts, shirt fronts, collars or shirt sleeves or equivalent pieces.
31. The use according to claim 29 or 30, for the reinforcement of collars.
32. A collar for a shirt or an equivalent garment, comprising one or more pieces of fabric and an interlining textile according to any of claims 1 to 28 aIs soc .iated with it.
633. A collar according to claim 32, characterised Sc in that the interlining textile acts as a collar stffening cloth on its own, or it acts as the reinforcement of a collar stiffening cloth which is itself associated with the piece(s) of the collar. 34. A collar according to claim 32 or 33, characterised in that it comprises two pieces of fabric, top 'and bottom, respectively, assembled together and between which the interlining textile is inserted and assembled.
