Abstract
Newness and distinctiveness reside in the visual features of the bottle shown in the representations having a neck a body having shoulders and a base the neck being relatively short and having a cylindrical shape and joining with the upper part of the body which has an elliptical cross-section. A protruding ribbon-like stopper-ring extends around the entire perimeter of the upper end of the neck. The shoulders of the body are slightly inclined towards a perimetral edge through a symmetrical front and rear convex surface whose radius is larger than the radius of the lateral upper surface. In horizontal section the body has an oval shape with wide horizontally curved front and rear sides. The body gradually tapers towards the bottom along vertically curved lateral edges. The lower part of the body is associated with the flat bottom by a rounded portion. The body is designed transparent so that the interior features of the body such as the thickened flat base are visible from outside the body.
