Abstract
Newness and distinctiveness reside in the visual features of the design shown in solid lines in the representations excluding those features shown in dashed lines and in particular in a vertically upstanding body having a circular section in a tall neck which protrudes upwardly from the upper part of the body and joins the body through circular edges having a small radius of curvature in a slightly inclined surface which links the lower part of the neck to the outer circular edge of the upper part of the body and in that the bottle body bulges at the center portion and thus provides a maximum width to the body at about half the body height and in that the body gradually tapers towards the shoulder and the base from the center portion and in the transparent body which makes the interior features of the body such as the thick glass base visible from the outside.
