By means of the method, the upper-section excavation and lower-section water hazard pre-treatment of a shaft can be performed synchronously and operated in parallel, thereby reducing the time consumed by conventional grouting-from-the surface and pre-grouting-from-the-working-face, and thus saving on the overall shaft construction time.

Description

PRE-GROUTING TREATMENT METHOD FOR WATER HAZARDS IN SHAFT CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of an underground hazards treatment in a coal mine, and specifically to a pre-grouting treatment method for water hazards in a shaft construction.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The shaft is utilized in the shaft mine to establish the connection between the upper section and the lower section of the mine, which is the throat of the mine. The current shaft sinking methods comprise a freezing method, a caisson method, a drilling method and a common method. When the common method is utilized in shaft construction, the aquifer water hazards that the shaft requires to penetrate can be treated by the pre-grouting method, or a method of excavation and masonry with water in a shaft disclosed in Chinese patent CN112746849B can also be utilized for water hazard prevention and control.
[ 0003] At present, there are two common pre-grouting treatment methods for water hazards in the shaft constructions: the ground pre-grouting method and the working face pre-grouting method. After the shaft construction is completed, the residual leakage point of the shaft wall can be treated by back-wall grouting. The ground pre-grouting is mainly used for the strata with numerous aquifers and large spans. By constructing multiple boreholes on the ground before the shaft construction to the lowest aquifer, each aquifer is controlled by segmented grouting, and the shaft is excavated after the grouting is completed. The working face pre-grouting means that after the shaft is excavated to a certain distance from the aquifer, the excavation is terminated, and a plurality of grouting holes are constructed on the working surface to carry out the grouting, and the shaft is excavated again after the grouting is completed. In addition, a grouting method is also proposed in a process of a multi-working face parallel operation on a ground pre-grouting of a shaft disclosed by the Chinese patent CN103233699A, in which first section of the grouting still occupies the shaft construction time, and the effective engineering amount of the second and third sections of the ground grouting drilling is little and the cost is high. At present, a lot of shaft construction time is occupied by the commonly used shaft grouting methods.
SUMMARY
[0004] In view of the above technical deficiencies, the objectives of the present invention are to provide a pre-grouting treatment method for water hazards in a shaft construction, which controls a pre-grouting treatment on an aquifer at the bottom section of the shaft by constructing grouting drill holes upwards at the bottom of the shaft. [ 0026] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 2, provided is a pre-grouting treatment method for water hazards in a shaft construction. The method includes the following steps.
[ 0027] 1. The survey and set-out of the plane position and the downhole position of the shaft:. according to the design drawings of the shaft, the center point on the ground of the shaft is surveyed and set out, the position for the bottom of the shaft is surveyed and set out.
[ 0028] 2. The analysis of the geological data for the shaft to determine the zone of the lower section that requires the grouting treatment: the data for the shaft are collected, sort out and analyzed to determine such as the location, structure and thickness of the aquifer that requires to be treated in the lower-section of the shaft.
[0029] 3. The normal construction at the upper-section of the shaft and the excavation of the annular surrounding roadway grouted at the lower-section: the excavation of the upper-section of the shaft is carried out, and the connecting roadway (the roadway is not wasted, even if other shaft construction methods are used, this roadway will also be constructed in the later stage) are constructed simultaneously through the original downhole roadways, and the annular surrounding roadway is constructed around the bottom of the shaft. The roadway is 6 m to -8 m away from the outer wall of the shaft with the height of 4 m and the width of 3 m, which can accommodate an underground tunnel drilling rig for operation.
[ 0030] At the same time, the temporary drainage system is constructed or pipelines are laid downhole to discharge the water flew out from the grouting drill holes 2 in the later stage in the annular surrounding roadway 1.
[ 0031] 4. The normal construction at the upper-section of the shaft, the pre-grouting treatment on an aquifer at the lower section of the shaft by constructing grouting drill holes upwards: the upper-section of the shaft is continued to be excavated normally, and the grouting operation of the aquifer at the lower section is performed simultaneously, grouting drill holes 2 are arranged upward vertically by taking the annular surrounding roadway 1 constructed around the shaft as a drilling field, the depths of the grouting drill holes 2 reach an uppermost aquifer, and the grouting operations are performed through the grouting drill holes 2.
[ 0032] The opened positions of the grouting drill holes 2 are located in the annular surrounding roadway 1, the grouting drill holes 2 are arranged equidistantly, and the construction is carried out by selecting holes at intervals. Firstly, 24 grouting drill holes are constructed uniformly, and then the checking-supplementary-grouting holes are constructed complementally in intervals between 4 adjacent grouting drill holes 2. When no water flows out of the checking-supplementary-grouting holes, it indicates that an expected grouting effect is reached, and then the grouting is terminated.
[ 0033] When water remains flowing out of the checking-supplementary-grouting holes, the grouting for the checking-supplementary-grouting holes is completed, subsequently, a second round of checking-supplementary-grouting holes are constructed in the intervals between constructed grouting drill holes 2, in this way, until no water flows out of the checking supplementary-grouting holes, an effective curtain 3 of grouting is formed, and an expected effect of grouting is formed.
[0034] 5. After the pre-grouting treatment at the lower-section of the shaft is completed, a filling treatment is performed on the annular surrounding roadway, the shaft is excavated downwards normally to penetrate the treated aquifer at the lower section. Since the aquifer is treated in advance, no water hazards accidents will be caused, and dry shafts can be basically drilled.
[ 0035] 6. The completion of the shaft construction: the shaft is excavated downwards normally to a designed depth position of the shaft, the relevant support works are completed, a connection between the bottom of the shaft and downhole roadways is established, and a construction of the shaft is completed.
[ 0036] Compared with the conventional ground grouting method, this method saves a large amount of useless drilling in the upper-section, saves the time and cost of water hazards treatments, and reduces the difficulties and risks of the control in the conventional over-loose interval of drilling. Compared with the S-hole type ground pre-grouting proposed by a process of a multi-working face parallel operation on a ground pre-grouting of a shaft in Chinese patent CN103233699A, this method saves the extension footage of the shaft and reduces the cost. Compared with the pre-grouting of the working face, the present invention does not require to terminate the excavation, that is, it does not require to terminate the shaft excavation specifically for water hazards treatments. In addition, the space of the working face in the shaft in the prior art is relative small, only one drilling equipment can be generally accommodated, and the overall drilling speed is slow, while the present invention is capable of operating a plurality of devices at the same time, saving the overall construction time of the shaft greatly.
[ 0037] It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and variants can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. In this way, provided that these modifications and variations of the present invention are within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
