Abstract
The present invention discloses a special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling
device, comprising ventilation fans, and a cold source generator; air outlets of the
ventilation fans are provided with heat absorption pipe disks, a plurality of
atomization sprayers are provided on the heat absorption pipe disks, a
solenoid-controlled valve is provided on the plurality of atomization sprayers, and the
solenoid-controlled valve is connected with a controller; the cold source generator
comprises a water tank provided underground and heat dissemination pipe disks; the
water tank, the heat absorption pipe disks and the heat dissemination pipe disks
comprise a water circulation loop, and a water pump is provided on the water
circulation loop. And the present invention has characteristics such as, cooling is
done quickly and bacteria are not liable to grow.

Technical field
The present invention relates to a special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling
device.
Background technology
Highest temperature in summers in most of China may exceed 30°C, but temperature
suitable for cow growth ranges from 18 0C to 24C, when it is too hot, appetite of
cows may decline and in serious case, cows may die due to heatstroke. A method for
cooling the cowsheds currently available is to absorb heat by spraying water and
speeding up water evaporation by fans, however, cooling effects with the foregoing
method is not obvious, and water is retained in cowshed grounds, where bacteria are
liable to grow.
Summary of the invention
Targeting at deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a special
summer cowshed ventilation and cooling device by which cooling can be done
quickly and bacteria are not liable to grow.
A technical solution adopted by the present invention is:
A special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling device, comprising ventilation
fans, and a cold source generator; air outlets of the ventilation fans are provided with
heat absorption pipe disks, a plurality of atomization sprayers are provided on the
heat absorption pipe disks, a solenoid-controlled valve is provided on the plurality of
atomization sprayers, and the solenoid-controlled valve is connected with a
controller; the cold source generator comprises a water tank provided underground
and heat dissemination pipe disks; the water tank, the heat absorption pipe disks
and the heat dissemination pipe disks comprise a water circulation loop, and a water
pump is provided on the water circulation loop.
Furthermore, the special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling device comprises two cold source generators and a plurality of heat absorption pipe disks connected by water pipes; water inlet pipes and water outlet pipes of the two cold source generators are respectively connected to water outlet ends and water inlet ends of the water pipes by three-way valves.
Further, the cold source generators comprise temperature sensors; the three-way
valves are solenoid-controlled three-way valves and the temperature sensors and
both the solenoid-controlled three-way valves are connected with the controller.
Further still, an automatic water refilling device is provided in the water tank.
Beneficial effects of the present invention are:
The special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling device realizes cooling by
utilizing fully underground low temperature sources and the ventilation fans, which
involves low energy cost and achieves good ventilation effects; and the plurality of
cold source generators can be shifted according to actual temperature conditions, so
cooling effects can be promised. In the meantime, quick cooling can be done by
atomization and ventilation.

will be given based on the accompanying drawings, wherein:
Figure 1 is a structural diagram showing a front view of the special summer cowshed
ventilation and cooling device according to the present invention;
Figure 2 is a diagram showing connection of the two cold source generators in the
present invention; and
Figure 3 is a structural diagram showing a top view of the special summer cowshed
ventilation and cooling device according to the present invention.
Embodiments
As is shown in figure 1 to figure 3, the special summer cowshed ventilation and
cooling device comprises ventilation fans 1 and cold source generators. A plurality of ventilation fans 1 are provided in the cowshed 2, as shown in figure 1, totally four ventilation fans 1 are provided, which can be fixed on a side wall of the cowshed 2 or can be hung on a top of the cowshed 2. Heat absorption pipe disks 3 are provided on covering meshes at air outlets of the ventilation fans 1, and the heat absorption pipe disks 3 are bronze pipes. A plurality of atomization sprayers 4 are provided on the heat absorption pipe disks 3, as shown in figure 1, totally three atomization sprayers
4 are provided on each of the heat absorption pipe disks 3, and preferably,
orientations of the atomization sprayers 4 are consistent with orientations of the air
outlet of the ventilation fans 1. A solenoid-controlled valve controls the atomization
sprayers 4, and by operating a sprayer switch on a controller on and off of the
atomization sprayer 4 can be controlled. Water fogs sprayed by the atomization
sprayers 4 are not liable to stagnant on the ground. The cold source generators
comprise respectively an underground water tank 5 and heat dissemination pipe
disks 6. The water tank 5, the heat dissemination pipe disks 6 and the heat
absorption pipe disks 3 form a water circulating loop, and a circulating pump 7 is
provided in the water circulating loop. The heat dissemination pipe disks 6 are a
plurality of layers of communicated horizontal pipe disks, so contact area with the
ground can be increased. As is shown in figure 1, the four heat absorption pipe disks
3 are connected by a water pipe 8, and a water outlet pipe 9 at a left part of the cold
source generators is connected to a water inlet end of the water pipe 8, and a water
inlet pipe 10 at a right part of the cold source generators is connected to a water
outlet end of the water pipe 8. As is shown in figure 1 and figure 2, the heat
absorption pipe disks 3, the water pipe 8, the heat dissemination pipe disks 6, the
water outlet pipe 9 and the water inlet pipe 10 are shown in bold, and arrows are
employed to show a water flowing direction. Water temperature is reduced after
passing the water tank 5 and the heat dissemination pipe disks 6, water of low
temperature makes heat exchange with surrounding air in the heat absorption pipe
disks 3, and cool air is generated and disseminated to the entire cowshed by the
ventilation fans 1, to realize quick cooling.
With only one cold source generator, and upon long time use, temperature in
surrounding areas tends to increase, which will adversely affect cooling effects. In
order to address the foregoing problem, two cold source generators can be provided.
A water inlet pipe 10 of the two cold source generators is connected with a water
outlet end of the water pipe 8 by three-way valves. By controlling the three-way
valves appropriate cold source generators can be selected. The present invention has
also provided temperature sensors, which are arranged in areas surrounding each of
the water tanks or each of the heat dissemination pipe disks 6 (the temperature
sensors are not shown in the accompanying drawings), and the three-way valves are
solenoid-controlled three-way valves. The temperature sensors transmit temperature
data to the controller, and when the temperature is higher than a predetermined
value (such as 23°C), the controller will control the solenoid-controlled three-way
valves 11 to communicate the heat dissemination pipe disks 3 with another cold
source generator.
To avoid water loss in the water tanks during spraying, an automatic water refilling
device is provided in the water tank, which comprises a float switch 13 for automatic
refilling when water level declines to a predetermined degree.
Claims (4)
1. A special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling device, comprising ventilation
fans, and a cold source generator; air outlets of the ventilation fans are provided
with heat absorption pipe disks, a plurality of atomization sprayers are provided
on the heat absorption pipe disks, a solenoid-controlled valve is provided on the
plurality of atomization sprayers, and the solenoid-controlled valve is connected
with a controller; the cold source generator comprises a water tank provided
underground and heat dissemination pipe disks; the water tank, the heat
absorption pipe disks and the heat dissemination pipe disks comprise a water
circulation loop, and a water pump is provided on the water circulation loop.
2. The special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling device according to claim 1,
characterized in that, the special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling device
comprises two cold source generators and a plurality of heat absorption pipe
disks connected by water pipes; water inlet pipes and water outlet pipes of the
two cold source generators are respectively connected to water outlet ends and
water inlet ends of the water pipes by three-way valves.
3. The special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling device according to claim 1,
characterized in that, the cold source generators comprise temperature sensors;
the three-way valves are solenoid-controlled three-way valves and the
temperature sensors and both the solenoid-controlled three-way valves are
connected with the controller.
4. The special summer cowshed ventilation and cooling device according to claim 1,
characterized in that, an automatic water refilling device is provided in the water
tank.
