Abstract

The present invention provides a carbon-based bio-organic fertilizer and its preparation method, the carbon-based bio-organic fertilizer by in parts by weight, including biochar 30 to 60 parts, sterile chicken 10-30 parts, bone meal 5- 10 parts , bentonite 6-11 parts, refined wood vinegar liquid 2-5 parts ,trace element additive 2-4parts as well as 0.5-1 parts of the beneficial agents.With use of organic fertilizers based of the biochar of the present invention , it improved the capacity of retaining water and nutrients of the existing soil, and effectively increased soil fertility, purified the environment of the crop growth.

Soil organic matter is an important material basis for providing and holding fertilizer, but also an essential component of preventing the formation of soil aggregate structure and soil compacting . Soil microorganism is a living organism, providing indispensable active substance for being converted to soil fertility. Microbial directly involved in the process of formation and development of soil fertility including the transformation of matter and energy in the soil, the formation and decomposition of humus, the release of nutrients and the fixation of nitrogen . Therefore, increasing of the beneficial microorganisms in the soil, could enhance soil microbial activity, thereby which improving soil fertility. In particular the microbial activity on the root crops ecosystem area is more important for the roots of a plant nutrition.
[0005] In the studies which has been reported on biochar for soil improvement, some promoted an increase in seasonal plant growth and yield, there are other promoting a reduction in seasonal crop or the second season crops and yield .in which the crop growth and the improvement of yield was mainly due to the application of biochar in the poor soil fertility, it mainly due to the relatively low biochar nutrients ,because the biochar of relatively low nutrient can exchange and absorb soil available nutrients from the soil, which leading to reduce the availability of nutrients of plants. Therefore, many researchers exploring the biochar and composite fertilizer, chemical fertilizer nutrients contained in charcoal make up biological nutrient deficiency defects, but with biochar improve the chemical fertilizer nutrient dissolution release characteristics, biological carbon-based fertilizer has a slow release of nutrients effect, can delay the release, reducing nutrient losses and improve the utilization rate of fertilizer nutrients, biochar after releasing its load of nutrients, soil moisture and still exchange adsorption, play to improve the ability of the soil retain water and nutrients, promote soil microbial growth and beneficial activities , to play its soil conditioner function.

With the advances in the field of microbiology science and technology, national agricultural scientists generally believe that the fertilizer would like efficient and complex direction, which should seek a new carbon-based biological and ecological fertilizer, not only nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements used in conjunction with, to biochar and microbial fertilizer and organic manure combined overall advantage to play, to build eco-cycle system and a comprehensive system of crop nutrition healthy farmland, make full use of the potential of the soil, to increase crop yield the best results.
[0007] China's current carbon-based bio-fertilizer industry compared with other countries, with the kind of variety, a wide range of applications features, however, due to the long-term biological carbon-based fertilizers lack of investment in research so that our carbon-based bio-fertilizer industry still exists the overall level is not high, lack of technological innovation, product quality and application performance issues due to the effect of a stable, sustainable development in agriculture has become the consensus of mankind today, these problems biochar-based fertilizer industry needs to get through the "bottleneck."

With the use of biological carbon-based organic fertilizer, that improve the capacity of retaining water and nutrients of the existing soil,effectively improve soil fertility and clean up the environment for the growth of crops.
