Abstract
Disclosed is a vertical pulping machine for mine fire preventing and fighting, comprising a hopper (1), an inner barrel (6), and an outer barrel (5), a spiral conveyor (11) and a stirring device. A clearance is kept between bottoms of the inner barrel (6) and the outer barrel (5), and between an outer wall of the inner barrel (6) and an inner wall of the outer barrel (5) such that the inner barrel (6) is able to rotate relative to the outer barrel (5). The outer barrel (5) has a concave bottom, and is fit with an impeller (8) in the clearance. The outer barrel (5) has a pulp outlet (4) provided on a side wall, and a dreg discharging port (10) provided on a lower part. One side of the outer barrel (5) is provided with the spiral conveyor (11), and one end of the spiral conveyor is connected to the dreg discharging port (10) via a pipeline. A dreg scraping plate (7) is provided on a lower part of the inner wall of the inner barrel (6), and a dreg discharging hole (16) is provided on a front side in a rotating direction of the dreg scraping plate (7). The pulping machine is able to filter impurities without a filter screen, can produce an even pulp, has a low energy consumption, and a good dreg discharging effect.
Description
VERTICAL FIRE PREVENTING AND EXTINGUISHING
SLURRYING MACHINE FOR MINING
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a slurrying machine, and in particular to a vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining.
Related Art
The spontaneous combustion phenomenon of coal dust from a coal mine is one of reasons of coal mine fire disasters. One way to solve the problem is that slurry is injected into a gob area of the coal mine to isolate the coal dust from air, so as to solve the potential safety hazard of spontaneous combustion of coal dust. A coal mine grouting fire preventing technology comprises mixing loess or fly ash, tailings and the like with water in a certain proportion to obtain uniform slurry, and then conveying same to a fire treatment area for grouting fire prevention. The slurrying effect directly affects the reliability of fire prevention, so a reliable prerequisite for coal mine fire prevention is sufficient and uniform mixing of water and materials; and based on the problem, defects of the existing slurrying methods are stated as follows.
The Chinese utility model patent "Integrated slurrying machine", Application No. 201020597244.X, published on September 7, 2011, is characterized in that a chain wheel on the periphery of a roller is driven by a motor to forwardly rotate, loess particles and slurry are lifted to a high place and then fall by a lifting board assembly, the melting of particles is accelerated by constant extrusion and friction, and then the continuous stirring slurrying is achieved. However, the driving type is limited by the rotational speed, so that the materials and the water cannot be fully mixed by the slurrying machine. The Chinese utility model patent "Fire preventing and extinguishing roller type slurrying machine for coal mine", Application No. 201220422533.5, published on March 20, 2013, is characterized in that an oblique container structure is adopted, larger impurities are filtered out with a sieve body-shaped circular truncated cone at a slurry outlet, and the uniform mixing of slurrying materials and water is strengthened, however, the slurry outlet of the 1 structure is easily blocked when the slurry is thicker or there are more hard particle impurities. The Chinese design patent "Colloid preparing machine (ZLC-60)", Application No. 201130452361.7, published on July 4, 2012, is characterized in that it can be seen from a figure that a filter screen fills a whole slurrying container in the slurrying process, so that the filtering effect is improved to a certain extent; however, the filter screen is easily damaged due to the frequent collision and friction between hard particle impurities and the filter screen; and meanwhile, the filter screen with a large area is used for fdtering, and is difficultly cleaned once the filter screen is blocked. The Chinese utility model patent "Automatic slagging type slurrying machine", Application No. 201120469773.6, published on July 11, 2012, is characterized in that: by adopting a centrifugal slurrying method, uniform and fine slurry preparation is achieved by mixing water with materials through high-speed slurrying blades and simultaneously smashing larger hard particles; and however, the power consumption is higher in the process, and the blades may be damaged by the particles with higher hardness at the same time.
SUMMARY
The present invention provides a vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining in order to solve the problems in the prior art. Impurities in the slurrying process can be filtered without a filter screen inside the slurrying machine. The slurrying machine has the advantages of uniform slurrying, low energy consumption, obvious slagging effect, small occupied area and long service life.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining comprises a hopper, an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a screw conveyor and a stirring device, wherein the hopper is arranged at the top of the inner cylinder, the inner cylinder is arranged in the outer cylinder, and a clearance is reserved between the bottom of the inner cylinder and the bottom of the outer cylinder; the outer edge of the inner cylinder is arranged on the outer edge of the top of the outer cylinder through swing bearings, and a clearance is reserved between the outer wall of the inner cylinder and the inner wall of the outer cylinder, so that the inner cylinder can rotate relative to the outer cylinder, and an effect that filtering can be carried out without a filter 2 screen is achieved; the stirring device comprises an impeller, a transmission shaft and a belt pulley, the impeller is arranged at the bottom of the inside of the outer cylinder, the bottom of the outer cylinder is in a concave shape matched with the impeller, the impeller is connected with the belt pulley arranged outside the outer cylinder through the transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the outer cylinder through a shaft connecting seat, and a waterproof sealing piece is arranged between the transmission shaft and the outer cylinder; the side wall of the outer cylinder is provided with a slurry outlet at the upper part and a slag outlet at the lower part, the screw conveyor is arranged at one side of the outer cylinder and one end of the screw conveyor is connected with the slag outlet through a pipeline, the vertical distance between a discharge port of the screw conveyor and the bottom of the outer cylinder is greater than the vertical distance between the slurry outlet and the bottom of the outer cylinder; and slag scrapers are arranged at the lower part of the inner wall of the inner cylinder, and slag holes are arranged in front of the slag scrapers in the rotational direction.
Further, the slurrying machine also comprises a water injection pipe, the water injection pipe being arranged at the top of the inner cylinder; and further mixing of materials is facilitated.
Further, a filter screen with a loop is arranged at the outer side of the slurry outlet; and the filter screen is added to play a role of secondary filtering, thereby solving the filtering problem of impurities which cannot be precipitated under the action of gravity. Meanwhile, the filter screen adopts a loop structure, which can be directly inserted and pulled out, thereby bringing great convenience for replacing the filter screen, and facilitating the maintenance of staff.
Further, the slag scraper is in the shape of an involute. The structure has a good slagging effect, and the service life is long.
Further, the impeller adopts an inner bulge structure, and the bulge is in an S shape. Materials and water can be uniformly mixed through high-speed rotation by the structure, and hard blocks and larger soil blocks are thrown to the inner wall of the inner cylinder under the action of centrifugal force at the same time, wherein the hard blocks will be 3 discharged by the screw conveyor, while the soil blocks will be broken by colliding with the slag scrapers at a high speed, and then will be mixed and stirred again.
Further, the slurrying machine also comprises a cleaning pipeline with a valve, and the cleaning pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder and is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder. After the slurrying is finished, in the slurrying machine cleaning process, the valve of the cleaning pipeline is turned on, so that slurry remaining at the bottom of the impeller is conveniently discharged together, and thus the whole slurrying machine can be well cleaned.
Compared with the prior art, the slurrying machine provided by the present invention does not need to use a lifting board, and is not affected by the rotational speed in the slurrying process, and the problem that materials and water cannot be well mixed can be solved by the stirring device in high-speed rotation. Meanwhile, filtering is carried out for two times as follows: the first filtering belongs to impurity particle deposition, and the non-screen filtering is implemented by the clearance between the inner and outer cylinders; and the second filtering belongs to small-area filter screen filtering, and the small filter screen adopts a movable inserting and pulling structure, thereby avoiding the filter screen maintenance trouble. In addition, the slurrying machine is configured to collide and disperse the soil blocks only and not break the hard particles, thereby reducing energy consumption. Specifically, by adopting a mode of combining stirring and slagging, the impeller rotates at a high speed to conduct slurrying stirring, the impurities will be close to the inner wall of the inner cylinder due to the centrifugal force brought by the high-speed stirring of the impeller, and then the inner cylinder drives the slag scrapers to rotate at a low speed, the hard particles are continuously collected to the slag outlet to realize slagging, thereby bringing dual effects of stirring and slagging simultaneously; the slurrying volume adopts an inner and outer cylinder structure, and primary filtering is realized by the clearance between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, thereby achieving a non-screen filtering effect; meanwhile, the inner cylinder also plays roles of buffering the slurry and precipitating the hard particles; the slurry outlet adopts a filter screen structure with the loop, so that the secondary filtering effect is realized, thereby solving the problem of large 4 labor force maintenance brought by filter screen blocking to workers; and in addition, the vertical slurrying structure provided by the invention overcomes the defect that the existing slurrying machine has a larger occupied area.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The present invention is further explained below in conjunction with the drawings.
As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, a vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining provided by the invention comprises a hopper 1, an inner cylinder 6, an outer cylinder 5, a screw conveyor 11 and a stirring device, wherein the hopper 1 is arranged at the top of the inner cylinder 6, the inner cylinder 6 is arranged in the outer cylinder 5, and a clearance is reserved between the bottom of the inner cylinder 6 and the bottom of the outer cylinder 5; the outer edge of the inner cylinder 6 is arranged on the outer edge of the top of the outer cylinder 5 through swing bearings 3, and a clearance is reserved between the outer wall of the inner cylinder 6 and the inner wall of the outer cylinder 5, so that the inner cylinder 6 can rotate relative to the outer cylinder 5; an effect that filtering can be carried out without a filter screen is achieved; the stirring device comprises an impeller 8, a transmission shaft 15 and a belt pulley 13, the impeller 8 is arranged at the bottom of the inside of the outer cylinder 5, the bottom of the outer cylinder 5 is in a concave shape and is in clearance fit with the impeller 8, the impeller 8 is connected with the belt pulley 13 arranged outside the outer cylinder 5 through the transmission shaft 15, the transmission shaft 15 is arranged at the bottom of the outer side 5 of the outer cylinder 5 through a shaft connecting seat, and a waterproof sealing piece is arranged between the transmission shaft 15 and the outer cylinder 5; the side wall of the outer cylinder 5 is provided with a slurry outlet 4 at the upper part and a slag outlet 10 at the lower part, the screw conveyor 11 is arranged at one side of the outer cylinder 5 and one end of the screw conveyor 11 is connected with the slag outlet 10 through a pipeline, the vertical distance between a discharge port 12 of the screw conveyor 11 and the bottom of the outer cylinder 5 is greater than the vertical distance between the slurry outlet 4 and the bottom of the outer cylinder 5; and slag scrapers 7 are arranged at the lower part of the inner wall of the inner cylinder 6, and slag holes 16 are arranged in front of the slag scrapers 7 in the rotational direction.
Further, the slurrying machine also comprises a water injection pipe 9, the water injection pipe 9 being arranged at the top of the inner cylinder 6; and further mixing of materials is facilitated.
As an improvement of the present invention, a filter screen 17 with a loop is arranged at the outer side of the slurry outlet 4; and the filter screen 17 is added to play a role of secondary filtering, thereby solving the filtering problem of small impurities which cannot be precipitated under the action of gravity. Meanwhile, the filter screen 17 adopts a loop structure, which can be directly inserted and pulled out, thereby bringing great convenience for replacing the filter screen 17, and facilitating the maintenance of staff.
As another improvement of the present invention, the distance between the outer wall of the inner cylinder 6 and the inner wall of the outer cylinder 5 can be set according to the average particle size of impurities in raw materials adopted in the practical slurrying process. The primary filtering effect is achieved for slurry and non-screen filtering is carried out; and meanwhile, the inner cylinder 6 also plays a buffering role, the impurities cannot enter a part between the outer wall of the inner cylinder 6 and the inner wall of the outer cylinder 5 between which the distance is set, and will sink to the bottom of the slurrying machine under the action of gravity, and the inner cylinder 6 rotationally drives the slag scrapers 7 to allow the impurities to be discharged to the screw conveyor 11 and then to be discharged out of the slurrying machine by the screw conveyor 11. 6
As an improvement of the present invention, the slag scraper 7 is in the shape of an involute. The structure has a good slagging effect, and the service life is long.
Further, the impeller 8 adopts an inner bulge structure, and the bulge is in an S shape. Materials and water can be uniformly mixed through high-speed rotation by the structure, and hard blocks and larger soil blocks are thrown to the inner wall of the inner cylinder 6 under the action of centrifugal force at the same time, wherein the hard blocks will be discharged by the screw conveyor 11, while the soil blocks will be broken by colliding with the slag scrapers 7 at a high speed, and will be mixed and stirred again.
Further, the slurrying machine also comprises a cleaning pipeline 14 with a valve, and the cleaning pipeline 14 is arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder 5 and is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 5. After the slurrying is finished, in the slurrying machine cleaning process, the valve of the cleaning pipeline 14 is turned on, so that slurry remaining at the bottom of the impeller 8 is conveniently discharged together, and thus the whole slurrying machine can be well cleaned. The valve of the cleaning pipeline 14 is turned off after the cleaning is finished, thereby ensuring the sealing performance during slurrying.
When the slurrying is started, the belt pulley 13 is driven by the motor to start to rotate, and the belt pulley 13 drives the impeller 8 to start to rotate through the transmission shaft 15; after the impeller 8 rotates for a period of time, the slurrying raw materials mixed according to a certain proportion enter the inner cylinder 6 through the hopper 1 and the water injection pipe 9 to start slurrying; meanwhile, the central control gear 2 rotates to drive the swing bearings 3 to rotate, and thus the inner cylinder 6 is driven to rotate at a low speed for slagging. In the slurrying process, with the rise of liquid level, the slurry is conveyed upwards from the clearance between the inner cylinder 6 and the outer cylinder 5; the distance between the outer wall of the inner cylinder 6 and the inner wall of the outer cylinder 5 is smaller than the average particle size of the impurities, so the impurity particles in the range of such particle size can enter the part between the inner cylinder 6 and the outer cylinder 5 along with the slurry; the slurry is obtained from the slurry outlet, secondary filtering can be carried out arranged at the slurry outlet 4 through the filter screen 7 17, and further the impurity content of the discharged slurry is reduced; and the precipitated impurities enter the screw conveyor 11 through the slag outlet 10 under the action of the slag scrapers 7 and the slag holes 16, and are discharged by the screw conveyor 11. When the slurrying is started, a feeder should be started after ensuring that the bottom is filled 5 with water in order to prevent the dry material stirring phenomenon to prolong the service life of the slurrying machine, and the water-material ratio error can be ignored due to a larger slurrying amount. 8

- CLAIMS What is claimed is:1. A vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining, characterized by comprising a hopper (1), an inner cylinder (6), an outer cylinder (5), a screw conveyor (11) and a stirring device, wherein the hopper (1) is arranged at the top of the inner cylinder (6), the inner cylinder (6) is arranged in the outer cylinder (5), and a clearance is reserved between the bottom of the inner cylinder (6) and the bottom of the outer cylinder (5); the outer edge of the inner cylinder (6) is arranged on the outer edge of the top of the outer cylinder (5) through swing bearings (3), and a clearance is reserved between the outer wall of the inner cylinder (6) and the inner wall of the outer cylinder (5), so that the inner cylinder (6) can rotate relative to the outer cylinder (5); the stirring device comprises an impeller (8), a transmission shaft (15) and a belt pulley (13), the impeller (8) is arranged at the bottom of the inside of the outer cylinder (5), the bottom of the outer cylinder (5) is in a concave shape and is in clearance fit with the impeller (8), the impeller (8) is connected with the belt pulley (13) arranged outside the outer cylinder (5) through the transmission shaft (15), the transmission shaft (15)is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the outer cylinder through a shaft connecting seat, and a waterproof sealing piece is arranged between the transmission shaft (15) and the outer cylinder (5); the side wall of the outer cylinder (5) is provided with a slurry outlet (4) at the upper part and a slag outlet (10) at the lower part, the screw conveyor (11) is arranged at one side of the outer cylinder (5) and one end of the screw conveyor (11) is connected with the slag outlet (10) through a pipeline, the vertical distance between a discharge port (12) of the screw conveyor (11) and the bottom of the outer cylinder (5) is greater than the vertical distance between the slurry outlet (4) and the bottom of the outer cylinder (5); and slag scrapers (7) are arranged at the lower part of the inner wall of the inner cylinder (6), and slag holes (16) are formed in front of the slag scrapers (7) in the rotational direction.
- 2. The vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining according to claim 1, characterized by also comprising a water injection pipe (9), the water injection pipe (9) being arranged at the top of the inner cylinder.
- 3. The vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining according to claim 1, characterized in that a filter screen (17) with a loop is arranged at the outer side of the slurry outlet (4).
- 4. The vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining according to claim 1, characterized in that each slag scraper (7) is in the shape of an involute.
- 5. The vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining according to claim 1, characterized in that the impeller (8) adopts an inner bulge structure, and the bulge is in an S shape.
- 6. The vertical fire preventing and extinguishing slurrying machine for mining according to claim 1, characterized by also comprising a cleaning pipeline (14) with a water gate, the cleaning pipeline (14) being arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder (5) and communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder (5).
