Abstract

The present application provides a detachable cargo transport board and a container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon. The transport board includes a board body, and multiple annular sleeves, each configured to cooperate with a locking member on each chassis unit of a container rail wagon, are fixed on the board body. The detachable cargo transport board according to the present application may be directly placed on the chassis of the container rail wagon, and in this way, the improved container rail wagon may be used as a platform rail wagon. The movement of the transport board with respect to the chassis may be confined by the cooperation between the annular sleeve and the locking member on the chassis unit. The switching between a container wagon and a platform wagon may be realized by dissembling and assembling the transport board, thereby obtaining a dual-purpose rail wagon. Thus the idleness rate or transportation with empty container may be reduced, and the utilization efficiency of the wagon is improved. Description

DETACHABLE CARGO TRANSPORT BOARD AND CONTAINER-PLATFORM DUAL-
PURPOSE RAIL WAGON TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technology of transport vehicles and accessory equipments thereof, and particularly relates to a detachable cargo transport board and a container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Container wagon and platform wagon each is one of the main types of rail wagons in China. The container wagon is only used to transport a container and cannot be used to transport other cargos, and the platform wagon is mainly used to transport bulky cargos, such as vehicles, large beams.
[0003] In order to improve the transport efficiency of the container wagon and reduce an idleness rate of wagons or reduce the transportation of empty container, a container-platform dual-purpose wagon is produced which can transport both containers and general cargos. Since it is required to transport both containers and general cargos, the container-platform dual-purpose wagon has a complicated structure, and has a greater coefficient of dead weight than the container wagon, thus has worse economic benefit and transport capacity for transporting containers compared to the container wagon, and worse economic benefit and transport capacity for transporting general cargos compared to the platform wagon.
SUMMARY
[0004] An embodiment may provides a detachable cargo transport board and a container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon for overcoming defects in the prior art, which has a simple structure, great economic benefit and transport capacity, and a great flexibility.
[0005] An embodiment provides a detachable cargo transport board including a board body, and a plurality of annular sleeves, each configured to cooperate with a locking member on each chassis unit of a container rail wagon, are fixed on the board body.
[0006] The detachable cargo transport board according to an embodiment may be directly placed on the chassis of the container rail wagon, and in this way, the improved container rail wagon may be used as a platform rail wagon. The movement of the transport board with respect to the chassis may be confined by the cooperation between the annular sleeve and the locking member on the chassis unit. Thus, the detachable cargo transport board may have a simple structure and may be mounted quickly, thereby saving modification time and cost.
[0007] A first aspect provides a container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon, including a chassis and a plurality of containers mounted on the chassis, wherein the chassis includes a plurality of I-shaped chassis units which are connected end to end, each of the chassis units includes a longitudinal beam and two cross beams fixed on two ends of the longitudinal beam respectively, a locking member protruding upwards is fixed on a top surface of each of two ends of each cross beam, four corners of a bottom of each container are each provided with a universal container corner fitting configured to cooperate with the locking member on each chassis unit, and the dual-purpose rail wagon further includes a plurality of detachable cargo transport boards, each of the detachable cargo transport boards comprises a board body, and a plurality of annular sleeves, each configured to cooperate with a locking member on each chassis unit of a container rail wagon, and are fixed on the board body, and wherein the annular sleeves of the detachable cargo transport board can be correspondingly sleeved on the locking members of the chassis unit.
[0008] In an embodiment, the board body has a rectangular shape .
[0009] In an embodiment, the annular sleeve is a universal container corner fitting.
[0010] In an embodiment, the board body has a flat board shape .
[0011] The container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon according to an embodiment may realize the transportation function of a platform rail wagon by mounting a specific detachable cargo transport board on an existing container rail wagon, may restore the original function of the container rail wagon by removing the transport board. Thus, the container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon according to an embodiment may have a simple structure, and great economic benefit and transport capacity.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0021] Figure 1 is a front view of a transport board according to an embodiment; Figure 2 is a top view of Figure 1; and Figure 3 is a schematic view showing mounting the transport board onto a locking member of a chassis. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, a detachable cargo transport board according to the embodiment includes a board body 1, and multiple annular sleeves 2 are fixedly provided on the board body 1 and are each configured to cooperate with a locking member 10 on each chassis unit of a container rail wagon.
[0022] The detachable cargo transport board may be directly placed on the chassis of the container rail wagon, and in this way, the improved container rail wagon may be used as a platform rail wagon. The movement of the transport board with respect to the chassis may be confined by the cooperation between the annular sleeve and the locking member on the chassis unit. Thus, the detachable cargo transport board has a simple structure and can be mounted quickly, thereby saving modification time and cost.
[0023] The annular sleeve 2 may be a segment of bushing. The bushing has a periphery wall fixedly connected to the board body 1, and an inner hole configured to cooperate with the locking member 10, and a cross section of the bushing has a shape matching that of an outer wall of the locking member 10. As shown in Figure 3, the cross section of the bushing may be rectangular, and the bushing has one side wall surface fixedly connected to the board body 1, and other two side walls, facing each other in a vertical direction, each provided with a hole 21 matching the outer wall of the locking member. The holes 21 cooperate with the locking member 10 to fix the position of the board body 1.
[0024] In order to adapt the transport board to the chassis of the container rail wagon to improve the transport capacity, the board body 1 is configured to have a rectangular shape.
[0025] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the annular sleeve 2 is a universal container corner fitting which is a standard fitting and can be purchased directly from the market according to the model of the container rail wagon, thus has a great universality and does not need to be produced specially, thereby saving the cost.
[0026] In order to increase the contact area between the transport board and the chassis to further improve the reliability and stability of the cargo transportation, the board body 1 is configured as a flat board as shown in Figure 1.
[0027] As shown in Figures 4 to 8, an embodiment further provides a container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon, which includes a chassis 20 and multiple containers mounted on the chassis. The chassis 20 includes multiple I-shaped chassis units 30 which are connected end to end, and each of the chassis units 30 includes a longitudinal beam 301 and two cross beams 302 respectively fixed on two ends of the longitudinal beam 301. A locking member 10 protruding upwards is fixed on a top surface of each of two ends of each cross beam 302. The container generally is a rectangular box, and four corners of a bottom of the container are each provided with a universal container corner fitting for cooperating with the locking member 10 on the chassis unit 30. The dual-purpose rail wagon further includes multiple detachable cargo transport boards 100 according to any of the embodiments described above, and the annular sleeves of the detachable cargo transport board 100 are correspondingly sleeved on the locking members 10 of the chassis unit.
[0028] The structure of the container rail wagon with all containers being removed from the chassis 20 is shown in Figures 4 and 5, and the structure of the container rail wagon with the detachable cargo transport board 100 being mounted on the chassis is shown in Figures 6 and 7. Referring to Figures 6 and 7, the detachable cargo transport board is generally formed by welding several universal container corner fittings and a high-strength bearing board body together. When it is required to mount the transport board on the container wagon, the transport board is hoisted up, and after aligning the container corner fittings on the transport board respectively with the locking members on the container wagon, the transport board may be placed down onto the container wagon. Then, each of the locking members 10 is rotated to lock the transport board on the container wagon, in this way, the container wagon has the bearing surface of a platform shape, thus may transport cargos such as vehicles, beams .
[0029] Multiple detachable cargo transport boards 100 may be prepared as specific accessories, and by detaching the container from the chassis and mounting and fixing the detachable cargo transport board onto the chassis, an existing container rail wagon may realize the function of the platform rail wagon of transporting cargos such as vehicles, beams; and by removing the specific accessories, the original function of the container wagon may be recovered. Therefore, the switching between a container wagon and a platform wagon may be realized by dissembling and assembling the transport board, thereby obtaining a dual-purpose rail wagon. Thus the idleness rate or transportation with empty container may be reduced, and the utilization efficiency of the wagon is improved. Additionally, as shown in Figure 8, the transport boards may be stacked in multiple layers which may only occupy a small space and be easier to be transported, and may be repeatedly disassembled and reassembled.
[0030] It should be noted that, the above embodiments are only intended for describing the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and should not be interpreted as limitation to the present disclosure. Although the present disclosure is described in detail in conjunction with the above embodiments, it should be understood that, for those skilled in the art, modifications may be made to the technical solutions of the above embodiments, or equivalent substitutions may be made to part or all of the technical features in the technical solutions; and these modifications and substitutions also fall into the protection scope of the present disclosure defined by the claims.

Claims (4)

  1. THE CLAIMS DEFINING THE INVENTION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
    1. A container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon, comprising a chassis and a plurality of containers mounted on the chassis, the chassis comprising a plurality of I-shaped chassis units which are connected end to end, each of the chassis units comprising a longitudinal beam and two cross beams fixed on two ends of the longitudinal beam respectively, a locking member protruding upwards being fixed on a top surface of each of two ends of each cross beam, four corners of a bottom of each container being each provided with a universal container corner fitting configured to cooperate with the locking member on each chassis unit, wherein the dual-purpose rail wagon further comprises a plurality of detachable cargo transport boards, wherein, each of the detachable cargo transport boards comprises a board body, and a plurality of annular sleeves, each configured to cooperate with a locking member on each chassis unit of a container rail wagon, and are fixed on the board body; and wherein the annular sleeves of the detachable cargo transport board can be correspondingly sleeved on the locking members of the chassis unit.
  2. 2. The container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon according to claim 1, wherein the board body has a rectangular shape.
  3. 3. The container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the annular sleeve is a universal container corner fitting.
  4. 4. The container-platform dual-purpose rail wagon according to claim 3, wherein the board body has a flat board shape.
