Description

Disclosure A Film Face Lining Plastic Metal Pipe Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a metal pipe, and especially to a metal pipe which is suitable for the pure water transportation system and the building water-supply system as well as-fluid transportation in the food, pharmaceutical and wine making industries etc. Description of Related Art Pipes are usually utilized in the pure water transportation system and the building watersupply system as well as fluid transportation in the food, pharmaceutical and wine making industries etc. Such pipes will be rusted away due to oxidation during use, which causes contamination to the transported fluid. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION To overcome the disadvaitages of the current technique, the present invention provides a film face lining plastic metal pipe which is able to prevent the transported fluid from being contaminated by the rusted metal pipe duringuse. The present invention adopts the following technical scheme to solve the foregoing technical disadvantages. A film face lining plastic metal pipe, comprising: a metal pipe body, characterized in that the inner surface of the metal pipe body is lined with innocuous food-level polyethylene or polypropylene layer, and that the outer surface of the metal pipe body is covered with PVC filn. Said metal pipe body is aluminum alloy pipe, and the aluminum alloy pipe body is a seamless pipe body. The advantageous effect of the present invention: The inner surface of the metal pipe is lined with innocuous food-level polyethylene or polypropylene layer so as to filly combine the advantages of metal and plastic. With the inner-layer plastic, the pipe is kept clean and sanitary without forming scale and rustin& Meanwhile, the metal pipe is separated from the fluid to prevent the transported fluid from being contaminated by the rust of the metal pipe. Furthermore, the metal pipe has strong mechanical strength, while the PVC film covering the outer surface of the pipe provides good protection to the pipe during use and construction. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention will now be described by referring to drawings and preferred embodiments hereinafter. Fig. l is a structural representation ofthe present invention; Fig. 2 is a sectionW view of the present invention. DETA TED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to Fig. I and Fig.2, the present invention discloses a film face lining plastic metal pipe comprising the metal pipe body (1). The metal pipe body (1) may use aluminum alloy pipe, and seamless pipe 2 body is optimal for the piping made of aluminum alloy pipe, Certainly, the metal pipe body (1) may also be made of other metal materials, but they will not be detailed herein. The inner surface of the metal pipe body (1) is lined with innocuous food-level polyethylene or polypropylene layer (2), and the outer surface of the metal pipe body (1) is covered with PVC film (3). The metal pipe body and thebIaterial o the inner and outer layers are combined tightly without using any adhesive. In addition, aging treatment is done repeatedly in the temperature scope of -20 C~120 r, so that the linear expansion coefficient of the plastic is close to that of the aluminum, which prevents falling off and expansion in layers. The present invention can be widely used in the pure water transportation system and the building water-supply system as well as fluid transportation in the food, pharmaceutical and wine making industries etc. and gas system for gas transportation. The detailed description of the preferred embodiment is set forth in the foregoing description. However, the disclosure does not limit the protection scope of the present invention. Changes may be made in detail within the principles of the invention to the full extent indiCated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the claims are expressed. 3 Disclosure A Film Face Lining Plastic Metal Pipe Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a metal pipe, and especially to a metal pipe which is suitable for the pure water transportation system and the building water-supply system as well as fluid transportation in the food, pharmaceutical and wine making industries etc. Description of Related-At: 1ec;Uti LAS Pipes are usually utilized in the pure water transportation system and the building water-supply system as well as fluid transportation in the food, pharmaceutical and wine making industries etc. Such pipes will be rusted away due to oxidation during use, which causes contamination to the transported fluid.
