A cut portion 20 33 is formed at the groove insertion portion 32, with the wire rope passing 9 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 through the cut portion 33. A horizontal steel plate is horizontally bent at the upper and lower ends of the rectangular frame 37 for thereby forming the upper and lower connection portion 35. An engaging hole 36 is formed at the upper and lower connection portion 35 formed of a horizontal steel plate for thereby 5 engaging the steel net 30 using a screw, rivet or wire. In addition, the U- bolt 4 is inserted from the rear side, while surrounding from the front side of the support member 10, in a state that the cover member 1 supporting the lateral end portion of the steel net 30 is installed at the rear side of two groove insertion portions 32 inserted together with the rectangular 10 groove 12, and both ends of the U bolt 4 pass through the cover member 1 and are fixed using nuts. In the steel net 30 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the steel net 30 stacked up and down between the support member 10 is engaged in such a manner that a screw, rivet or wire is inserted into the 15 engaging hole 36 of the contacting upper and lower connection portions 35. According to the third embodiment of the present invention as shown in Figures 7 and 10, in the steel net body 31, a plurality of vertical and horizontal wires 31a and 31b are engaged in a rectangular net shape, and a right angle shaped upper and lower connection portion 35 is formed at the upper and lower 20 ends of the vertical wire 31a, and the vertically stacked upper and lower 10 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 connection portions 35 are engaged using the clip 38. The horizontal wire 31b is extruded from both ends of the steel net body 31, and the groove insertion portion 32 is engaged at the protruded end portion, and a cut portion 33 is formed at the groove insertion portion 32, with the wire rope 20 passing through 5 the cut portion 33. An angular pipe 3 is inserted between two groove insertion portions 3 inserted together with the rectangular groove 12, and two groove insertion portions 32 are not movable in the interior of the rectangular groove 12. In the above state, the U bolt 4 is inserted from the rear side while surrounding from o10 the front side of the support member 10 in a state that the cover member 1 supporting the lateral end of the steel net 30 is installed at the rear sides of two groove insertion portions 32 inserted together with the rectangular groove 12, so that the both ends of the U bolt pass through the cover member 1 and are fixed by the nut. 15 According to the first, second and third embodiments of the present invention, the cut portion 33 is formed at the steel net 30, with the wire rope 20 horizontally passing through the cut portion 33. As shown in Figures 8 through 10, in the support member 10, the wire rope 20 horizontally passes through the rope through hole 15 formed at the both lateral sides 14 of the body 11 and the 20 rectangular groove 12. When the wire rope 20 is inserted into the rope through 11 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 hole 15, it is preferred to install the rope cover 5 for preventing the wire rope 20 from being cut when contacting with the end of the rope through hole 15. According to the steel net of the first embodiment of Figure 5 and the steel net according to the third embodiment of Figure 7, the groove insertion 5 potion 32 may be formed in an angle shape which may be shown by removing the imaginary line in the drawings. When the groove insertion portion 32 is made of angular members, the manufacture cost decreases. Figures 12a, 12b and 12c are views when the groove insertion portion 32 is installed at both sides of the steel net body 31, of which Figure 12a is a view 10 illustrating a construction that the end of the steel net body 31 is welded at the rectangular frame 37, with the welded portion being indicated by "w", and Figure 12b is a view illustrating a construction that the press plate 39 is covered and fixed using a screw or a rivet in a state that both ends of the steel net body 31 is positioned at the rectangular frame 37, and Figure 12c is a view illustrating a 15 construction that the both ends of the steel net body 31 are bent in step shapes in the steel plates and are inserted into the same, and the engaged portion is fixed using a rivet or a screw. Figure 13 is a view of another example of the support mounting member 16 which fixes the lower end of the support member 10. The outer support pipe 20 17 and the inner fixture 18, which form a rectangular groove like the support 12 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 member 10 are installed at the upper side of the base plate 20 fixed at the concrete portion using an anchor bolt, and the lower end of the support member 10 is inserted into the insertion portion between the outer support pipe 17 and the inner fixture 18, and the support mounting member 16 and the support 5 member 10 inserted thereinto are fixed using a bolt. The operations of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 2 and 13. As shown in 2 through 13, when the steel net of the present invention is installed, a plurality of support members 10 are vertically installed on the ground o10 at regular intervals. When the support members 10 are installed on the ground, the rectangular groove 12 is oriented in the rear direction, so that the back side in which the steel net 30 is installed is hidden, whereby the front side of the same looks nice. After a plurality of support members 10 are vertically installed on the 15 ground at regular intervals, the wire rope 20 passes through the rope through holes 15 horizontally formed at the neighboring support members 10, and the wire rope fixture 21 is connected with the end of the wire rope 20 passing through the support member 10 installed at both ends. The bolt is provided to the wire rope fixtures 21, so that the wire rope 20 can be loosened or tightened 20 by tightening or loosening the bolt. At the initial work stage, it is needed to make 13 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 the wire rope 20 loosened, and after all steel nets are installed, it is needed to make the wire rope 20 tightened by tightening the bolt of the wire rope fixture 21. Two steel nets 30 are inserted into the rectangular 12 formed at the support member 10, and the cover member 1 contacts with the rear surface of 5 the steel net 30 inserted into the rectangular groove 12 together with two groove insertion portions 32, and the steel net 30 is fixed at the support member 10 by engaging the fixing bolt 2 or the U bolt 4, and the upper and lower connection portion 35 formed at the upper and lower portions of the steel net 30 are fixedly engaged using a bolt, a rivet or a wire, so that the installation work of the 10 present invention is finished. When the steel net according to the present invention is installed, as shown in Figures 5, 6 and 7, the steel net 30 of the present invention may be implemented based on the first, second and third embodiments. The installation method is slightly different from each other. The installation state of each 15 embodiment will be described with reference to a corresponding drawing. When the steel net 30 of the first embodiment of Figure 5 is installed, as shown in Figure 8, the wire rope 20 is horizontally inserted into the rope through hole 15 horizontally passing through the support member 10. The rope through hole 15 is formed at both inner sides of the body 11 and the rectangular groove 20 12 and at the lateral side 14. When the rope through hole 15 formed at the 14 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 lateral portion 14 comes closer, and then the wire rope 20 passes through the rope through hole 15, since the wire rope 20 is supported by the flat groove portion 13, so that when rocks or steel net 30 fall down, the supporting force of the wire rope 20 is enhanced. 5 The groove insertion portion 32 bent at the steel net 30 is inserted into the rectangular groove 12 of the support member 10. The groove insertion portion 32 of the steel net 30 inserted into the rectangular groove 12 is engaged together with two groove insertion portions 32 positioned at both ends of two steel nets 30 which are neighbor in the lateral direction. 10 The groove insertion portion 32 inserted into the rectangular groove 12 is provided with the cut portion 33, so that it is inserted like surrounding the previously installed wire rope 20. The cut portion 33 is thinner than the width or thickness of the rectangular groove 12, so that a surplus space is formed between two groove insertion portions 32. When the angular pipe 3 is inserted 15 into the above space, the thickness that two groove insertion portions 32 and the angular pipe 3 are summed is matched with the width of the rectangular groove 12, so that both ends of the steel net 30 are not movable in the rectangular groove 12. In this state, the fixing bolt 2 is inserted from the front center portion of 20 the support member 10 and passes through the bolt insertion hole 34 of the 15 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 groove insertion portion 32 inserted into the groove bottom portion 13 and the rectangular groove 12 of the rectangular groove 12, and the angular pipe 3 and the cover member 1 and is engaged with the backwardly protruded screw portion and is fixing using the nut, so that the steel net 30 is fixed at the support 5 member 10. Continuously, the steel net 30 is inserted between the neighboring support members 10 in the same manner, so that a plurality of steel nets 30 are stacked in a vertical direction, which are formed in the rectangular plate shape as high as the height of the support member 10. The upper and lower connection portion 35 is formed at the upper and 0to lower ends of the stacked steel nets 30, so that the upper and lower connection portion 35 is stacked in the vertical direction. The upper and lower connection portions 35 are stably connected in such a manner that a bolt, a rivet or a wire is inserted into the engaging hole 36 of the stacked upper and lower connection portions 35. In this construction, when land slides or rocks fall or the steel net 15 30 is broken and falls down, since the upper and lower connection portions 35 are fixedly connected by the rivet, bolt or wire, the upper and lower steel nets are not widened, and landslide or falling rocks do not penetrate in the forward direction of the steel net 30. The installation of the steel net according to the second embodiment of 20 Figure 6 will be described. It is nearly same as the installation of the first 16 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 embodiment of Figure 9, but in the second embodiment, the width of the groove insertion portion 32 is half of the width of the rectangular groove 12. So, when two groove insertion portions 32 are inserted into the rectangular groove 12, it is tightly inserted therein without any movement. In this embodiment, it is not 5 needed to insert the angular pipe 3 which is provided in the first embodiment. As two groove insertion portions 32 are tightly inserted into the rectangular groove 12, the U bolt 4 is inserted from the front side of the support member 10 and passes through the steel net 30, and the cover member 1 having the bolt insertion hole at both sides is contacted at the rear surface of 10 the steel net 30, and the screw portion of the U bolt 4 passes through the bolt insertion hole of the cover member 1 and is engaged using the nut, so that the steel net is installed at the support member 10. Since the construction that the upper and lower connection portion 35 of the steel nets 30 inserted and stacked between the support members 10 is fixed 15 using a bolt, a rivet or a wire is the same as the first embodiment, the detailed description of the same will be omitted. Figure 7 is a view of a construction that the steel net according to the third embodiment of the present invention is installed at the support member 10. As shown in Figures 10 and 11, in the first embodiment, the constructions that 20 the wire rope 20 is installed at the support member 10, and two groove insertion 17 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 portions 32 are inserted into the rectangular groove 12, and the angular pipe 3 is inserted between two groove insertion portions 32 inserted into the rectangular groove 12 are the same as the first embodiment of the present invention. 5 After the angular pipe 3 is inserted, the cover member 1 is contacted with the rear end of the steel net 30 inserted into the rectangular groove 12 together with two groove insertion portions 32, and the U bolt 4 is installed in the second embodiment. In the same manner, the U bolt 4 is inserted from the front side of the support member 10, and the screw portion of the U bolt 4 passes through 10 the bolt insertion holes of the steel net 30 and the cover member 1 and is engaged using the nut, so that the both sides of the steel net 30 are fixed at the support member 10. Figures 8 through 10 show that the rope cover 5 is installed at the portion in which the wire rope 20 passes through the rope through hole 15 of the 15 support member 10. The wire rope 20 contacts with the end of the rope through hole 15 of the support member 10 made of metal. With the above structure, it is possible to prevent the disconnection of the same. As shown in Figures 5 and 7, in the steel net 30, the end of the groove insertion portion 32 is shown by an imaginary line. When the imaginary line is 20 deleted, the rectangular frame 37 and the groove insertion portion 32 are 18 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 formed in an angle shapes, so that with the above method, it is possible to use the angles which are commercially available in the market. In the case that the imaginary line portion is included, the horizontal portion is further connected at the angled portion in a step shape, so that it is needed to separately fabricate 5 based on the press process, whereby the manufacturing cost increases. Figure 13 is a view illustrating the support mounting portion 16 for installing the lower end of the support member 10. In this case, the base plate 19 of the support mounting portion 16 is installed on the ground using the anchor bolt, and the lower end of the support member 10 is inserted into the 10 insertion portion doubly formed at the support mounting portion 16, and then the bolt is laterally installed, so that the installation of the support member 10 is finished. Industrial Applicability 15 As described above, in a falling rock preventing fence assembled with a steel net, a plurality of support members are provided in a pipe shape having a rectangular grooves in upper and lower longitudinal directions, with the support member being installed on the ground at regular intervals, and both ends of the steel net formed in a rectangular plate shape are inserted into the rectangular 20 grooves of the neighboring support member and are fixed using a fixture such 19 WO 2006/118392 PCT/KR2006/001584 as a bolt, etc., and the upper and lower portions of the steel nets stacked in the upper and lower direction are connected with a connection member such as a bolt, etc., and the strength of the steel net is enhanced by the rectangular grooves longitudinally formed in the support member and the end of the steel 5 net inserted in the rectangular groove, so that the work for installing steel nets between the support members is easy and simply. Even when a steel net is damaged by falling rocks or landslide, it is needed to repair only the damaged portions, so that a maintenance is easy, and a cost for the repair decreases. As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without 10 departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within 15 the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims. 20 20
