Abstract

A sanitary fixture for bathtubs (1), the water inlet of which is arranged at the bottom of the tub, preferably in the region of the water outlet, or is combined with the latter, possesses a water-level automatic mechanism (5, 6, 8-11, 17) which is situated next to the tub (1), is preferably arranged underneath the rim of the tub, is actuated by the water level in the tub (1) and automatically closes the water- inlet valve (6) when a given, preset water level is reached.
