Abstract
The present invention provides an organic EL (electroluminescent) element having high luminescence efficiency, high luminance and high durability, and provides a luminescent material used for organic EL elements. Based on the emission of phosphorescence from a triplet excited state, this high efficiency organic EL element is characterized by two- or more-dimensionally spatially constraining and closing an luminescent substance such as a metal complex at the molecular level.
