Abstract

The machine has a drum (20) with a drying air outlet orifice (22a) in a flank (23) of the drum. An outlet orifice (23a) is provided opposite the outlet orifice and communicates with a drying air suction system (30). Rims (13b, 23b) extend between the drum and a washing tank (10) and separate two spaces. The rims limit the passage of air exiting via a perforated ferrule (21) of the drum. An independent claim is also included for a cloth drying process implemented in a cloth washing and drying machine.
