Abstract

The carton for glasses, bottles or tins, especially cosmetics, has a lid (41) with a tab (45) which fits inside the body of the carton. The side walls (11 - 14) have intermediate tabs (21 - 24) at their bases which connect them to base tabs (31 -34). Two of these are stuck to each other so that the base is automatically sealed when the carton is assembled. An Independent claim is included for a blank which can be assembled to produce the carton.
