  Vorrichtung zum Aufweiten der Enden von Siederohren. 



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Aufweiten der Enden von Siederohren, welche aus einer festgelagerten umlaufenden Formwalze und einer parallelachsigen verstellbaren Druckrolle besteht, deren dem Maschinengestell nähere Stirnfläche mit der freien Stirnfläche der Formwalze in einer Ebene liegt. 



   In der Zeichnung ist die neue Vorrichtung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform an einer Maschine, die auch zum Einziehen der Enden und Egalisieren der Rohre dient, dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Stirnansicht und Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht mit teilweisem Schnitt durch die   Aufweitevorrichtung.   



   Auf dem Tische a sind der Rollenständer b und der Lagerbock c befestigt. In ersterem sind die drei Rollen d, e,   f gelagert, welche   in bekannter Weise zum Einziehen und Egalisieren dienen. Im Rollenständer ist noch die Welle k gelagert, welche an einem Ende   Voll-und Leerscheibe   und ein Schwungrad j trägt und am andern Ende mit der Stirnwalze   l   abgeschlossen ist. Über dieser ist an einem kurbel-   förmigen Stück m   die Rolle n angebracht, so dass beim Heben des Hebels o im Sinne des Pfeiles in Fig. 1 die Rolle n vor die Walze   I   herabgedrückt wird. Sämtliche Walzen und Rollen sind bei der dargestellten Maschine mit durchfliessendem Wasser gekühlt. 



   Zum Aufweiten eines Rohrendes wird dieses knapp am Ende auf die Formwalze   l   aufgelegt, das andere Ende ist auf einem Rollenbock gelagert, dabei ist die Rohrachse nicht parallel mit der Achse der Walze 1, sondern kreuzt diese. Nun wird mittels des Handhebels o die Rolle   n   an das Rohr herab-   gedruckt   und so das letztere, während es von der sich drehenden Walze   I   mitgenommen wird, aufgeweitet. 



  Durch die schräge Lage des Rohres wird dieses selbsttätig auf die Walze   I   hinaufgezogen und dadurch die Aufweitung auf eine bestimmte Länge bewirkt. Die Vorrichtung ermöglicht im Gegensatz zu bekannten   Aufweitvorrichtungen   die Bearbeitung von Rohren verschiedenen Durchmessers.

   The subject of the invention is a device for expanding the ends of boiler tubes, which consists of a fixed rotating forming roller and a parallel-axis adjustable pressure roller, whose end face closer to the machine frame lies in one plane with the free end face of the forming roller.



   In the drawing, the new device is shown in an exemplary embodiment on a machine that is also used to pull in the ends and level the pipes. 1 shows a front view and FIG. 2 shows a side view with a partial section through the expansion device.



   On the table a, the roll stand b and the bearing block c are attached. In the former, the three rollers d, e, f are stored, which are used in a known manner for drawing in and leveling. The shaft k, which carries solid and empty disks and a flywheel j at one end and is closed with the end roller 1 at the other end, is also mounted in the roll stand. Above this, the roller n is attached to a crank-shaped piece m, so that when the lever o is lifted in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1, the roller n is pressed down in front of the roller I. In the machine shown, all rollers and rollers are cooled with flowing water.



   To expand one end of the pipe, it is placed on the forming roller 1 just at the end, the other end is mounted on a roller block, the pipe axis is not parallel with the axis of the roller 1, but crosses it. Now, by means of the hand lever o, the roll n is pressed down against the tube and the latter is expanded while it is being carried along by the rotating roll I.



  Due to the inclined position of the pipe, it is automatically pulled up onto the roller I and thereby widened to a certain length. In contrast to known expanding devices, the device enables pipes of different diameters to be processed.
