The valve is opened as a result of the movement of the flexible partition in the vessel 23 in the shortest possible time, so that the supply pressure a cannot be over-regulated by the pipe 16.
In the same way as a pressure reduction in the pipeline 22 is transmitted through the vessel 23 to the regulator 1, this occurs when there is an increase in pressure in the consumption area due to a reduction in the gas output. Such an increase in pressure is in turn transmitted from the line 22 to the vessel 23 and causes the blocking fluid in the chamber 27 to sink and in the chamber 26 to rise. As a result, part of the amount of gas is pressed out of the chamber 26 through the line 21 into the space 20, EO that the diving bell 5 executes an upward movement, thereby causing the valve 10 to close quickly and avoiding over-regulation.
The movable partition is formed according to FIG. 2 by a diving globe 31 delimiting a space 30, which is immersed in a barrier liquid 32 and, under the action of a
Spring 33 stands. According to FIG. 3, the movable partition is formed by a membrane 35 which divides the vessel 23 into the two chambers 34 and 37 and is under the action of a spring 36. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, instead of the spring 33 according to FIG
Float 38 attached to bell 39.
The mode of operation of the vessels 23 shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 with a movable partition corresponds to that described above with reference to FIG. 1, in that each time the pressure in the consumption line 22 corresponds to the pressure in the working area of the regulator 1 in Connected chamber influences the gas volume and thereby the desired
Effect on the actuator of the controller ± 'is achieved.
