space s in the direction of movement, so as soon as the entire carriage changes its direction of movement, the inner carriage stops for the first moment until carriage q has passed through space s and now also pushes carriage o with it. The thumb i can again be rotated around the bolt t fixed in the carriage o, but the thumb l does not have a corresponding hole, but an elongated slot u. The abutment m forms part of the inner wagon o. As can now be easily seen, this tractor wagon works exactly like the normal tractor wagon described above when the rolling bars are moved transversely from roller table a to hot store b.
The thumb 1 slips under the rod n, stands up behind it and pushes it onto the warm storage area when the carriage moves in the opposite direction, since it is also prevented from rotating backwards by the abutment m.
However, if the transfer of the tractor wagon is to take place on the opposite side of the warm storage facility, the tow rope will move it a little further over the roller table a towards the reversing disk i. There is a stop v above the tractor guide, under which the thumb l slides and comes almost into the horizontal position (Fig. 6).
If the movement of the tow rope is changed, the outer carriage q first moves to the right. A protrusion on the left half of this carriage rests against the left tip of the thumb 1 and moves the latter horizontally on its bolt t, an opportunity to do so because of the slot u. The center of gravity of the thumb l with respect to the bolt t is now shifted in such a way that when the whole carriage moves further to the right under the

set up (see Fig. 7); the latter figure also shows the thumb in the horizontal position in dash-dotted lines. When the carriage is moved further, the thumb slips under all the bars on the roller table until it is below the bar nl which is initially located on the roller table c, namely horizontally below it.
If the carriage is now moved back a little towards roller table a, it first finds its way through the

It is also easily possible, as is already clear, to push all the rods lying on the hot storage back one after the other onto the roller table a, if this roller table should also be used as a removal roller. The disposition on which the above is based naturally characterizes only one of the various application and work options.
