Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kerngedämmten Betonfertigteils sowie ein kerngedämmtes Betonfertigteil. Bei herkömmlichen Verfahren wird eine Lage eines aus Dämmmatten bestehenden Dämmmaterials auf eine noch flüssige Betonschicht aufgebracht. Beim Erhärten verbinden sich die beiden Schichten zu einem Rohdämmelement, welches mit der Seite der Dämmschicht auf eine weitere flüssige Betonschicht aufgelegt wird. Durch zusätzlich eingebrachte Verbindungsmittel entsteht eine feste Verbindung zwischen den beiden Betonschichten. Durch die Verwendung von Dämmmatten birgt das Verfahren jedoch das Risiko von Unterschreitungen von Mindestdicken der Betonschichten einerseits sowie von Lufteinschlüssen andererseits. Zum Lösung wird in einer ersten Schalung eine Betonschicht gegossen, mit Verbindungsmitteln versehen und teilweise erhärtet. In einer zweiten Schalung werden zunächst eine zweite Betonschicht und auf diese noch flüssige Betonschicht eine Schicht Mineralschaum ausgebracht. Das zuerst hergestellte Betonelement wird nun auf die Mineralschaumschicht gelegt, wobei die Verbindungsmittel die Mineralschaumschicht durchdringen und sich beim Erhärten mit der zweiten Betonschicht verbinden, wodurch ein kerngedämmtes Betonfertigteil entsteht.The present invention describes a method for producing a core-insulated precast concrete part and a core-insulated precast concrete part.
