Abstract

Bei einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Backen und Portionieren von im Wesentlichen kugelförmi­ gen zumindest einen Teigmantel aufweisenden Nahrungsmitteln (2), umfassend wenigstens eine Gefrier- und Aufbewahrungskammer (3) , wenigstens eine Auftaukammer (5), eine Back­ kammer (8) und eine Austragseinrichtung (10), wobei wenigstens zwei Gefrier- und Aufbewah­ rungskammern (3) vorgesehen sind, dass jeder Gefrier- und Aufbewahrungskammer (3) eine Auftaukammer (5) zugeordnet ist, dass am Ausgang jeder Auftaukammer (5) eine Steuer- bzw. Regelvorrichtung (10) zum portionsweisen Einbringen der im Wesentlichen kugelförmigen zu­ mindest einen Teigmantel aufweisenden Nahrungsmitteln (2) in die Backkammer (8) angeordnet ist, dass in der Backkammer (8) eine Wendevorrichtung sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Beauf­ schlagen mit Heißluft vorgesehen ist und dass eine mit einem Steuer- bzw. Regelimpuls äffen­ und schließbare Austragsvorrichtung (15) vorgesehen ist, sowie Verfahren hierfür.
