APERTURE ARRANGEMENT FOR ONE LIGHT UNIT [Gamma] T
The invention relates to a diaphragm arrangement for a light unit according to the projection principle, which is arranged between a lens and a reflector of the light unit, wherein the diaphragm arrangement has a diaphragm edge and a first diaphragm edge portion of the diaphragm edge extends horizontally and lying substantially on the side of the oncoming traffic portion of A light-dark boundary forms, and further a second diaphragm edge portion of the diaphragm edge forms the other region of the cut-off line, and wherein at least the first diaphragm edge portion is formed by a main diaphragm, further at least the second diaphragm edge portion is made adjustable, and one between a is provided in the raised active position and a lowered rest position adjustable additional panel,
whose additional diaphragm edge in its active position forms the second diaphragm edge section of the diaphragm arrangement.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a light unit with such a diaphragm arrangement.
Such a diaphragm arrangement or a corresponding dimming headlight is known, for example, from EP 381 851 B1. This diaphragm assembly shown here consists of a fixed aperture and a rotatable about a horizontal axis additional aperture.
In a rest position of the additional diaphragm, the diaphragm edge is formed exclusively by the main panel and the light image in front of the vehicle results in a known low beam distribution with a less illuminated side in the area of oncoming traffic and a further illuminated side in the area in front of the vehicle.
If the additional diaphragm, the diaphragm edge of which is in the rest position below the diaphragm edge of the main diaphragm, is pivoted into the active position, the result is a new diaphragm edge of the entire diaphragm arrangement with a continuous horizontal diaphragm edge. In this way, in the light distribution of the further illuminated area is "cut off" and also on the vehicle side, the light distribution now has a course corresponding to the oncoming traffic side, i. a symmetrical low beam.
In this way, a low beam headlight for e.g. Right-hand traffic can also be used for Liriksverkehr.
The rotatable additional panel is held with a spring in the respective position.
In a similar solution, which is known from DE 4243 174 C2, a likewise rotatable additional panel is formed by an integrally molded out of the additional panel. ..
Spring, which is supported on a fixed with respect to the additional panel part of the headlamp, acted upon with a force towards its end position (active position) down.
It is an object of the invention to provide a diaphragm assembly for a low beam headlamp or
to provide such a low beam headlight, which is easier, more error-prone and cheaper to manufacture.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that in the above-mentioned aperture arrangement, the additional panel is fixed with respect to the main panel and consists of a flexurally elastic material, wherein the additional panel is held in its active position and / or its rest position under bias of holding means.
According to the invention, it is no longer necessary to arrange the additional panel rotatable about an axis, since the additional panel can already be moved by their elastic deformability in the active position or the rest position. As a result, the diaphragm arrangement can already be produced more cheaply and, above all, more reliably during operation.
Is e.g. the additional panel held in its rest position by holding means under bias, so a release of this bracket and the additional panel moves through its elasticity in the active position.
Depending on the type of holding means, it may already be sufficient for the additional panel to be flexurally elastic only in the vertical direction.
It is particularly advantageous if the additional panel is also biased in the direction of the reflector.
This ensures that the perturbing edge is in the correct position relative to the lens focus, i. that the additional panel is "full" on the main panel, thus providing a sufficiently sharp cut-off.
In a first variant of the invention, it is provided that in the lowered rest position of the additional diaphragm, the second diaphragm edge section is likewise essentially formed by the diaphragm edge of the additional diaphragm. This has the advantage that the main panel can be made smaller or you do not have to worry about the spezieüe design of the diaphragm edge of the main panel in the region of the Asymmetrieanteils in the light distribution no special thought.
In another variant, it is provided that in the lowered rest position of the additional diaphragm, the second diaphragm edge portion is formed by the diaphragm edge of the main diaphragm.
In this case, the main panel next to the horizontal panel edge still at least one other panel edge, which is inclined to the horizontal downwards. The diaphragm edge of the additional diaphragm runs in its rest position below or exactly at the same height of this additional diaphragm edge of the main diaphragm.
In a concrete embodiment of the diaphragm arrangement, in the active position of the arable additional diaphragm in the direction of a projection plane, its diaphragm edge projects into the horizontally extending portion of the main diaphragm and together with this horizontal diaphragm edge in a horizontal plane.
It is particularly expedient if the arable additional panel at least in the area of its diaphragm edge arüiegt surface on the main panel.
This will allow both the aperture of the main bezel and the additional bezel to be approximately in the focal point of the screen.
Basically, strong holding means can be used to hold the additional panel in its respective position.
Particularly easy can hold the additional panel in a position when a retaining means is gebüdet from a projection which holds the additional panel in position.
This projection may be formed on the auxiliary panel, such as a pin which, depending on the position, may be formed in holes, e.g. located in the main panel, engages.
These projections can also be arranged separately from the additional panel in the headlight and also need not be fixed, but can e.g. be pulled away or folded away.
Particularly reliable, the additional panel is held when the holding means are horizontal protruding stops and the additional panel is flexible in the horizontal direction. When switching between the two controls then the additional panel is first bent in the horizontal direction, so that it is released from the stop and can then move in the vertical direction in the appropriate Hchttechnische position (AktivsteUung).
Conversely, due to the bending elasticity, the additional panel can be bent back into its rest position via the stop, where it is then held under pretension. In addition, in such a solution, a bias of the additional diaphragm in the direction of the reflector can be carried out in a simple manner, so that, as already mentioned, it is ensured that the active edge is in the correct position relative to the lens focal point, i.
that the additional panel is "full" at the main panel, resulting in a sufficiently sharp HeU-Dunkel border.
It is also important in such a tourist solution that there is no ZwischensteUungen when switching the additional panel, so as to ensure that the operator of the vehicle (or a workshop) can not adjust the headlight wrong.
Basically, it is sufficient if, in a position in which the additional panel is biased, a holding means is provided.
From Vorteü it is, however, if in the second position, a holding means is provided on which abuts the additional panel without or preferably with low bias, so that a reliable hold is given in this position.
Simple, cost-effective and robust, the diaphragm arrangement can be produced when the stops are formed out of the main panel, against which the additional panel strikes with a nose.
In order to allow a simple VersteUen, in which a not too large force is necessary, the additional panel is attached to a seen in their longitudinal extension of the holding means opposite Hegenden area.
In this way it can be prevented that the aperture arrangement is damaged by applying too much force.
In terms of a simple, compact production with few Teüen it is advantageous if the additional panel is firmly attached to the main panel.
A simple manufacture of the additional panel, which robustly fulfills the necessary flexural elastic properties, is then possible if the additional panels consist of a first planar surface and a second planar surface, wherein the first planar surface extends substantially parallely to the planar main panel and the second planar Surface is normally on the first flat surface and extends along the first surface, and further wherein the two surfaces are integrally formed of the flexurally elastic material.
The first flat surface creates the diaphragm edge and serves as light isolation,
The second surface ensures good spring properties of the additional panel.
In order to allow a simple adjustment of the additional panel, it is still envisaged that the second, flat surface of the additional panel extends beyond the transverse extent of the reflector starting from the fastening area and is guided laterally next to the reflector. Here then, in a suitable manner, e.g. To use pure manure or with a tool, apply a corresponding force, and move the auxiliary shutter from one position to the other. The displacement may also be automatically transmitted via about a control element (e.g., solenoid) by actuating a switch or automatically triggered according to a position detection (e.g.
GPS) at a border crossing.
In other words, it is still favorable if the entire diaphragm arrangement can be moved out of the beam path of the light, e.g. can be folded forward or pivoted downwards. Then can be realized with the light unit and a FernHcht.
In the following the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
In this shows
1 shows a perspective view of a light unit according to the invention with the diaphragm arrangement in a direction for asymmetric low beam,
2 shows a view of the light unit according to the invention with the diaphragm arrangement in a direction for asymmetrical low beam from the front,
3 shows a detailed view of the diaphragm arrangement,
4 shows a perspective view of the inventive light unit with the diaphragm arrangement in a control for symmetrical AbblendHcht, and
5 shows a view of the inventive light unit with the diaphragm arrangement in a SteUung for symmetrical AbblendHcht from the front.
FIGS. 1-5 show an aperture arrangement BLA for a projection-type light unit LEH, which is arranged between a lens LIN and a reflector REF of the light unit LEH.
Furthermore you can see a light source LIQ.
The diaphragm arrangement BLA has a diaphragm edge BKA, wherein a first diaphragm edge section BKA1 of this diaphragm edge BKA runs horizontally and forms the section of the HeU-Dunkel boundary which is substantially on the side of the oncoming traffic.
Furthermore, the diaphragm edge BKA has a second diaphragm edge section BKA2, which forms the other region of the HeU-dark boundary.
The first diaphragm edge portion BKA1 is formed by a main diaphragm BLA1.
Apart from that, the second diaphragm edge section BKA2 is designed to be capable of being rendered controllable, for which an additional diaphragm BLE2 is provided between a raised active position and a lowered stationary zone whose additional diaphragm edge BK2 in its active position forms the second diaphragm edge section BKA2 of the diaphragm arrangement BLA, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is.
The additional panel BLE2 is fixed with respect to the main panel BLEI and consists of a flexurally elastic material, wherein the additional panel BLE2 is held in its active position and / or its RuhesteUung biased by holding means ANSI, ANS2, NAS.
In the embodiment shown, the additional panel is flexurally elastic in the vertical and horizontal directions.
The bending elasticity in the horizontal direction ensures that the active edge is in the correct position relative to the lens focal point, i. that the additional panel BLE2 "full" on the main panel LEAD arüiegt, whereby a sufficiently sharp HeU-dark border is tired.
In the variant of the invention shown, it is provided that in the lowered rest position of the additional diaphragm BLE2, the second diaphragm edge section BKA2 is likewise substantially or completely formed of the diaphragm edge BK2 of the additional diaphragm BLE2. This has the advantage that the main shutter BLEI can be made smaller or one need not worry about the spezieUe design of the diaphragm edge BKl 'the main panel BLEI in the area of the asymmetry in the LichtverteÜung.
(See Figure 1 - 3.) In the variant shown thus has the additional panel BLE2 also in their "RuhesteUung" a Hitchtechnische function.
In another, not dargesteUten variant is provided that is gebüdet in the lowered RuhesteUung the additional diaphragm of the second diaphragm edge portion of the diaphragm edge of the main panel.
In this case, the main panel next to the horizontal panel edge at least one more panel edge, which is inclined downwards to the horizontal.
The diaphragm edge of the additional diaphragm runs in its rest position below or at exactly the same height as this additional diaphragm edge of the main diaphragm.
In each case, however, in the active position of the auxilliary additional cover BLE2, viewed in the direction of a projection plane, its diaphragm edge BK2 merges into the horizontally extending part BK1 of the main diaphragm BLEI and lies together with this horizontal .. .. .... ....
- 7 -
Aperture edge BKl in a horizontal plane.
In addition, the arable additional cover BLE2 is attached flat to the main panel LEAD.
This makes it possible for both the diaphragm edge BK1 of the main diaphragm and the additional diaphragm BK2 to lie approximately in the focal point of the converging lens LIN.
Basically, strong holding means can be used to hold the additional panel in its respective position.
In the illustrated advantageous embodiment, the holding means are horizontal projecting stops ANSI, ANS2. When switching between the two controls then the additional panel is first bent in the horizontal direction, so that it is released from the stop and can then move in the vertical direction in the appropriate Hchttechnische position (AktivsteUung). Conversely, due to the bending elasticity, the additional panel can be bent back into its rest position via the stop ANS2, where it is then held under pretension against the main panel LEAD.
In addition, in such a solution, a bias of the additional panel BLE2 in the direction of the reflector REF done in a simple manner, so that as already mentioned ensures that the Hchtwirksame edge is in the correct position to the lens focal point, i. that the additional panel is "full" on the main panel, creating a sufficiently sharp HeU-Dunkel border.
It is also important in such a tourist solution that there are no intermediate controls when switching the additional panel to ensure that the operator of the vehicle (or a workshop) can not adjust the headlight incorrectly.
Basically, it is sufficient if, in a position in which the additional panel is biased, a holding means is provided.
Vorteü it is, however, if in the second position, a holding means ANSI is provided on which abuts the additional panel without or preferably with low bias, so that a reliable hold is given in this position.
Simple, cost-effective and robust, the diaphragm arrangement can be produced if the stops ANSI, ANS2 are formed as shown from the main panel LEAD, at which the additional panel BLE2 strikes with a nose NAS.
In order to permit a simple staging, in which a not too great force is necessary, the auxiliary shutter BLE2 is fixed to the holding means ANSI, ANS2 opposite to the hinge area with corresponding fastening means BEF, seen for example along its longitudinal extent, e.g. by riveting, screwing, welding, gluing, toxins;
if necessary, the additional panel can also be made in one piece with the main panel. In this way it can be prevented that the aperture arrangement is damaged by applying too much force.
The additional panel BLE2 itself consists in the variant shown of a first planar surface FLA1 and a second planar surface FLA2, the first planar surface FLA1 substantially parallels the planar main diaphragm BLEI and the second planar surface FLA2 normal to the first planar surface FLA1 and along the first surface FLA1, and further wherein the two surfaces FLA1, FLA2 are integrally formed of the flexural elastic material.
The first flat surface FLA1 thereby creates the diaphragm edge and serves for Lichtabschottung,
through the second surface FLA2 good spring properties and Stabüität the additional panel BLE2 guaranteed.
In order to allow a simple adjustment of the additional panel, SchHessHch is envisaged that the second, flat surface FLA2 of the additional panel BLE2 extends beyond the transverse extent of the reflector REF starting from the fixing area and is led back laterally next to the reflector REF.
Then with the light unit also a FemHcht can be realized. This possibility is not shown in the figures.
