Formzange für Knödel oder dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zange zum Formen von Knödeln und dergl. und besteht darin, dass die Enden der Zange mit halben Hohlformen verbunden sind, die durch gegenseitiges Aufeinanderpressen die Formung der eingeführten Masse bewirken. Um Hohlformen beliebiger Form und Grösse auf die Zangenenden aufbringen zu können, sind die Hohlformen auf denselben auswechselbar angeordnet, so dass Knödel, Nockerl und dergl. von verschiedener Grösse und Form mit einer einzigen Zange hergestellt werden können.
Die um das Scharnier 1 drehbaren Zangenarme 2 tragen an ihren Enden halbe zu- einandergekelhrte Hohlformen 3 beliebiger Gestalt, die mit den Zangenenden entweder bleibend verbunden sind und dann zur Formung von nur einer einzigen Art Knödel, Nockerl oder dergl. dienen oder, wie im Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt ist, an den Zangenenden mittels Schraubzapfen 4 oder dergl. auswechselbar angeordnet sind, um Halbhohlformen verschiedener Grösse und Gestalt auf den Zangenenden befestigen zu können.
