<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
Bolzen 20 angedeutet.
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>

The present invention relates to a method for drilling, in particular impact or rotary impact drilling, of holes in soil or rock material, wherein a borehole is formed by a drill bit mounted on a drill string by a striking and / or rotating movement, and a cladding tube is introduced into the borehole, and to a device for drilling, in particular impact or rotary impact drilling, of holes in soil or rock material, wherein a drill bit mounted on a drill bit by a striking and / or rotating movement forms a borehole and a coat or Cladding tube can be introduced into the borehole.
When making holes in soil or rock material by a percussion or rotary impact drilling by means of a drill bit mounted on a drill string, in addition, a cladding tube is introduced into the wellbore for an optionally required further lining, mined material is either along the Outside circumference of the jacket or cladding tube or through the interior of the jacket or cladding tube removed from the borehole.
At a distance of the degraded material along the outer surface of the shell or
Cladding tube must be a sufficient distance between the outer surface of the jacket or cladding tube and the borehole inner wall to provide a sufficient passage cross-section available. For an application of the material through the interior of the sheath or jacket tube and in particular by a between the drill string and the inner surface of the Mantelbzw. Hüllrohrs defined outer circumference must be provided a proper introduction of the material in the annulus. Furthermore, it must be prevented that it can lead to blockages in the interior of the jacket or cladding tube and thus to an interruption of the removal of the mined material.
In this context, WO 03/046330 has disclosed, for example, the annular space available between the jacket and cladding tube and the drill pipe for the removal of the mined material, with fluid usually provided for cooling the drill bit in the direction of discharging the mined material from the annulus to apply. It can be introduced in this known embodiment, the mined material only at a distance from the drill bit in the interior of the annulus between the drill string and the jacket or cladding tube, with a complicated diversion of the usually transported in the field of drill bit cooling by a complicated device - Or flushing fluid is made.
The present invention aims to further develop a method and a device of the type mentioned at the outset so that a simple and reliable removal of excavated material from the area of the drill bit becomes possible.
To solve these objects, a method of the type mentioned is essentially characterized in that mined material via at least one opening in the region of the junction between the drill bit and a subsequent jacket tube and / or at least one at a distance from the junction between the drill bit and the Jacket tube provided passage opening is introduced into the defined between the outer circumference of the drill string and the inner circumference of the casing tube and the adjoining cladding tube annulus and is discharged from the wellbore.
According to the invention, it is thus proposed that degraded material is at least partially introduced directly behind the drill bit into the interior of the annular space between the drill string and the jacket tube, so that material located directly behind the drill bit can be safely removed from this area. In addition, the mined material is introduced into the annular space between the jacket and the drill pipe via at least one further passage opening in the jacket pipe.
In order to prevent any obstruction, in particular the directly behind the drill bit passage, is proposed according to a preferred embodiment of the inventive method that intermittently the drilling process is interrupted and the drill bit with the drill pipe relative to the jacket tube in the interior of the jacket tube at least under seal the passage opening in the region of the connection point between the casing tube and the drill bit is withdrawn. By such a retraction of the drill bit with the drill string relative to the casing pipe is carried out a removal of optionally accumulated in the region of the passage opening material.
For reliable removal through the annulus between the drill string and
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
According to a further preferred embodiment, it is proposed that the inner circumference of the jacket tube and / or the cladding tube adjoining thereto be provided with a guide device provided in the region of the passage opening of the jacket tube on the drill string, in particular a thread-like profiling or auger in the state of the drill bit which is retracted into the jacket tube the casing tube is moved, in particular against the direction of rotation during rotary impact drilling is rotated by the drill bit. Such a guide or
Conveying screw causes a removal of the material from the interior of the annular space by the rotational movement of the drill pipe for performing the rotary impact drilling and can eliminate by clogging against the usual rotational movement clogging of the passage opening of the jacket tube.
In order to prevent that in spite of the rotational movement of the drill bit during the rotational impact drilling is not a rotational driving of the subsequent mantle and / or sheath, it is provided according to a further preferred embodiment that in a conventional manner, the drill bit relative to the jacket tube and / or sheath is rotatably mounted.
Since the passage opening has an optionally small free or clear cross section immediately behind the drill bit in the interior of the casing tube, it is proposed according to a further preferred embodiment that degraded material is crushed by a particular polygonal profiling, which at the end facing away from the mining side of the drill bit is provided, so as to ensure that the passage opening is not laid by possibly lumpy, mined material.
To solve the above-mentioned objects, a device of the type mentioned is essentially characterized in that in the field of fixing the subsequent to the drill casing pipe and / or an associated beater or adapter at least one passage opening for an introduction of degraded material in the is provided between the outer circumference of the drill string and the inner circumference of the casing tube and the adjoining cladding tube annular space, and that at a distance from the junction between the drill bit and / or the adapter and the jacket tube at least one passage opening is provided on the circumference of the jacket tube, which in the interior of the defined between the outer periphery of the drill pipe and the inner circumference of the casing annulus opens.
As already stated above, not only an inlet opening or
Passage opening provided immediately behind the drill bit, but it is also provided on the outer circumference of the casing tube at least one passage opening for a proper discharge of the degraded material through the annulus between the drill string and the inner surface of the jacket or cladding tube.
For a proper and simple or reliable transport of the mined material along the outer circumference of the first section of the jacket tube adjoining the drill bit to the at least one passage opening is provided according to a preferred embodiment, that on the outer circumference of the casing tube adjacent to the passage opening, substantially in the longitudinal direction of the jacket tube extending recess is provided in the direction of the drill bit.
Such a recess or such a recessed or stepped area can be readily in the region of an optionally solid-trained jacket tube, whereby accurate drilling is supported form, so that also possibly lumpier degraded material safely to the passage opening for removal from the area the drill bit can be transported.
For a crushing of the mined material, in particular in the area immediately following the drill bit, it is provided according to a further preferred embodiment that the drill bit is provided with a polygonal profiling on its rear side facing away from the excavation surface, which is retracted relative to the casing tube a complementary, polygonal receiving opening of the impact shoe or adapter occurs. Due to the polygonal profiling or
Outer shape on the back of the drill bit comminution of the mined material is ensured, with a retraction of the drill bit in particular for the removal of corresponding blockages of the passage opening in a complementary polygonal receiving opening a secure recording of the drill bit and reliable exposure of the passage opening can be achieved.
To support the removal of the mined material, especially in the area of
<Desc / Clms Page 3>
In accordance with a further preferred embodiment, at least one passage opening in the jacket tube is provided in the region of the at least one passage opening of the jacket tube on the outer surface of the drill string for guiding means for transporting away the degraded material located in the annular space. Such guide devices can be formed in a simple manner on the outer surface of the drill string. In this context, it is provided according to a preferred embodiment, that the guide means are formed by a thread-like profiling or a screw conveyor on the outer circumference of the drill string. Such a thread-like profiling or
Conveying screw results taking into account the rotational movement of the drill string during rotary impact drilling safe removal of the mined material from or through the annulus between the outer surface of the drill pipe and the inner surface of the casing pipe or cladding tube.
To eliminate any obstructions present, in particular in the region of the at least one passage opening of the jacket tube is provided according to a further preferred embodiment, that the drill string is acted upon in the retracted position in the jacket tube of the drill bit to a rotary movement against the rotational movement during rotary impact drilling. By such a rotational movement against the rotational movement during rotary impact drilling any existing blockages in the region of the passage opening are safely eliminated by the baffles or by the proposed auger, so that in turn after an extension of the drill string together with the drill bit in the drilling position again a safe removal the now exposed passage opening can be achieved.
In order to allow an unimpeded rotational movement of the drill bit during the mining operation, without causing the mantle or sheath also to a rotational movement, is provided according to a further preferred embodiment that in a conventional manner, the drill bit relative to the shell and / or Cladding tube is rotatably mounted.

In the illustration according to FIGS. 1 and 2, it can be seen that a device generally designated 1 for drilling or rotary impact drilling has a drill bit schematically indicated by 2, which via a drill string 3 to a percussion or rotary impact drilling for the reduction of in Figs. 1 and 2 is formed unspecified material.
To the drill bit 2 includes a jacket tube 4 with comparatively thick cross-section or high strength, wherein at the end facing away from the drill bit 2 end of the jacket tube 4 has a receptacle 5, in which a cladding tube 6 is added, wherein the cladding tube 6 not only one relative to the diameter D of the jacket tube 4 has reduced diameter d, but also has a smaller wall thickness and lower strength.
In Fig. 1 and 2 4 passage openings 24 are indicated at a distance from the drill bit 2 on the casing tube, wherein on the drill pipe 3, a screw conveyor 28 is provided for removal of material, as discussed in detail below with reference to FIGS. 8 to 12 becomes.
The drill bit 2 is directly coupled to the drill pipe 3 via an adapter 7 shown in detail in FIG. 3, wherein via this adapter 7 also a entrainment, in particular a tensile stress of the casing tube 4 takes place via an intermediate element 8 shown in detail in FIG. 5b.
Taking into account the fact that the jacket tube 4 has a comparatively large length and in addition to a corresponding strength also has a diameter D which largely corresponds to the formed by the drill bit 2 dimensions of the borehole, which is not shown in detail, is through the jacket tube 4th Ensures that accurate drilling is feasible.
The cladding tube 6 accommodated in the receptacle 5 at the end of the jacket tube 4 facing away from the drill bit 2 is likewise subjected to pressure by the drill string 3 via a further intermediate element 10, which is shown in more detail in detail in FIGS. 4 and 5 a, so that the Cladding tube 6 is also introduced according to the arrow 11 in a propulsion of the drill bit 2 in the borehole.
In the illustrated in Fig. 3 on a larger scale adapter 7 it can be seen that this has a stop surface 12 which cooperates with a corresponding complementary shaped stop surface 13 of the intermediate piece 8 shown in Fig. 5b, so that upon application of the adapter 7 in the direction of the arrow 9 via the screwed into the screw 14, not shown in Fig. 3 drill string next to a propulsion of the drill bit 2, a driving of the jacket tube 4 takes place.
In the illustration according to FIG. 3, passages 15 and exit openings 16 for flushing the drill bit 2 and / or taking along mined material are also indicated in the adapter 7, as will be discussed in more detail below.
For impact or pressurization of the cladding tube 6, the intermediate element 10 is provided, which is shown in Fig. 4 and 5a in detail. The entrainment of the intermediate element 10 and subsequently the cladding tube 6 again takes place via a stop face 17 in the region of the drill pipe projecting from the drill hole 3, the stop face 17 of the drill pipe 3 cooperating with a corresponding complementary stop face 18.
As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 3 to 5, the abutment surfaces of both the adapter 7 and the drill string 3 and the abutment surfaces 13 and 18 of the sleeve-shaped intermediate elements 8 and 10 are each to the longitudinal axis of the drill string, which is indicated at 19 in FIG , inclined.
From Fig. 5a and 5b it can be seen that the abutment surface 18 of the intermediate member 10, which is provided between the drill pipe 3 and the cladding tube 6, is less than the abutment surface 3 of the intermediate element 8 between the adapter 7 and thus the drill pipe 3 and the casing pipe 4, so that a total of a force is transferred to the jacket tube 4 during a propulsion movement of the drill pipe 3, so that it is ensured that the jacket tube 4 is introduced at least to the same extent in the well as the cladding. 6
Furthermore, it is to be assumed that a greater force is required for a proper introduction of the jacket tube 4 for introducing the jacket tube 4 into the borehole because of the larger diameter and thus higher frictional resistance between the outside diameter of the jacket tube 4 and the borehole wall.
In Fig. 4, an additional fixation for the sheath 6 of a pin or

Bolt 20 indicated.
For a simple connection between adjacent Hüllrohrelementen 6 'and 6 ", which are indicated in Fig. 6 and 7, a sleeve-like element 21 is provided in each case, wherein the interior of the sheath 6 protruding projections or projections 22 are indicated, which in corresponding recesses or recesses 23 of the cladding tube for a secure connection of adjacent Hüllrohrelementen 6 'and 6 "engage. The projections or elevations 22 may already be formed beforehand, so that the sleeve element 21 must have a corresponding elasticity when connecting adjacent casing tube elements 6 'and 6 ", or they may be arranged in the region of the casing tube elements 6 to be joined after arranging the sleeve-like element 21 'and 6 "are formed by a simple tool in the range of predetermined breaking points.
Already in the schematic representations of Fig. 1 and 2, as indicated above, spaced from the drill bit 2 in the jacket tube 4, a plurality of passage openings 24 indicated, the material removal from the field of drill bit 2 with reference to FIGS. 8 to 12 in detail will be discussed.
In addition to the passage openings 24 at a distance from the drill bit 2, wherein on the outer circumference of the casing tube 4 corresponding remote or recessed, extending in the longitudinal direction regions 25 are provided, whereby the schematically indicated with 26 mined material is conveyed into the region of the openings 24 is thereof assume that at the back of the drill bit 2 in the region of the end face 27 of the jacket tube 4 material in the region of the protruding in the drilling position shown in Fig. 8 and 9 front portion of the adapter 7 passes.
As can be seen from FIGS. 11 and 12 and from the schematic representation of the sleeve-shaped intermediate element 8 in FIG. 5 b, the adapter 7 is polygonal in the region of the connection to the drill bit 2, in particular substantially triangular with rounded corners, so that in FIG This part also material entry into the ring or space between the drill pipe 3 and the adapter 7 and the jacket tube 4 can be done. Due to the polygonal design 32,33 of the protruding from the casing pipe portion 4 of the adapter 7 and the intermediate element 8 ensures that located behind the drill bit 2 degraded material is largely crushed, so that a safe removal is possible.
For a proper removal of the entering into the annular space between the jacket tube 4 and the drill pipe 3 in particular through the openings 24 material beyond a guide 28 is formed at the foremost portion of the drill string 3, which is formed by a thread-like profiling or a screw conveyor. The screw conveyor or guide device 28 is also already schematically indicated in FIGS. 1 and 2.
During a rotary movement of the drill bit 2 and the drill pipe 3 in the counterclockwise direction takes place by the auger or guide 28 a safe removal of mined material through the annular space 31 between the casing tube 4 and the drill pipe 3 and through the annulus between the drill pipe 3 and the cladding tube 6 adjoining the jacket tube 4.
In addition to a particular through the jacket tube 4 with relatively large strength and reinforced cross-section targeted and accurate drilling allows thus by targeted removal of the degraded material improve the drilling speed and increase the directional accuracy.
For a periodic cleaning, in particular of the passage openings 24, which can optionally be moved by abzutransportierendes material, the drill bit 2 can be withdrawn in abutment with the jacket tube 4 according to the arrow 29, whereby a displacement of the guide or screw conveyor 28 takes place relative to the passage openings 24 , so that a cleaning effect of the passage openings 24 can be achieved by the entrainment effect. In addition, by a rotational movement of the drill pipe 2 against the actual degradation direction, i. For example, in a clockwise direction in the illustration shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a cleaning of the passage openings 24 by the reverse conveying direction of the screw conveyor 28 can be effected.
Once the cleaning has taken place, the drill bit 2 is again acted upon in the direction of the arrow 30 in FIG. 9 to continue the degradation process.

By the transmission of forces from the drill pipe 3 on the casing tube 4 and the sheath 6 with the interposition of the sleeve-shaped intermediate elements 8 and 10 is also ensured that the drill string 2 directly coupled to the drill bit 2 both to a rotary as well as a Impact movement can be acted upon, while both the jacket tube 4 and the cladding tube 6 are introduced only in the axial direction or longitudinal direction of the borehole to be produced without rotational stress in the borehole.
