The present invention relates to a method for drilling, in particular impact or rotary impact drilling, of holes in soil or rock material, wherein a borehole is formed by a drill bit mounted on a drill bit by a striking and / or rotating movement and a coat or The cladding tube is introduced into the borehole, wherein the impact energy introduced by the drill string is partially transmitted in particular centrally through the drill string to the drill bit and partly via a blower cooperating with the drill string to the cladding or cladding tube. The invention further relates to a device for drilling, in particular impact or rotary impact drilling, of holes in soil or rock material, wherein a drill bit mounted on a drill string by a striking and / or rotating movement forms a borehole and a jacket or cladding in the wellbore can be introduced, wherein the drill bit in its central region can be acted upon by the drill string and that the drill string acts on a cooperating with the jacket or cladding blower.
Various embodiments are known in connection with methods and devices for drilling, in particular impact or rotary impact drilling of holes in soil or rock material. For example, it is known to couple a drill bit for introducing impact energy directly to a drill string, where, for example, a sheath or tube is introduced under tensile stress through the drill bit into the interior of the wellbore, with a corresponding coupling between the shell and / or Cladding tube and the drill bit at the end facing away from the excavation surface. A disadvantage of this embodiment is the fact that the energy for introducing the jacket or cladding tube, which causes, for example, frictional resistance by a partial contact with the borehole wall, must be introduced via the drill bit.
Furthermore, embodiments are known in which a correspondingly solid casing tube is provided, which cooperates with the drill bit in particular on its outer circumference, wherein in such embodiments is dispensed with a substantially central drill pipe for the introduction of impact energy. A disadvantage of this embodiment is in particular the fact that a very massive and therefore heavy casing pipe must be used to introduce the required energy degradation, which is usually provided for drilling over short distances, such as wells.
The present invention aims, starting from a method and a device of the type mentioned above, to enable a reliable and favorable introduction of the degradation or impact energy into the drill bit as well as into the casing or cladding tube.
Für eine besonders einfache und rasche Entfernung zumindest des Bohrgestänges nach Fertigstellung der Bohrung wird .erfindungsgemäß weiters vorgeschlagen, daß die Bohrkrone und gegebenenfalls der Schlagring mit dem Bohrgestänge über eine Steckverbindung gekoppelt wirdTo solve these problems, a method of the type mentioned is essentially characterized in that the impact energy is transmitted from the drill string to the beater with the interposition of a beating ring and that the drill bit and possibly the impact ring is coupled to the drill string via a plug connection. Since the energy or impact energy-in particular centrally transmitted through the drill string on the drill bit and partially via a cooperating with the drill string beater on the jacket or cladding tube, a decoupling succeeds in introducing the drill bit of the during the drilling process additionally introduced coat - or cladding tube. It is thus possible to limit the mining or impact energy to be transmitted to the drill bit to the extent required only for the drilling work, moreover, the forces required for the insertion of the jacket or cladding tube of any existing frictional resistance between the outer periphery of Jacket and cladding and the produced well can be considered separately. By such a decoupling of the drill bit of the Mantel- -bzw. Cladding tube for introducing the cladding or cladding tube, it is not necessary in comparison to known embodiments, bring the required for an insertion of the jacket or cladding tube energy from the drill pipe to the drill bit and subsequently to the cladding tube, so that on the drill bit only the energy required for dismantling or drilling must be transmitted. For a favorable introduction of the energy for driving or for introducing the sheath or jacket tube into the interior of the borehole by a comparatively large outer diameter having a striking shoe is proposed according to the invention that the impact energy is transmitted from the drill string to the beater with the interposition of a beating ring , By such a striking ring can a transmission of energy from the centrally or centrally arranged drill pipe, which usually has a comparatively small diameter, carried on the large diameter having a blower, wherein the beater is adapted substantially adapted to the diameter of the jacket or cladding tube coupled thereto. By providing the separate impact ring, consideration can also be given to the different stresses acting on the individual parts. For a particularly simple and rapid removal of at least the drill pipe after completion of the bore is. According to the invention further proposed that the drill bit and possibly the impact ring is coupled to the drill string via a plug connection
For a particularly uniform introduction of energy or their transfer to the drill bit as well as the impact ring or beater using simple and inexpensive to produce elements is proposed according to a preferred embodiment, that the transmission of the impact energy from the drill string on the beater and / or the intermediate impact ring and on the drill bit over each an acute angle with the longitudinal axis of the drill string enclosing or a Kugelkalottenform having bearing or stop surfaces is made. Such abutment surfaces, which form an acute angle with the longitudinal axis of the drill pipe or a spherical cap shape, in particular between the drill pipe and the end of the drill bit facing away from the excavation surface, can be produced easily and with the tolerances corresponding to a proper transmission of force.
For a simple and safe removal of the mined material is proposed according to a further preferred embodiment that degraded material via at least one passage opening in the working surface of the drill bit in between the outer circumference of the drill string and the inner circumference of the casing tube and the adjoining cladding tube defined annular space is introduced and discharged from the well. It can thus bring the mined material directly through the at least one provided in the drill bit excavation opening in the annular space between the drill string and the adjoining the drill bit sheath or casing, so that a reliable and safe removal of the mined material from the field Removal surface of the drill bit can be made.
To permit proper passage of the mined material which is discharged through the at least one passage opening in the excavation surface of the drill bit, through the impact ring spaced from the drill bit, which is for transferring the impact energy from the substantially centrally located drill string is provided on the beater, is provided according to a particularly preferred embodiment, that the impact ring is formed with a corresponding to at least one passage opening of the excavation surface of the drill bit passage for the removal of material and is coupled to the drill string to a rotary motion with the drill bit.
After completion of a bore is usually carried out at least a distance of the drill string from the well, followed in further consequence, for example, a filling of the borehole and remaining in the well casing or
Cladding tube with a hardening mass takes place. For a particularly simple and secure coupling of at least the drill string is proposed according to a further preferred embodiment of the invention that polygonal, mutually complementary surfaces of the connector between the drill bit and the impact ring are provided with the drill string. Such polygonal, mutually complementary surfaces of a plug connection allow a secure coupling with the and reliable force input to the drill bit, while such a connector easily by a simple retraction allows removal of the drill string from the drill bit. By providing the separate from the beater shock ring, it is also possible that the impact ring remains in the borehole when removing the drill string, so that no obstruction in removing the drill string through the one opposite the drill string enlarged diameter having impact ring by possibly in the annulus between the Outside circumference of the drill string and the inner diameter of the jacket or cladding tube remaining material must be feared.
To solve the above-mentioned objects, a device of the type mentioned above is substantially characterized in that the drill pipe is coupled with the interposition of a shock ring with the impact shoe for the transmission of impact energy to the mantle or cladding tube. As already mentioned above, a uniform introduction of the impact energy or energy to be transferred to the drill bit is achieved, as a result of which the drilling progress or drilling process is accelerated or assisted. Furthermore, there are no special measures with regard to preferably reinforced to be formed parts of the Drill bit for introducing the impact energy and distributing the same over the entire excavation surface. The decoupling of the drill bit from the jacket or cladding tube furthermore makes it possible to design the drill bit in a correspondingly simplified manner since the forces required for an insertion of the jacket or cladding tube do not have to be transmitted to the jacket or cladding tube via the drill bit. but the jacket or cladding tube on the impact shoe, which cooperates with the drill pipe or is acted upon by this, is introduced into the interior of the borehole. For a simple coupling between the drill pipe and the impact shoe and a proper introduction of energy to the beater for driving the jacket or sheath into the interior of the drill string is inventively provided that the drill pipe with the interposition of a shock ring with the beater for the transmission of impact energy is coupled to the jacket or cladding tube. For a reliable and simple coupling between the drill string and the drill bit according to the invention further provides that the drill bit and the impact ring are coupled via connectors to the drill string.
In this connection, it is proposed according to a preferred embodiment that the impact ring is formed separately from the impact shoe and the drill pipe. As a result, individual parts of the device according to the invention can be produced separately from each other and thus simpler and further ensures that when removing the drill string after completion of the bore, as will be discussed in detail below, the beater next to the drill bit and the shell or cladding tube can remain in the borehole, so that a simple Pulling or removing the drill string is possible without having to fear that by removing a larger external dimension for coupling with the impact shoe having impact ring when removing the drill string from the well by optionally remaining in the hole mined material disability occurs during removal of the drill string.
For a reliable introduction of the adjoining the drill bit sheath or casing tube in the interior of the borehole is provided according to a further preferred embodiment, that the impact shoe with the casing tube and / or cladding tube is welded. By a coupling or welding of the jacket or jacket tube with the impact shoe ensures that for the introduction into the borehole, in particular under tensile stress, to be introduced to the jacket or cladding impact energy not, as in known embodiments, first in the Drill bit is introduced, followed by the shell or Hüllroh is pulled into the wellbore over the drill bit, but that a decoupling of the advancing movement of the drill bit and the entrainment movement of the jacket or sheath tube of the drill bit is done.
For a reliable removal of excavated material from the area of the drill bit is provided according to a further preferred embodiment that the drill bit at least one passage opening for the introduction of material into a between the outer periphery of the drill string and the inner circumference of the casing tube and the adjoining her Cladding tube defined annulus has. By at least one such Durchtritsöffnung is a reliable introduction of the mined material possible directly from the area of the excavation surface of the drill bit in the defined between the drill string and the jacket or cladding annulus.
In order to allow a proper transport of the mined material through the area of the impact ring, which is a coupling between the centrally or centrally arranged drill pipe and the outer perimeter impact shoe, is provided according to a further preferred embodiment that the impact ring at least one with the or ., Has the passage opening (s) of the excavation surface of the drill bit aligned passage opening.
In order to allow the most uniform possible removal of mined material over the entire excavation surface of the drill bit and subsequently by the impact ring is provided according to a further preferred embodiment, that a plurality of passage openings in each case substantially the same angular distance from each other, in particular three passages in one each angular distance of 120 ° at the outer peripheral region of the drill bit and that of the impact ring is or are provided.
According to a further preferred embodiment it is provided that the connections between the drill bit and the impact ring with the drill string polygonal stop or contact surfaces. Such a connector with polygonal stop or contact surfaces allows a reliable power transmission, especially taking into account the introduced on the drill bit rotation, which after completion of the borehole by a simple retraction of the Bohrgestänges a separation or release of the drill string from the drill bit and possibly the impact ring takes place.
For a reliable transmission or initiation of the -Bohrgestä: Irge - on-d1-e drill bit and the sheath or jacket tube with the interposition of the impact ring and the impact shoe to be introduced energy is provided according to a further preferred embodiment that the beater and if appropriate, the impact ring and the drill pipe and the drill bit each at an acute angle Having abutment surfaces with the longitudinal axis of the drill pipe or a Kugelkalottenform having stop surfaces for transmitting the impact energy from the drill pipe to the drill bit and the impact shoe or impact ring. Such, an acute angle with the longitudinal axis of the drill string enclosing or a Kugelkalottenform having stop surfaces can be designed correspondingly inexpensive and reliable for the partially high forces to be introduced.
In order to enable a precise drilling in the production of the well, is provided according to a further preferred embodiment that connects to the drill bit at the end remote from the excavation end of a glove cross-guide tube, which together with the drill bit relative to the beater and the so connected jacket or jacket tube is rotatable. This guide tube has a correspondingly short length so as not to excessively increase frictional forces between the outer circumference of the guide tube and the produced wellbore, while the sheath tube is subjected only to tensile stress as discussed above and thus only in the longitudinal direction of the guide tube Borehole is introduced without rotation movement.
For a coupling between the guide tube and the impact shoe is provided according to a further preferred embodiment that the guide tube and the beater are secured in the axial direction, for example by a spring washer.
