Abstract

A method of producing a tubular foundation in the ground. In a first operation, a ramming peg 1 is used to ram into the ground 3 a hole 2 of a depth which is less than the length or depth t of the tubular foundation 5 to be produced. In a second operation, castable concrete 4 is poured into the hole 2 and the hole 2 is partially filled with the concrete 4. Subsequently, in a third operation, the ramming peg 1 is driven once again into the hole 2, to be precise in such a way that the hole 2 and the concrete 4 in it go down to the final depth t of the foundation 5 and the concrete 4 in the hole is formed laterally around the ramming peg 1 in a tubular form and is compacted. Subsequently, the ramming peg 1 is drawn out of the tubular foundation 5. <IMAGE>

AT 394 592 B The invention relates to a method for producing a tubular foundation in the ground, wherein a hole is made in the ground, pourable concrete is poured into this hole and the wall of the hole is covered with concrete and the concrete is compacted. When building guardrails, noise barriers, fence foundations, etc. The like. Generally, concrete foundations are made in the ground, into which support means, for example fence posts, are poured. According to the conventional state of the art, a hole is dug in the ground by means of an excavator or shovels in order to produce such a foundation, whereupon the fence post or the like is inserted into the hole and subsequently pourable concrete is poured and preferably compacted. In some cases, a formwork is used in the hole before pouring the concrete. The object of the invention is to provide a method for the manufacture of foundations for guardrails, noise barriers, fences or the like, which is much simpler than conventional methods and Manufacture of such foundations can be carried out more quickly and made more economical. Furthermore, it should advantageously be possible to replace the support means anchored in such a foundation, for example a fence post, at any time. The method according to the invention is characterized in that, in a first operation, a hole is rammed into the ground with a ramming peg, the depth of which is less than the length or depth of the tubular foundation to be produced, that pourable concrete is poured into the hole in a second operation and the hole is poured is partially filled with the concrete, that preferably the same ram peg is driven into the hole again in a third work step, in such a way that the hole and the concrete inside it extends to the final depth of the foundation and the concrete therein laterally around the ramming peg is tubular shaped and compressed and that the ram peg is then pulled out of the tubular foundation. It is advantageously provided that in the first step the ramming peg is rammed into the ground to a depth which corresponds to approximately half the depth of the finished foundation. The fact that the ramming peg is driven deeper into the ground after the concrete has been poured in, the ground becomes compacted much more and thus improved its load-bearing capacity. The concrete is also forced into the ground, which improves the bond between the foundation and the ground. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures in the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 shows schematically a side view of a guide rail, which is supported in foundations according to the invention, Figs. 2 to 6 also schematically show vertical sections through an earth hole during the individual process steps and Fig. 7 shows a plan view of the foundation, with an inserted support in Cut is drawn. As a first method step, a hole (2) is rammed into the ground (3) by means of a ram peg (1), which is impacted, for example, by a mobile excavator, the depth of which corresponds approximately to half the depth of the tubular foundation to be produced ) pulled out of the hole (2) and pourable concrete (4), preferably up to half the height of the hole (2), is poured into the hole (2). Now, before the concrete (4) has set, the ramming peg (1) is inserted again into the hole (2) and the hole (2) is lengthened or preferably lengthened, preferably doubled. In this operation, the concrete (4) is spread laterally along the ram peg (1) and partially pressed into the ground (3). In this way the tubular foundation (5) is formed. Before the concrete (4) of the tubular foundation (5) has set, the ram peg (1) is pulled out of the foundation (5). After the concrete (4) has set, a support means, for example a support post (6) for the guide rail (7), is mounted in the tubular foundation (5). The cross-section of the support pile (6) does not fill the foundation (5). The remaining space can be filled with sand or gravel, for example. 1. A process for the production of a tubular foundation in the ground, whereby a hole is made in the ground, pourable concrete is poured into this hole, the wall of the hole is covered with concrete and the concrete is compacted, characterized in that in a first step with a ram peg ( 1) a hole (2) is rammed into the soil (3), the depth of which is less than the length or depth (t) of the tubular foundation (5) to be produced, that pourable concrete is poured into the hole (2) in a second operation (4) poured and the hole (2) is partially filled with the concrete (4), that preferably -2- AT 394 592 B the same ram peg (1) is driven into the hole (2) again in a third operation, in such a way that the hole (2) and the concrete (4) in it extends to the final depth (t) of the foundation (5) and the concrete (4) therein is shaped laterally around the ramming peg (1) into a tubular shape d is compressed and that the ramming peg (1) is then pulled 5 out of the tubular foundation (5). 2.
