Abstract
Description
AT 393 201 BAT 393 201 B
The invention relates to a composite shoe sole consisting of at least two sole parts made of a rigid material, such as. B. wood, cork, etc., which are connected by an essentially qua * to the shoe longitudinal direction intermediate part made of softer, elastic material, in particular plastic, the sole parts being bent over by at least one bridge part in the region of the intermediate part or the intermediate parts .
It is known that shoe soles should have increased flexibility in the ball area. For example, a leather sole is described in AT-PS 147 299, which has a transverse design in the ball area, in which an insert made of a softer material, such as. B. is glued from pigskin or rubber. In the case of soles of the type in question, which consist of a rigid material, such as wood in particular, an intermediate part made of fabric-reinforced rubber which runs transversely in the ball area has become known (US Pat. No. 1 964 364), with the remaining front and rear part the wooden sole is glued. An intermediate part made of foamed polyurethane on a wooden sole emerges from AT-PS 352 585. To produce the sole, two preformed wooden parts are placed in a mold at a distance from one another and the space in between is injected or poured out with polyurethane.
According to GB-PS 2 092 431, upper and lower grooves extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the shoe can also be provided, into which a soft and flexible material is introduced. If a web, which may lie between these grooves, breaks off at predetermined breaking points during use, however, this proposal results in the disadvantage that a corresponding adhesive property of the material is required in order to further maintain a connection between two parts of a shoe. Also, the formation of holes in a bridge part connecting two parts, as proposed in one embodiment, requires a corresponding additional manufacturing effort.
For the manufacturing process of shoe soles, in particular the formation of predetermined breaking points is avoided, the proposed solution according to AT-PS 378 898, for example, provides for the use of a mold in such a way that an excess material compared to the shoe sole is milled away after curing. The two wooden parts produced in this way, however, are held together only via the injected material in the absence of a bridge part, so that detachment of the thermoplastic plastic already brings about a separation of the two wooden parts.
In connection with the formation of composite soles in general, the formation of a shoe sole is described in US Pat. No. 2,370,303, in which a flat part made of an essentially stiff material is alternately provided with transverse cuts on two sides in order to give it flexibility to rent. This is used in combination with a flexible cover material and edge strips, for example in shoes, sandals, but without achieving a particular flexibility or resilience in the ball area by joining them together. The bending properties of the sole in this area cannot be predetermined within a wide range, in spite of an effort for the composite formation of the sole.
It is an object of the invention to provide a composite shoe sole which is easy to manufacture and whose properties are better adapted to the respective needs.
Dieses Ziel läßt sich mit einer Verbundschuhsohle der eingangs genannten Art erreichen, bei welcher erfindungsgemäß der Brückenteil als Feder ausgebildet ist, die mit ihren Enden in Vertiefungen, Nuten od. dgl. der Sohlenteile aufgenommen istThis goal can be achieved with a composite shoe sole of the type mentioned, in which, according to the invention, the bridge part is designed as a spring, the ends of which are received in depressions, grooves or the like of the sole parts
The bending properties of the sole in the region of the intermediate part can be predetermined within a wide range by suitable design or choice of material for the bridge part.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the bridge part is designed, for example, as a helical spring which extends essentially in the longitudinal direction of the sole and the ends of which are each received in bores in the sole parts. At least two parallel coil springs can be provided.
In a further embodiment according to the invention, the bridge part is at least largely embedded in the elastic material of the intermediate part.
The invention and its other advantages are explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments which are illustrated in the drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows a plan view of an embodiment of a sole according to the invention, in which two helical springs are provided, FIG. 2 a section along the line (II-II) of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a plan view of a second embodiment, in which only one spring is used to design the bridge part, Fig. 4 is a section along the line (IV-IV) 3 and FIG. 5 a section as in FIG. 4 through a third embodiment.
Die Brückenteile müssen daher erfindungsgemäß nicht einstückig sein und können auch aus einem anderen Material bestehen als die Sohlenteile (5,6).1 to 5 show, a composite shoe sole according to the invention here consists of two sole parts (5, 6) made of a rigid material, such as. B. wood, cork, etc., which are connected by an essentially transverse to the shoe longitudinal direction intermediate part (7) made of softer, elastic material, in particular plastic. The sole parts (5, 6) are bridged in the area of the intermediate part (7) by at least one bridge part (24, 26, 28). The bridge part (24, 26, 28) is designed as a spring, the ends of which are received in depressions (25), grooves (27) or the like of the sole parts (5, 6). The bridge parts therefore do not have to be in one piece according to the invention and can also be made of a different material than the sole parts (5, 6).
So zeigen Fig. 1 und 2 eine Ausführung, bei der ein vorderer Sohlenteil (5) mit einem hinteren Sohlenteil -2-1 and 2 show an embodiment in which a front sole part (5) with a rear sole part -2-
