The invention relates to a control panel for additional devices in commercial vehicles, in particular
Agricultural tractors, the several electrical switches, display devices u./od. The like summarizes.
These additional devices can be, for example, hydraulic systems with solenoid valves for front or rear loaders, other hoists, tipping devices and the like. Act., The electrical switches are used to actuate the solenoid valves. With the help of the electrical switches, it is also possible to carry out gearshifts, differential locks engaged and disengaged, drive axles and PTO shafts switched on or off, the drives of additional devices, e.g. B. cutter bar or snow blower, engaged or disengaged and other operations are initiated or ended.
It has now been shown that electrical switches alone are often not enough and that switching levers are also required for mechanically actuated or controllable additional devices if one does not want to accept very complicated and complex electrical controls.
It is already known to provide a shift lever in the vicinity of the control panel for the additional devices, which acts purely mechanically on a control unit or the like in order, for. B. to bring a hydraulic slide between its end positions in intermediate positions and thus to achieve speed changes when lifting and lowering loaders or the like. Such a separate shift lever naturally increases the technical outlay and has the further disadvantage that the operator, when he has grasped the handle of the shift lever, cannot simultaneously operate one or the other switch of the control panel with the same hand, which would sometimes be necessary.
In addition, the control panel has so far been permanently installed at a certain point on the operating station and cannot be brought into the most convenient position for the operator due to the respective body size. Finally, the control panel and additional gearshift lever require more space.
A switch for the transmission hydraulics of a mobile working machine is already known (DE-OS 2937140), which is arranged on the pivotable shift lever for working hydraulics in such a way that it can be actuated directly with the help of the shift knob of the shift lever. The switch for the transmission hydraulics is designed as a rotary switch. The gears of the transmission hydraulics are therefore selected by turning the shift knob, while the pivoting of the entire shift lever results in the control of the working hydraulics. A rocker switch or the like can also be provided on the switch button for preselecting the forward or reverse control of the transmission hydraulics.
Although one-hand operation is achieved in the switching of both the transmission and the working hydraulics, several switches and display devices are not combined to form a control panel, which can be brought into the most convenient position for the operator and can possibly perform an additional function.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a control panel of the type described at the outset which, if necessary, does not require an additional shift lever or whose position can be adapted to the given conditions.
The invention solves this problem in that the control panel, as known per se, is designed to be lever-like pivotable about an axis and can be connected to the linkage of a mechanically actuated or controllable additional device, and in that the control panel carries a removable handle that is in the immediate vicinity of the actual desk-shaped part having the electrical switches is arranged in the finger's reach in front of the switches.
Since the control panel itself represents the shift lever that can be connected to the mechanically actuated or controllable additional device, an additional lever is unnecessary, which not only reduces the technical outlay and the space requirement, but also has the advantage that the handle of the lever and the electrical switches are always in the same assignment to each other. If such a shift lever is not required, the handle is removed and of course the connection with the linkage is removed, but the control panel can be adjusted by swiveling so that it is in the most convenient or convenient position for the operator.
A particularly expedient construction is obtained when the control desk, which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis, is cranked below its actual desk-shaped part
