The invention relates to a cable pulley for cableway systems, consisting of at least two parts that can be firmly connected to one another by screws, which form the hub, the cable pulley ring, which has a substantially U-shaped cross section and a feed ring, and discs and / or spokes carrying the cable roller ring, wherein the bed of the rope pulley rim is formed by two conical surfaces enclosing an obtuse angle with one another and the separating surface of the parts forming the rope pulley contains the intersection of these conical surfaces.
Pulleys of this type are known per se. The advantage of these roles is that the feed ring can be mounted relatively easily. This lining ring is subject to wear and tear and therefore has to be replaced repeatedly. It is therefore important to pay attention to a simple installation option, which should be able to be carried out without the aid of special tools. These known pulleys, which allow this simplified assembly of the lining ring, now have two split hubs. The two hub halves must be aligned so that the pulley runs smoothly. However, this requires a perfect fit of the two parts forming the rope pulleys, which are usually produced by a casting process.
In order to be able to achieve such a setting with close tolerances at all, the two parts forming the pulleys must be reworked, u. zw. By a machining process, which represents an additional cost-generating effort.
According to the invention, it is now proposed that one part of the pulley ring, the spokes or bearing disc carrying this part and the entire hub are in one piece and the spokes or the disc of the other part have surfaces inclined at an angle to the axis of rotation of the rope pulley on the hub side. has an obliquely inclined surface which abuts or abuts a correspondingly inclined surface of the other part. The essential advantage that the rope pulley according to the invention now brings is of a manufacturing engineering nature, the rope pulley also being dimensioned and constructed in such a way that the materials used are optimally utilized with regard to their stress.
Further advantages of the invention emerge from the description of an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawings.

obtuse angle including conical surfaces - 10 and 11 - formed. The dividing surface -12-- of the two parts - 2 and 3 - contains the intersection line --13-- of these two conical surfaces. The rope pulley ring --6 - with its essentially U-shaped cross-section is therefore formed from two halves - 14 and 15 - which are essentially symmetrical in the present case. These two parts -14 and 15 - forming the rope pulley ring --6-- are carried by the spokes - 14 'and 15' -, these spokes being designed asymmetrically in relation to the pulley center plane.
So the spokes --14 '- carrying one part --14-- of the pulley ring --6-- - with the one-piece hub - l--

Another part - 15 - support broadening - 16 - on which the spokes --15 '- rest (Fig. 1), whereby the adjacent surfaces - 17 and 18 - to the axis of rotation --4- of Rope pulley are inclined obliquely, for example at an angle of about 25 to 300. The spokes -14 'and 15' - here in the exemplary embodiment have a C-shaped cross section and they are arranged so that their open sides are directed towards one another.
The free legs of the spokes - 14 '- run into the widening - 16 - formed in one piece with the hub - l - and the spokes - 15' - are at their lower end through a circumferentially closed ring - 19 - connected to each other. The inner diameter - D - of this ring - 19 - is slightly larger than the diameter of the corresponding in terms of their position

Receiving the screws - 5 - are conically widened towards the inside. The angle a is at least 1600.
The construction described above combines the advantage of a divisible pulley in conjunction with a one-piece hub, which enables the pulley to be properly and properly stored. As a result of the division possibility described, the lining ring can, as explained in the introduction, be simply attached or changed. The two FIGS. 5 and 4 show the parts 2 and 3-in which form the pulley

extended position. These parts are cast from an aluminum alloy in a permanent mold. In the area above the line I-I (FIGS. 3 and 4) the two parts are symmetrical, which allows particularly simple production with a single mold. This casting mold is designed so that its middle part can be exchanged.
Depending on whether one or the other part is to be cast, the corresponding central part is inserted so that a single mold with an interchangeable insert can suffice. It can also be seen from Fig. 1 that the proposed measure enables a construction in which the width of the feed ring is relatively large compared to the width of the cheek of the pulley, so that a large support is available for the rope and the clamp surrounding the rope. This allows the construction of narrow rope pulleys and, subsequently, of narrow seesaws or of narrow pulley banks. It can also be seen from the above drawing that the proposed construction enables the use of rope clamps with a small overhang.
The centering of the two pulley parts - 2 and 3 - is made possible by the conical surfaces - 17 and 18 - in connection with the tension that can be achieved by the screw - 5. The two surfaces - 17 and 18 - are dimensioned in such a way that, if the clamping screws - 5 - are removed, there is a small gap between the two parts - 2 and 3 - in the area of the pulley ring, with which also Dimensional tolerances can be absorbed. If the screws are now tightened, the parts are pressed together, as can be seen from FIG. 1.
This gives the spokes a certain pre-tension, and this pre-tension, in conjunction with the conically inclined surfaces - 17 and 18 - ensures a secure and impact-free fit could be. But it should be mentioned that the use of spokes enables a lighter construction. In the present case, the rope pulley ring is divided in the middle. It should be mentioned that an asymmetrical division would also be possible without further ado, however, this would require additional manufacturing effort, since in this case one and the same mold can no longer suffice for both parts. Through the gap - 20--
EMI2.1
--19-- is endangered.
The spokes of the two parts 2 and 3 are supported against one another in the region near the hub, the spokes of one part being formed in one piece with the hub. If the requirements for the pulley are not too high, it would also be possible to equip only one of the two parts with a spoke rim or a washer as a connecting link to the hub and to screw the other part of the pulley rim in the outer area to the part that has the wheel hub .
In such a case it would be useful under certain circumstances to make the cross-sectional shape for the reception of the feed ring asymmetrical, i. H. to push the line of intersection of the two conical surfaces laterally out of the center axis of the profile, so that a U-shaped but asymmetrical profile is created, whereby of course the two inclined surfaces - 10 and 11 - would have different widths.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the conical surfaces 10 and 11 are flat surfaces. It would be easily possible within the scope of the present invention to equip these surfaces with recesses and to arrange corresponding knobs on the foot of the feed ring, which protrude into these recesses when properly installed, so that there is a form-fitting connection between the pulley ring and the feed ring, through which hiking the feed ring under load can also be avoided.
Due to the proposed type of connection of the two parts of the rope pulley via inclined surfaces, post-processing of these parts to achieve a fit is not necessary at all, since such a fit is not required. As a result of the relatively large inclination of the surfaces of interest here, the part can be removed from the casting mold without these surfaces being pitted during the shrinkage by the mold, so that these surfaces inherently have a high surface quality without further processing, so that the Areas - 17 and 18 - do not require any post-processing.
If the two pulley parts - 2 and 3 - are now connected to one another by being pushed against each other with the same axis, the surfaces 17 and 18 arranged in the immediate vicinity of the hub come into contact with one another, the parts being expediently dimensioned so that this contact takes place before the parts come into contact in the area of the hole circle for the hole --23--. The radial manufacturing inaccuracies result in different axial positions of the obliquely inclined surface --17-- of the ring --19-- to the shoulder - 18 - of the hub By the subsequent insertion and tightening of the screws - 5 - the rope pulley parts are now in the area of the bolt circle - 25 - clamped and contracted,
any inaccuracies in the casting (e.g. due to the unequal

The bending stresses that occur are far below the permissible size, even when the rope is under maximum load on the rope pulleys. The resulting axial forces of the rope load on the flange are increased, with this force acting proportionally on the corresponding part of the surface - 17 - reinforcing. This ensures that the two halves of the roller - 2 and 3 - are firmly seated.
Thanks to this special construction, the load forces introduced via the chuck ring are distributed symmetrically to the hub of the wheel, with the axial rope forces from the rope pulley being perfectly taken over by the shoulder - 16 - from the hub --l--.
In the embodiment shown, the inner ends of the spokes are connected to one another by a circumferentially closed ring -19--, the inner boundary surface of which as

open sides of the profiles or the middle webs are directed against each other), act like a radial fan, in that the air surrounding the pulley is guided through the channels formed by the profiles against the flange of the pulley during operational use of the pulley. As a result of the generally low circumferential speed of the rope pulley, this air movement is of course limited, although experience has shown that it supports the cooling effect.
In continuous operation, a temperature of 60 to 800C must be expected in the area of the rope pulley ring, because the flexing work absorbed by the feed ring is converted into heat here. Experience now shows that the selected rib shape and arrangement favors the cooling of the roller. This cooling effect is also promoted by the bores - 24 -, since the air flowing radially outward can escape through these bores, so to speak at the bottom of the pulley ring.
