Ein Mehrzwecktisch der eingangs genannten Art zeichnet sich erfindungsgemäss dadurch aus, dass das Fussgestell Rasten oder Klemmen aufweist, mit denen es in jener Stellung, in der die von ihm bestimmte Standebene etwa normal zu der Tragsäule verläuft, sowie in der mit der abgeklappten Tischplatte fluchtenden Lage und gegebenenfalls in Zwischendrehstellungen gegenüber der Tragsäule feststellbar ist, wobei das Fussgestell beidseits über die Drehachse vorragt.
Durch die Rasten oder Klemmen kann das Fussgestell in seinen verschiedenen möglichen Schwenkstellungen fixiert werden. Der Tisch wird bei mit der abgeklappten Tischplatte fluchtendem Fussgestell abgestellt, wobei die Länge des Abstellplatzes nicht grösser als die Länge der Tischplatte bzw. des Fussgestelles zu sein braucht. Das beidseits über die Drehachse vorragende Fussgestell gibt dem Tisch eine gute Standfestigkeit. Schliesslich können noch für die Tischplatte und das gegebenenfalls wenigstens teilweise, z. B. an der Säulenseite, statt mit Füssen mit Laufrollen ausgestattete Fussgestell gleiche bzw. gleichartige Schwenkachsen und Rasten oder Klemmen Verwendung finden, was die Herstellung vereinfacht.
Wegen der möglichen grossen Standfläche kann man den Tisch bei nur leicht gegenüber der normalen Gebrauchslage verschwenktem und festgestelltem Fussgestell auch mit schrägstehender Standsäule verwenden, was besonders bei der Verwendung des Tisches als Bettisch oft vorteilhaft ist.
In den Zeichnungen ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise veranschaulicht. Es zeigt Fig. l einen erfindungsgemässen Tisch in der Gebrauchsstellung in Seitenansicht und Fig. 2 die Feststellvorrichtung für das Fussgestell als Detail in Schnittdarstellung.
Der vorgesehene Tisch besitzt eine aus zwei teleskopartig ineinander verstellbaren und mittels einer Feststellschraube--l--in verschiedenen Ausschiebestellungen feststellbaren Rohren--2, 3-- bestehende Standsäule, die an einem Tischende angebracht ist.
