for example, inert substituents such as a halogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylsulfonyl or sulfamyl groups optionally substituted on nitrogen. It can in particular also salt-forming substituents such as the sulfonic acid group, or condensable or substituted, e.g. B. acylated or halazinylated amino groups, or contain amino groups.
For example, diazo components with an arylureido group to be used according to the invention are obtained by reacting an aromatic bisprimary amino compound with a hindered amino group with an aryl isocyanate or with an arylcarbamic acid phenyl ester, the aryl radical of which may still be substituted. Examples of such bisprimary amino compounds with a hindered amino group are 1,3-diaminobenzene-4-sulfonic acid and 1,4-diaminobenzene-2-sulfonic acid and their mono-m- or -p-aminobenzoyl derivatives.
For the same purpose, aromatic primary monoamines, in particular aminobenzene or aminonaphthalenesulfonic acids with an unhindered amino group, can also be reacted with nitroaryl isocyanates and the nitro group reduced to the amino group. Coupling components containing arylureido groups are obtained from azo components which have a condensable primary amino group, which does not or does not only cause the coupling ability and from their aminobenzoyl derivatives by reaction

25.3 parts of 1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid are diazotized in a known manner and coupled with 41.0 parts of 2- (3'-aminophenylureido) -5-hydroxynaphthalene-7-sulfonic acid in the presence of 20 parts of sodium hydrogen carbonate. As soon as no more diazonium compound can be detected, the dye is precipitated with sodium chloride, filtered off, washed with dilute sodium chloride solution and redissolved in 500 parts of water at 60-650. Now 24.0 parts of finely powdered 2,4,5,6-tetrachloropyrimidine are sprinkled in within one hour. Sodium carbonate solution is added dropwise at the same time to ensure that the reaction mixture always remains neutral.
As soon as free amino groups can no longer be detected, the new dye is precipitated with sodium chloride solution,
<Desc / Clms Page number 8>
filtered, washed with dilute sodium chloride solution and dried at 60 in vacuo. It is a dark red powder that dissolves in water with an orange-red color.
4 parts of the new dye are dissolved in 1000 parts of water, and 20 parts of sodium carbonate are added. At 400, 100 parts of cotton are added and the mixture is heated to 90 to 95 within 30 minutes, 80 parts of sodium chloride are added and dyeing is carried out at this temperature for 1 hour. It is then rinsed and soaped at the boil for 15 min. A deep, brilliant orange coloration with good lightfastness and waterfastness is obtained.

Dyes of similar properties are obtained if, instead of the 26.9 parts of 1-amino-2-hydroxybenzene-3,5-disulfonic acid and the 69.8 parts of 1- [3 '- [2 ", 5", 6 "-Trichlorpyrimidyl- (4") - amino] -phenyluredio} -8-hydroxynaphthalene-4,6-disulfonic acid used the corresponding amount of one of the diazo or coupling components listed in the following table and the monoazo dye obtained with one of the in the same Metals listed in the table converted into the corresponding complex.
