<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

Device for loading a train

to change or adjust.
In order to ensure that it can be moved easily, it is important that the conveyor belt located in front of the final transport is at the delivery point. Has rollers that run on the upper rail of the end conveyor belt and have spacer rollers at the loading point that run on the lower rail and align the belt parallel to the end conveyor rail.
There are therefore superposed guide rails, one of the guide rails being continuous and connected to the equipment trolley, while the other rail is arranged on the end conveyor belt.
The telescopic displaceability is ensured by the fact that the belts adjoining the initial conveyor belt have rollers at the feed point that run on the lower rail and at the discharge point have projections for attachment to the feed point of the next conveyor belt.
A lock thus secures the conveyor belts, which can be slid into one another, in their operating positions.
The easy assembly is made possible by the fact that the lower rail consists of prefabricated sections the length of the equipment trolley or a number that make up the total length, the sections being plugged together by couplings that allow horizontal articulation.
These rails, which are accommodated in the equipment trolley, are connected to one another by couplings, so that there is a certain flexibility that also allows cornering or loading and unloading in curves.
In order to be able to accommodate the entire loading device in a space-saving manner. it is expedient that the individual conveyor belts have the length of the equipment trolley and have jacking devices known per se that allow stacking.
So that the conveyor belts can easily be moved in and out of the equipment trolley, it is advisable that the lower rail is fixedly mounted in the middle of the equipment trolley, while the
Conveyor belts are stored next to each other in stacks and are brought into the extended position by known hoists and guide rails.
In order to allow the height difference between the conveyor belt arranged on the roof of the equipment cart and the following belts, it is essential that the initial conveyor belt has an adjustable slide to the point where the next conveyor belt is placed.
In order to be able to move the conveyor belts properly, it is important that the lower rail has a profile that is open at the bottom, with the rollers arranged on the support frames engaging from below.
Reliable operation is achieved in that the conveyor belts have individual drives but a common switch with a device known per se, e.g. B. a lock, which in chronological order first switches on the end conveyor and lastly the start conveyor belt and also causes the switch-off in the reverse order in the event of a fault.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. Further features of the invention can be derived from the drawing and the description. Fig. La shows the equipment trolley with the subsequent conveyor belts. Fig. Ib shows the subsequent conveyor belts up to the final conveyor belt. Fig. 2 shows the equipment trolley schematically in a side view of Fig. La with introduced conveyor belts. Fig. 3 shows a section through a support point along the line III-ItI of Fig. La.
Fig. 4 shows a section through a spacer roller along the section IV-IV of Fig. Ib. Fig. 5 shows a section through a differently designed spacer roller along the section V-V of Fig. Ib. Fig. 6 shows a section through a spacer roller connected to a spacer along the section VI-VI of Fig. Ib. Fig. 7 shows a section through projections, which are used to lock the conveyor belts, along the section VII-VII of Fig. Ib.
In Fig. La the equipment carriage 1 is drawn, which together mitz. B. a track bed setting machine is to be used. The goods to be conveyed pass from the loading point, which is not shown, to the additional conveyor belt 4 and from there to the initial conveyor belt 3. Via a chute 7, the conveyed material then reaches the telescopically extendable conveyor belts 9, 10, 11, 12 as far as the end conveyor belt 13. The slide 7 can then be pivoted in the direction of arrow 8 so that the length of the packed equipment trolley becomes smaller. The conveyor belts can be moved on rails 14.
These rails are articulated to one another by couplings 24. Spacer rollers 15 are located on the conveyor belts 9-13 and allow it to be pushed back and forth on the rail 14. It is entirely possible to carry out this shift by means of a cable pull, similarly to FIG
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
when extending fire brigade ladders. The end conveyor belt 13, which is also arranged on a carriage 17, is telescopically displaceable in the direction of arrow 16, i. This means that the distance between the delivery point and the delivery point can be changed continuously and continuously during operation. This
Adjustment of the delivery point is important because the resilient buffers 18 may change the distances.
The rails 14 are mounted on support frames 19, with rollers 20 allowing these rails to be pushed back and forth easily. Projections 21 lock the delivery point 22 of a tape with the
Feed point 23 of the next belt.
The end conveyor belt 13 has an upper rail 25 on which the rollers 42 of the conveyor belt 12 roll when one in the direction of arrow 16 this conveyor belt 13 with respect to the delivery point 22 at
Car 17 changed.
Is z. B. the last car that is loaded by the end conveyor belt 13 is fully loaded, then the lower rail 14 present there is removed with the support frames 19, for. B. by laying away to the side.
If necessary, however, you can also leave the rail there. The belt line is then pushed into the equipment trolley 1 by the length of the conveyor belt 9 by a known cable pull, which is no longer shown. It is now the conveyor belt 10 under the delivery point 22 of the chute 7. In this way, the shortening of the entire conveyor belt continues until the conveyor belt 12 is finally under the
Slide 7 is located and then the conveyor belt 13. The length changes can be carried out by an operator from the equipment trolley using the aforementioned cable pull.
The placement of the conveyor belts is shown in FIG. They denote the same
Pay the same parts. There are additional conveyor belts 2, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and any number of conveyor belts can be arranged depending on the size of the equipment trolley. The conveyor belts themselves are inserted into the conveyor belt by a hoist 31 known per se and via a slide rail 32
In the middle of the equipment trolley and can be extended from there. The conveyor belts 12, 13 are already in this extended position. The rails 14 are also in their first parts
Extended position.
The other rails are accommodated in the space 33, so that the entire conveyor belts can be extended smoothly and quickly via an open train, provided that the support frames are already arranged on the train.
A support frame 19 is shown enlarged in FIG. 3. The rollers 20 are attached on both sides, and an insertable transverse strut 34 ensures that the exact track spacing is maintained.
Another possibility is that the distance can be precisely adjusted by means of an elongated hole 35 and lateral guide rollers 36.
The spacer rollers 15 with the conveyor belt 39 are shown in FIG. 4. On the top rail
25, the next conveyor belt in front of it can be displaced in the direction of arrow 16, as FIG. 1b shows.
5 shows other spacer rollers which are provided with lateral guide edges 37. The ones in the
Spacer rollers 15 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 can be assigned to the individual conveyor belts depending on the requirements. The lateral guide edges 37 are expediently arranged on the spacer rollers which guide the end conveyor belt 13.
When the conveyor belt 12, d. H. the conveyor belt, which is followed by the final conveyor belt, the spacer rollers 15 are also provided with a spacer 40. This ensures a height that allows the conveyor belt 13 to be driven properly under the conveyor belt 12. Recesses 41 are used to let the projections 21 of the conveyor belts behind them snap into place, so that in any case a secure connection between the delivery and receiving points of the individual
Ribbons is guaranteed. Of course, there are known stops which prevent the conveyor belt 13 from being moved away from the conveyor belt 12 so far that the delivery point
22 could no longer throw the transported goods onto the conveyor belt 13.
