Rotary sleeve for cosmetics, especially lipsticks, u. similar Products with an interchangeable composite body consisting of a pen and a cup
The invention relates to a rotary sleeve for cosmetic, especially lipsticks, u. similar
Products which consist of a top cap and a lower part and in which a composite body consisting of the actual pin and the cup is inserted or inserted between a casing and a bottom cap of the lower part by relative rotation. can be extended more or less. Although there are numerous constructions of this type, the lower part of a more recent design of such rotary sleeves consists of an inner slotted sleeve with a bottom cap, a so-called longitudinally slotted sleeve above it
Assembled screw and the aforementioned jacket, with the cup holding the pen for the
Retraction and extension of the pin is guided both in the longitudinal slot of the slotted sleeve and in the screw slot of the worm by means of a nose.
This rotary sleeve works essentially satisfactorily, but shows, in addition to less significant deficiencies, the major disadvantage that to replace a used pin, remove the remains of it from the cup that has been brought into the highest possible position in the rotary pin and insert a new pin into the
Cup has to be inserted, a process that, in view of the mostly intense color of the pen, leaves its mark on the fingers, especially since the new pen also has to be pressed firmly into the cup in order to anchor it well.
The main aim of the invention is that the cup, which was previously always held in connection with the lower part of the rotary sleeve, can now be removed from the rotary sleeve under certain conditions; pen and cup form a normally indissoluble composite body which, as soon as the pen is used up, is removed from the rotating sleeve and thrown away, while a new pen-cup unit is inserted. The soiling of the fingers with the color of the pen is largely avoided, since the composite body is only grasped by the cup.
A rotary sleeve has already become known in which the screw slot of the worm is connected to an opening parallel to the axis of the sleeve, but here - quite apart from the design of the sleeve that differs from the present one - the opening is kept so narrow that that an easy insertion and removal of a composite body consisting of a cup and pen without crushing the pen and soiling the hands is not possible. The opening only serves to allow a flap-like guide nose of the cup to pass through when the parts of the same on both sides of the opening are spread apart when the cup is inserted into the screw.
It is obvious that such a manipulation cannot be carried out every time the composite body consisting of cup and pen is changed.
These difficulties and the difficulties described above have been overcome by the invention.
The same relates to a rotating sleeve for cosmetics, in particular lipsticks and similar products with an interchangeable composite body of pen and cup, consisting of a cover cap and a cup holding the pen replaceably receiving the lower part, which is composed of an inner slotted sleeve with bottom cap, an overlying worm and a jacket is, the cup holding the pen for insertion and
Exit of the pin is guided both in the longitudinal slot of the slotted sleeve and in the screw slot of the worm by means of a nose of the cup, and the screw slot is upwardly connected to an opening parallel to the sleeve axis and is characterized in that the opening is wider than the The nose of the cup is so that a composite body consisting of cup and pin can be inserted into the rotating sleeve or brought out of it without friction.

According to a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, the screw slot of the worm at the connection point to the breakthrough runs essentially normal to the longitudinal axis of the sleeve and can be extended beyond this connection point in the same direction.
As a result of this measure, the pen is kept at the same height after its exit despite its limited further rotation. In the stop position - with the pin of the cup being moved beyond the point of intersection of the screw slot of the worm with its longitudinal slot - it is impossible to remove the pin or to accidentally drop it out. However, in order to be able to remove the pin from the rotating sleeve, the longitudinal slot of the slot sleeve and the worm must first be covered by rotating the slot sleeve or the bottom cap firmly connected to it. In this position it is possible to move the pen cup towards the opening of the rotating sleeve, because the longitudinal slot of the worm is widened towards this side so that the nose of the cup can pass through.
It is not possible to move the pen in the opposite direction, as the loading

needs to be written. It should only be mentioned that the pin, which during extension is usually moved with the nose 12 up to a stop, that is the end of the slot 11, cannot be removed or fall out in this position. To remove the
To enable the pin, a reverse rotation must be made, u. between. So far until the longitudinal slot 8 of the slot sleeve 4 in the upper recess 20 of the jacket 7 is visible.
Finally, FIGS. 1, 4 and 8 show roundings (indentations) 21, 22 at both ends of the cup.
The lower rounding makes it easier to insert the new pin into the rotating sleeve, the upper rounding is a taste measure.
